Two Dog Night uses lots of local ingredients to make a great product. There are many bad reviews for this shop because they do not allow samples, but don't be fooled, everything is amazing. The banana foster crunch and cookie monster were on our list during our most recent visit. The cookie monster is a beautiful shade of blue. It's clear they are not using tons of artificial colors like many other places. It also has tons of cookie chunks throughout. Yum! The banana foster crunch has so much fresh banana flavor. A freshness bomb! There are loads of tables outside in The Barlow's shared space, and there is plenty for the kids to do in the area after they enjoy their ice cream. I think the location is perfect for an ice cream shop. I'm not sure why this place gets so much hate. Two Dog Night Creamery makes great ice cream at reasonable prices with fresh, local ingredients. The service has been fast and friendly on our visits, and the no-sample thing is not a big deal. Just pick a flavor, chill out, and enjoy- they are all great!

My job had me up in North Santa Rosa, and I happen to be driving by on the Old Redwood Highway. They added window coverings to keep the inside of the shop cool. They also added a table inside. Seems to be more fruity flavors. I tried Pineapple, Lime, and strawberry. I noticed they have covered refrigerated toppings now. (Or maybe I didn't see them last time). I have been to 40+ frozen yogurt shops in the Bay Area region, and this is the first time I've seen covered cold trays of toppings. I tried some, and it makes a big difference to have cold toppings on your frozen yogurt. Go try it! The price per ounce is only 71 cents! That's a fair price for frozen yogurt. It was great that the cashier knew the price without looking it up. Yogurt Time is in a small plaza at the corner of Mark West Springs Rd & Old Redwood Highway. Exit Hwy 101, go East pass the hospital, and the plaza is on the right. There's a shared parking lot. Yogurt Time is a pay by weight, self-serve fro-yo shop.

The ice cream was melt in your mouth and reminded me of when restaurants would crush up candy canes and mix them into milkshakes for the holidays. I have reviewed 30+ fro-yo shops, and this spot is a nice little place to grab some icy cold refreshment. This is a self-serv, pay by weight place. April 2025- Price per Ounce= 77 cts/ oz Cup weight deduction 30 cents (tare) This place offers everything such as wet, dry and liquid toppings. But it only has three fro-yo machines, so it has a limited flavor selection. During my visit, they offered: Vanilla, Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Tart, and Passion Fruit-Orange-Guava. So five flavors, plus two swirls (twist). A swirl flavor is when you use the center valve to combine two flavors. I went with Choco/Vanilla Swirl and Passion Fruit-Orange-Guava.
