We had the pleasure of visiting this lovely winery this weekend. We were greeted with such enthusiasm by the everyone there. The wine tasting was wonderful and they produce some very nice wines. They also allowed us to park and stay the night in our RV at no added cost. We will definitely return.

Try the wine tasting and enjoy the beautiful surroundings! Service was great and the staff was very knowledgeable.

    Open Daily 10-4...except they're not.

Nice secluded location. Bad wine... Apparently closed on Tuesdays despite contradictory signage on the road, no open or closed sign or gate...

Lori, the wine maker, welcomed us and told us all about the wine, the area, and more. She is so rad and easy to talk to and we loved her wine! Thank you Lori for sharing your talents with the world! This place also has the best wine swag we saw so definitely head here to pick up some gifts!

Such a delightful wine from Sonoita Winery!

This is my second visit to Sonoita Vineyards and again, it was a wonderful time. We used a Groupon where we had two wine tastings of five pours each, two wine glasses to take home, and $5 towards the purchase of any bottle of wine we wanted. They have a good variety of sweet, dry, and special wines. We liked that we were able to pick and choose what best fit the tastes of everyone in our party. The staff was very friendly and informative. We were able to sit outdoors and check out the beautiful view from the balcony (be sure not to lock yourselves out on the balcony... Easy to accidentally hit the lock on the door; yes, we know from personal experience!!) The winery is off the beaten path, but we are glad we took the time to find it and enjoy a nice afternoon there. We really like several of the wines they make and were happy to bring a bottle home to enjoy later.

    View from back patio.

Great Harvest Host! Parked out back with our TT and had a great couple of days. And the wine was very good!

Caleb (maybe with a K) was simply amazing! He was sooo helpful, patient and wonderful all rolled up in a great human! The wine list was phenomenal, the beer on tap was such a great deal, an ice cold two pint pitcher for $6! And the food, guys....the food was outstanding! We shared the albacore tuna samich on focaccia and the best chips with a chefs charcuterie board! I did not want to leave! What a great deal! We were full for the rest of the day!!! There were a few other people at the bar and a few of the booths were taken. We were certainly able to carry our conversation as well as chat with folks around us! Everyone was chill enjoying their day. WHAT A FIND! Thank you baby Jesus!

My SIL and I enjoyed some wine--$6 a glass before 5. I went with the Sauvignon blanc and it was perfect for my tastes. Light and easy to drink! We also got bruschetta and the chef's charcuterie board. Everything was so yummy! My favorite bruschetta was the warm artichoke spread--which I didn't expect, but it was so good! They do a team-based service so several different people take care of you, making it pretty efficient. I'm sad it's taken me so long to come back, but I'm so glad I did and will make a point to come back soon!

He obliged ;D so TY both. Bob also makes a mean Sazerac , a $6 upcharge on the rye, but good quality drinks with inventive menus will cost you here, so save up, it's worthy. Ever heard of a beer press? Ingredients to flavor your draft mixed in a French Press. Oh and the house made old fashioned bitters are tell tale cocktail elevaters that really shine. Bob also took time to read over sugar content/Cals on NA drinks in fridge with me, tiny writing and low lighting, he was very understanding and patient in helping to make a selection. The pizza? It's Jaime's from next door but no app or running there needed, the bar takes the order, delivers when ready and has the extra condiments behind the bar to parm red chili flakes or black pepper up your slices. The bottom is crisp and 72-hr cold fermented dough has great flavor as does the sauce which has slight tang and zestiness, and now my go to over Empire Pizza, my previous downtown fave. Got the Gorgonzola bacon salad with house croutons, heirloom tomatoes and for $7 small, it was plenty for both of us pre-pizza. It's large, nice and proper cold, so delicious and had the hubby singing it's praises, we can't wait to try another salad as the quality of ingredients and house made dressing was tops! Good Oak has a dark speakeasy vibe with long velvety drapes to greet you on entry, a photo booth to capture your pre and post giggly highs from what the gorgeous wood bar will provide, along a long counter with wood booths to hide away in and sip the night away. Music is on blast, metal last 2 visits and spooky Halloween decor currently, adds to the mood.Games are stashed behind the fridge and exciting art nights, Sunday spin your own Vinyl, movie projections a-coming on the shared back patio with Jaime's and corner Art Bar give you more reasons to search Good Oak out, if you ever needed one!
