Triple A contacted Jan's Towing to provide me with towing service. I waited less than 35 minutes for the tow to arrive on a very busy afternoon. The wait time was no issue whatsoever. Jan's Towing sent a flatbed truck to my location and a very friendly, hardworking, and supportive driver. The driver had my truck on the flatbed in less than ten minutes. He also inspected the entire bottom of my truck while it was on the flatbed and advised me that it did not appear to be leaking any fluid, which was a huge relief. The driver delivered my truck to my driveway and offered words of encouragement by saying that "yes, it was unfortunate that I was involved in an accident, but on the bright side, no one was injured or worse, and that everything will be ok" Those words were very comforting and put this ordeal in perspective for my family and me Thank you for the great customer service.

On the night…read moreof 12.14.24 my father had passed away, after leaving my mother's home in OC we were driving back when we got a flat tire in Lynwood. This is an area we are unfamiliar with and let alone we ended up pulling into this sketchy area as it was the closest off the freeway. It was so scary and we had to abandon our vehicle due to not being able to get roadside service right away. My family and I had to leave our vehicle behind an alley and run to find a safe place to find a tow company. I called a few places and they told them our situation and they were quoting $600+ plus to tow and drive us back to the Valley. I ended up finding Hawks via Yelp and decided to give them a call. I ended up speaking with a nice individual and he quoted us half the price. They came to our rescue and had to bring a flatbed due to the type of vehicle we had. He drove us all the way from Lynwood to the Valley. After going through such a traumatic and sad incident with my Father the Owner of Hawks drove us to our house safely he was kind, compassionate, he kept my sons spirits up and made us feel at ease and just safe. He will forever be our guardian angel. Professional, honest, hard working and kind. I would highly recommend Hawks! Thank you

Not good. Everyone that AAA dispatched was in way over their heads... nobody had a solution as how to free my car... eventually AAA bailed altogether, and said I'd have to figure it out without their assistance. I then contacted the guys at Hi-Tech Auto who suggested I reach out to John's Towing. John was great, came over quickly, had some creative ideas on what we could do to extract the car and a half-hour later the Dodge was freed from a dire predicament. Big thumbs up, I highly recommend using John's Towing.

My tires were stolen off of my car and as a result I had to have it towed out of their yard. When I met my tow truck driver outside and attempted to enter Citywide's yard with him to watch the process of my car being loaded, the employees would not let me. I was surprised that I couldn't watch the process of my car being loaded and was suspicious as to why they were prohibiting me from seeing this. I asked to take photos of my car (Infiniti G on right of attached photos and video) and when I went back inside the yard, they were moving another car to make space for my tow truck driver to access my car. The driver from Citywide who was moving the other vehicle did not secure it properly or make sure that it was properly loaded onto the forklift and as a result, the other vehicle fell onto and damaged my car. Makes sense as to why they didn't want me to see anything. Thankfully, the driver I called privately to tow my car did an amazing job getting it out of this awful place, but it was extremely frustrating to have more damages done to my car in a place where there are supposed to be competent professionals. If you're looking for reliability, competency, or trustworthiness, go anywhere BUT here. They will not report damages THEY make to your car and other reviews mention items stolen from their cars while in this lot, which isn't hard to believe after the experience I had.
