Crispy Chicken Sandwich

Purchased a crispy chicken sandwich. I received a dark brown, overcooked fossil that was slightly thicker than a sheet of paper. This poor chicken had been beaten to death.

supposed to be a Garlic Butter Bacon Burger

Sunday March 10th - 8:44pm Placed mobile order and went through drive through. The manager says comes out and hands me my bag and says "I thought you were a doordash so I stapled the bag. My bad but all the foods in there i promise". I of course responded with "No problem I appreciate it have a good night!" and parked and went to eat. Unfortunately the entire order was someone else's order. I joined the line a second time to get the correct order. Waited 15 minutes till I got to the speaker. I explained the dilemma and they apologized and said they'd make my correct order. THEY ALSO REQUESTED THE FOOD BACK AFTER I TOLD THEM I TOUCHED IT ALL AND OPENED IT...7 minutes later I received my order. I go to park and unfortunately they made my Garlic Butter Bacon burger with nothing on it except a TON of butter, like unreal amount of butter. No bacon, no onion, no nothing! THEY REQUEST THE FOOD BACK AGAIN AFTER I CLEARLY OPENED IT. I join the line a THIRD time and wait about 10 minutes this time. Explain the dilemma and the manager started to get rude..( because they can't make the order correct?)...They "remade" the order. The manager insisted the order was perfect this time because she made it herself. I thanked her and drove off and went home because I have spent about an hour here at this point... I get home and the burgers the same, covered in butter the buns literally soaked, and 9 onion squares. No bacon. Nothing else. I called and explained the situation and asked for a refund and the lady otp laughed and grabbed the manager. The manager said I was lying because she knows she put bacon fresh off the grill on it herself. I said I can send a picture or be there first thing in the morning and show her there's no bacon. not even grease. don't even smell like bacon. She said "you'll see a refund in 5-7 days" and hung up before she even finished her sentence. This was my 3rd time here and will more than likely be my last. It's not that hard to make a burger, especially when you get 3 opportunities? Then proceed to lie about it as I have the burger directly in front of me? weird.

Three n' a half stars. (C'mon Yelp! Let's get some half-star actions implemented!) Of all the years I've driven past Sonic throughout my life in the West, East and Mid-West, it wasn't until about a month ago that I finally tried the staple drive-in chain. Gotta admit, my first experience down in Rossford location wasn't great at all. After spending about 20 minutes on the walk-up menu to carefully craft my family's meal I found out the credit card machine wasn't responding to my card. Then I decided to spend another 15 minutes to download the app, load $20 to pay for the meal I created on the kiosk, only to find out the app wasn't responding. I finally knocked on the door to speak to a manager, *then* to find out that the particular kiosk I was using had a busted credit card reader, and also the mobile app wasn't hooked up to their particular location. What a joke... I thought. So they printed out my order inside then took another 10 minutes to make them, at which point they dumped the order in front of me and quickly walked back in. I took the food (without paying for them) back to the car to hungry wife and daughter whom were waiting a good hour for their corn dogs. At this point, I debated whether to walk away or go back and pay for the food. I opted for latter. I told the manager that I hadn't paid for the food yet, which he hadn't realized until I mentioned it. When I inquired about it, he was nice enough to take care of my bill. Enough about Rossford location. This particular location was a lot better experience. We had a working kiosk, friendly wait staff, of whom only downfall was forgetting to bring us ketchup packets for corn dogs. Tried their burgers the first time, but this time decided to try the boneless wings. I liked the burger better. Primary reason why we came back, and probably *will* continue to come back is because Sonic is about the only place in town that serve corn dogs.. We wish there were Hot Dog on a Stick nearby, but there aren't. So we settle with Sonic.

Daily Specials and Friendly service. This location is super friendly. They are patient and always willing to suggest a deal. If you happen to be a minute or 2 late for a deal, they always give it to you anyway. Some of my favorite sonic treats; Diet Green Tea/ blackberry, Chicago dog and their shakes are thick and flavors a plenty. One of fast foods best. The friendly, welcoming staff keeps us coming back.

The soft serve is fairly average but the experience is elevated by the pricing - I got a sundae, cone, and two bottles of water for $9. This is unfathomable to me in 2026, particularly with the size of a small cone for $2.60. It just feels like a throwback. Friendly teenagers working collecting tips for college, cash only (I'm sure bad for many but nostalgic for me), the hand drawn signs. I just really enjoyed it. As I did back when I was in high school 25 years ago.

Maybe 4 stars for ice cream of this style (soft serve), and it doesn't really compare to ice cream like Jeni's or Handel's, it's a different category. The lines can be long, and they're cash only. But once you get to the front of the line, the service is always friendly. But the art is amazing. All the hand-drawn pictures to go with the sundaes and the creative sundae names and toppings/mix-ins. Some of the sundaes are the same ones they served 30 years ago, others are new. The portions are huge. If I recall correctly, for a large cone they take it all the way down to the bottom of the machine (although I've never ordered one myself!) The cake sundaes are quart size. I usually go with a small or junior sundae and it's plenty. It's my go-to stop on the way home from Centennial Quarry in the summer, and one of the places that I take friends from out of town to give them a taste of Toledo culture. I hope they keep going for many more decades!

We've been several times and the owners & staff are great folks delivering a very welcoming and pleasant experience on every visit. It's a cute, quaint spot in downtown Sylvania with a great vibe. Erin Ann's is a much-needed place for allergen friendly sweets & treats. Folks who need GF and/or DF, this is the spot! The coconut milk-based ice cream is superb to the point that you would never know it's coconut. They always have rotating flavors and they are all unique and tasty. Amongst others, I loved the maple-bacon, which was delicious. Their HOMEMADE (!!) gluten free bagels are without a doubt the best GF bagels I've ever had. They are dense and flavorful and ready to handle whatever you throw on top. We've started ordering them by the pack to stock our freezer at home (we don't live nearby). I highly recommend the avocado & egg bagel sandwich, served open-faced, and absolutely loaded on both halves with savory avocado mash, sliced hard boiled egg, and everything seasoning...get it on the 'everything' bagel and you won't be disappointed; very filling...and addicting. Honestly, this is the menu item that keeps bringing our whole family back, even with all the amazing sweet treats on the menu. Juices and smoothies are outstanding. I've tried the Green Monster and Fall Harvest juices, and both are packed with goodness and flavor. Healthiness delivered in a delicious drink. On the treat side, I highly recommend the Cashew Chocolate Protein bites, GF pretzels, brownies, and these Snickers-like bars that taste just like their namesake (I can't recall what Erin Ann's calls their version though - I just know they are phenomenal). Give this spot a try, especially if you need GF items or non-dairy ice cream. You won't be disappointed.
