Keep the car crowd coming; if they like it, they'll be loyal forever. Any group that spends 80% of their marriage in the garage and still buys all OEM parts has spending power! Every visit, the place is clean and staff take pride in it. Your drive-thru crew is incredible have them train in-store sometimes and maybe even spend a day navigating the tarmac in Atlanta. The way they guide cars through that drive-thru without someone running into the building or ending up in the fenced-in dog area at the gas station is pure talent. Usually, there are just a couple of other customers, each enjoying one of the 6 ways to make ice cream without calling it ice cream. Seriously look at the menu: Twisters, milkshakes, freezes, sundaes, cones, and parfaits. Never once, even in the descriptions, is "ice cream" mentioned. That's either the most brilliantly subtle move ever or someone made a bet in 5th grade never to say those words and has been 100% committed ever since. 9/10 everything's perfect inside, and the traffic off that exit is still in its early stages. But you've got to elevate your presence in the community. If they aren't turning in because of that giant half-man, half-cone, half... don't say it... don't say it... ICE CREAM!... character, then get creative with your identity. I promise, in five years you'll hear whispers in the wind that say "Grovetown." So get ready, Foster's Freeze even if you need one more grand grand reopening to make it happen. I stand behind you.

It was AT LEAST 90 degrees in the dining area - I cannot imagine the heat in the kitchen. They had a box fan going and the back door open so they could have any air flow. This was during the Sunday rush and they were the only two there - but they were getting everything done! The management / owner absolutely needs to fix the air conditioning for the sake of their employees and customers. We are in Georgia - it gets HOT. Having anyone work in these conditions is simply inhuman - but good on Terrence & his coworker for keeping a smile on their faces. I hope they get a raise and/or an air conditioner!!

Formal Safety, Health, Food Safety, and Maintenance Complaint - Krystal Thomson, GA To Whom It May Concern, My name is Chef Mark Heaton, and I am an employee at the Krystal restaurant located at 1921 South Washington Road, Thomson, GA 30824. I am writing to formally report serious safety, maintenance, health, and food-service concerns at this location. I hold ServSafe and Serve Success certifications and am a certified chef. Because of my training and experience, I feel obligated to report conditions that I believe may endanger employees, customers, and the overall operation of the restaurant. I have repeatedly attempted to bring these issues to management's attention. General Manager Allie has made efforts to address many of these concerns and has advocated for repairs and corrective actions. However, many of these efforts have not been approved or acted upon by District Manager Sabrina. As a result, numerous serious issues remain unresolved. The concerns include: * Equipment throughout the restaurant is not functioning properly, and necessary repairs are not being completed in a timely manner. * Employees are forced to cook grits in a pot placed inside a deep fryer because the proper cooking burner cannot be used due to a missing electrical plug. This practice creates an unnecessary safety hazard. General Manager Allie has already suffered a serious grease burn related to these conditions. Sabrina has asked Allie and employee Flo to lie about this for her. * The restaurant does not have functioning air conditioning, resulting in excessive heat and inadequate ventilation throughout the building. * The lack of ventilation and excessive heat appear to be contributing to equipment failures and unsafe working conditions. * The deep fryer frequently flares up, boils over, and cycles on and off unexpectedly. Sabrina has asked Allie and employee Flo to lie about this for her. * The oven temperature rises and falls on its own, making it difficult to maintain proper cooking temperatures and food-safety standards. * Black mold is visible in the air-conditioning vents and has spread onto the ceiling in some areas. * A refrigerator became so hot that it melted the electrical plug in the wall. I personally showed this condition to District Manager Sabrina, but no corrective action was taken. * Employees are routinely exposed to excessive heat, smoke, fumes, and poor air quality while working. * I became ill while working in these conditions and required hospital treatment. My symptoms included difficulty breathing, dizziness, a racing heart, and severe headaches. * The ongoing equipment failures and environmental conditions make it difficult to consistently maintain food-safety standards, proper holding temperatures, and a safe work environment. As a ServSafe-certified employee, I understand the importance of maintaining proper food temperatures, safe equipment operation, sanitation standards, ventilation, and employee safety. I am deeply concerned that these conditions may place employees, customers, and the company at risk. Due to the seriousness of these concerns and my belief that they present ongoing risks to employee safety, food safety, and public health, I have reported these conditions to the local Fire Marshal, OSHA, and the Health Department for review and investigation. I have taken these steps only after repeated attempts to bring these concerns to management's attention and after observing that all of the reported issues remained unresolved because of the district Sabrina. My goal is not to create conflict or harm the company. I want to see these problems corrected so that employees can work in a safe environment and customers can be served in a facility that meets appropriate health and safety standards. I respectfully request that Krystal Corporate conduct a thorough investigation of this location, including an inspection of the ventilation system, HVAC system, electrical systems, food-service equipment, refrigeration units, mold concerns, and overall workplace safety conditions. I also request that this complaint be documented and reviewed by the appropriate corporate leadership and risk-management personnel. I also request that the actions of Sabrina be seriously looked into as her actions have already caused harm to employees, and could cause illness or even death to our customers. I respectfully request that this complaint be investigated promptly and that no employee be subjected to retaliation for reporting safety, health, or food-safety concerns in good faith. My purpose in submitting this report is not to create conflict or assign blame unfairly. Rather, I believe these conditions have reached a point where immediate attention is necessary to protect employees, customers, and the company's reputation. Thank you for your time and consider
