The food was decent and the restaurant seemed to be clean... The service on the other hand could use some work!! The lady that took the order seemed to be having a bad day and other things to tend to besides her customers. read more

Sonic Drive-In - Sonic - Burgers Near Me - Somerset, Kentucky

Worst food and customer service that I have received all year. James was extremely rude and walked off mid sentence as we were asking were the other half of our order was. We had to flag him down just to get told that the ice cream machine was broken and what did we want him to do about it. We could not get a refund or a replacement as James would not stop long enough to talk about the order as if they were busy when they had only one other car in the entire parking lot. The food we did get was soggy and half missing. Also why is the chicken in the chicken sandwhich cut in half and falling out the side? What a nightmare. read more

I am giving a one only because zero isn't an option. Worst service ever. i was brought an order that wasn't mIne. The guy argued with me saying it was. He finally took it back in. I waited 45 min for my order and it was cold when I did receive it. I will not go back. read more

VERY unhappy with this service. We waited for over 30 minutes for someone to take our order and the only reason we got to order was because they saw us pulling out and heard us say we were going to leave a bad review. The food order ended up being completely wrong anyways. The server was very rude and disrespectful towards us. I do not recommend even trying to come to eat here. It is way too nasty to even think about eating here especially considering the service. Way too over priced. There was hair on the inside of my ocean water cup. Straight up filth. read more

put in my order on the app and 30 plus minutes later they came out with part of my order. They wouldn't answer the phone. The onion rings were in pieces and soggy. read more

Over an hour wait, poor service, and unclean food prep areas. This place needs to clean up the place and review its employment practices. Terrible (No) service! I will not be back read more

We waited for an hour to get a Dr. pepper, a blue slushy, and a milkshake. Then they were wrong and already had melted. I don't recommend going here at all. read more

Waiting an hour for a slush and burger when there were only 5 other cars there. Make it make sense. It's like that every time.

If you are looking for a dinner and a show this is the place to go. The food was burned, the portion sizes were tiny, it look a long time to receive and 3 of 5 items we wanted were unavailable. However, the show was well... hard to swallow. Multiple customers were complaining, management refused a refund and a physical altercation ensued. Horrible food and a-terrible attitude from the staff sealed the deal for me. Do NOT waste your money. read more

Always closed or closing. What happened to Sonic staying open late? The Sonic in Monticello stays open late

If I could I would give this place a -1. Don't get me wrong, food is pretty good. But I ordered 2 SMALL BURRITOS And no exaggeration was waiting for 1 hour STRAIGHT. This place sucks if you wanna get food within atleast 49 mins. I'm dissatisfied read more

The service has improved a ton in the last couple months. The owner was running food the ensure quick service and was very kind.

My mother and I stopped to get a drink and some chicken after her radiation treatment. She wanted coffee and I wanted a coke. After about 20 minutes, we ordered popcorn chicken and out drinks. They were out of the chicken so we ordered something else. 30 minutes later we received our food and drinks. The coffee was cold. I called back in and asked for another cup and again waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. The food was ok. Nothing to brag about. I felt sorry for the one waitress who was working hard. At least four cars drove away while we were waiting. We finally got the coffee and the girl said they had to brew a pot. It was so full that my mother spilled some on her when she tried to open the lid to cool it off some. It was one thing after another. We won't be back for a while. read more

I just went there tonight 12/30/2019. Quick service: And great food. I managed restaurants for 20 + years, so I think I qualify to judge one's reputation concerning service and quality. I will be back. Car hop was very polite, and friendly. Order was delivered fast and correct: Which is extremely unusual for any restaurant in Somerset, Kentucky. Good Job! read more

Has the potential to be a good place to eat, but can't ever get there and stay there. Terrible long wait times, have even had my order forgotten many times. Do not recommend read more

Me and my daughter was excited for the 'revamped' Sonic to open in late October or early November of 2016. When it was finally opened, we drove and parked and ordered our meal. We wanted the 'half price shakes' and was well within the time when it was offered. When I tried to place an order, we was-literally-yelled at and told that "Sonic, no longer offered half price shakes" and that our meal would take over 30 minutes to fix". We left and found somewhere else to eat. We will not be eating here again. read more

I hoped that the remodel would bring a fresh new Sonic. However, the employees still do not present well, the service is still unacceptably slow, and you may or may not get your food how you order it.(I did not) Ill get my Sonic fix at another location. read more
