I don't know if it is because the one in somerset is newer, or if it is because there is only 1 Starbucks besides the one in Kroger, and if u been to one in Kroger.... The things they have are limited. Anyway, their service slow more times than not; even when you order ahead. I really don't feel like they follow the recipe to the drinks, or pay attention to the ingredients that the customer wants or does not want their drink. The employees are very nice and I believe they do best they know how; I know how fast paced and overwhelming it can be, especially when everyone decides they want Starbucks at the same time or back to back!!! I think if there was another Starbucks in Somerset, KY or in a surrounding city/county; that one Starbucks wouldn't be so swamped and there would be less room for mistakes!Regardless, I absolutely love Starbucks and there's almost nothing that would make me stop going. I love Starbucks in general so much!!! if they mess it up or forget something I just go back to them and ask them to please fix it.
