First stop at 7Brew. First time I was in the area and the line wasn't out the back of the parking lot. Anyway, the service experience reminded me of Chick-fil-a............super friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Quick, easy ordering, and payment process was perfect. Must say it was a little pricey but the overall experience was quality start to finish. Got two traditional 7 Brew drinks, hot version - they were awesome! Cinnamon Roll, and Sweet and Salty - hot brew, both excellent. I especially LIKED THE TEMPERATURE OF the DRINKS compared to their competitors (much hotter). If I could rate a zero today would be that day.. im usually looking forward to my weekend trips to seven Brew but today was a totally different day I get a cookie butter Blondie usually they're pretty strong I was on my way home by myself with four of them thinking you know okay this one's strong let me try this one I get home to discover all of them have coffee grounds in the bottom of them so I take it back to 7 Brew mind u I have to wait in line again bc there's no parking spots at all...so I tell her and show them and its like talking to a wall...im like I know they are strong but u can clearly see them in the bottom of the cup....then one of the girls walks away and gives an eye roll... and I tell the girl hey you might want to tell your employee over here that the next time she doesn't eye roll make sure she's turned around the girl totally ignores me I get up to the window to not have the correct order at all they were cookie butter blondies with no caramel drizzle at all and they had complete ice filled up to the top and I told the girl three times what I had needed they finally got the caramel drizzle in there and I get home because my son is at work and I have to take the ice out even though I said lighthouse mind you this is what I get after I take out his ice read more

I'm not sure how many spaces we get to type what our problems are but on the too as many as I can OK let's start with the drive-through itself. You have to use the QR code to look at the menu. OK well sometimes in the morning you don't have your phone with you I know you're saying that. No that's not right but yes that's right. Second of all. I don't wanna look at the QR code. I wanna look at the menu all right. PERIOD OK then it comes to the coffee itself that's what we need to get it down to,The coffee is awful. I don't know where the beans come from but they're horrible. I'm gonna I'm not even halfway done here. Listen I sat in line for 30 minutes to get a cuppa coffee that I did not order I did not order the coffee that came to me and I was thinking to myself. Do you wanna go back around like to fix this coffee because I had already pulled out of the line and then I was thinking to myself no no I don't. I paid seven dollars and something for a cuppa coffee that I didn't order. The beans are awful. I would love to know where they get their beans from now let's get to the staff. The staff has nothing to do with this. They're brand new they're learning mostly children and I have nothing they have to say about them. They're only do what they're told. They're like little robots so I can't say anything bad about the staff, but I can say that this is the worst place in Somerset to get Coffey am I prejudice against my other coffee spots that I get coffee at no I'll drink coffee from oh well if it comes up coffee and it's good I'll drink coffee out of the shoe if it's good coffee OK so no I'm not prejudice. I don't like Starbucks either so ha ha they're awful. I don't know where they get their beans for either and their staff is horrible But this isn't about Starbucks. This is about the 7 brew coming to town with awful Coffey. and me on a Sunday morning with no telephone going to get coffee and my slippers and wanting they want me to read some board no no boy no I'm not reading your board. I need a menu put a freaking menu up. How hard is it they're just flavors that's all you're really offering is awful coffee beans, and flavoring which you need the flavoring to get over this taste of the horrible beans trust that so in closing I don't know what kind of coffee I actually got. I just know it wasn't the coffee that I ordered. The beans are awful. The flavoring will help if you get the right flavoring and the QR code that you have to use to even pick out your coffee is the absolute dumbest thing I've ever seen in my life. We don't live in New York City. We're in Somerset Kentucky. This little town is not ready for QR code ordering but you do you boo-boo because I'll never never never never get Coffey from there again thank you read more
