The honey bee latte was good, just needed to be a little less sweet and more milk- but that's my preference. My mom's mocha latte was really dark and full of chocolate sauce and too sweet. I'm definitely going to go back and try out more things! Other than the coffees being overly sweet, I'd still give it a 8/10!!!

This is the closest and most convenient Starbucks according to where I am located. However, it's…read morejust an extra 15 to 20 minutes to the 2 or 3 that are located in Cookeville, TN. I don't know if it is because the one in somerset is newer, or if it is because there is only 1 Starbucks besides the one in Kroger, and if u been to one in Kroger.... The things they have are limited. Anyway, their service slow more times than not; even when you order ahead. I really don't feel like they follow the recipe to the drinks, or pay attention to the ingredients that the customer wants or does not want their drink. The employees are very nice and I believe they do best they know how; I know how fast paced and overwhelming it can be, especially when everyone decides they want Starbucks at the same time or back to back!!! I think if there was another Starbucks in Somerset, KY or in a surrounding city/county; that one Starbucks wouldn't be so swamped and there would be less room for mistakes!Regardless, I absolutely love Starbucks and there's almost nothing that would make me stop going. I love Starbucks in general so much!!! if they mess it up or forget something I just go back to them and ask them to please fix it. I mean, I hate to be that person but I like it the way I like it the only thing that could make me not go to Starbucks anymore is if the price gets increased anymore than it already has, but with the economy the way it is... it's part of it! No matter how bad they mess it up, usually it can be fixed. They are really understanding and super nice at this location, especially when I am 'THAT PERSON' who ends up going back to have them fix it or to just add the whip cream they forgot... SMH!

I was here for maybe five minutes, departing with a hot coffee, a toasted bagel and a donut. The jelly donut was consumed by Mrs. K. who said it was fresh and delicious. The store was clean, the drive through was humming and it was a great stop. I had no problems at all here.
