I go to Mcdonalds south in Somerset Ky every morning for breakfast. I have been getting Carmel Frappe"s all the time. with extra carmel drizzle. I have to say for the most part they are great, but a certain crew that works there, a boy and 2 ladies are not happy making them. I dont think they like their job. My buisness will go else where now due to their service. Yesterday the boy got irriatated bc i asked for a little more coolwhip topping he got more for me but swiped his finger off madly , this morning 12-15-24 an older lady stood back and was like mouthing the words wawawa to me looking straight at me , their was no doudt what she was saying. . I think they need another job or more training on how to make frappes and how they treat their customers, i paid for the service should recieve it without attitude and great frappes like i useally recieve. read more

We've literally been sitting in the drive thru for 35 minutes. It's like they're taking one order, pulling them forward, making that one order at a time. Since we've pulled in only 4 cars have moved forward. I understand that places are understaffed right now, but like this is ridiculous. 6 cars have left the line since we've been sitting here. If y'all can't handle more than one order at a time maybe find a different line of work. Update got to the window and they said they were doing cash only. worst ever for customer service and getting your order correct. stopped in Sunday for steak bagel...drive thru...got home it was a sausage biscuit. This McDonald's can be slow at times but it is way better than the other McDonald's in town. The employees are friendly enough. The place normally looks clean. The restrooms are clean. The coffee tastes fresh. Lots of parking in the rear for vehicles with trailers. read more

My family ordered $20+ dollars worth of food for the family. I asked for a single sweet & sour sauce for my daughter to dip her fries in because she can't have ketchup. And was rudely told that they would have to charge me an additional 27 cents because I didn't order nuggets. Whoever was working the drive thru on 5 June 2020 you are wrong. My order was missing an item and when I went back to get it instead of charging me the difference the guy in at the drive thru charged me double the difference. Come on McDonald's learn math. read more

This location has the absolute worst management staff in the food service industry. Cody the Manager is an entitled millenial snowflake who can't take a shred of criticism. I simply asked him, "What's with the wait? It took 30 minutes to get an order of fries." He then proceeds to be a complete prick and says, "Its our normal wait. It's your proragative if you wanna wait in line or you can just leave." And slams the window in my face. I beep the horn and wait on him to return so I can get his name and report him to the Manager in the morning. He refused give me his first name and wasn't wearing a name tag. He then threatens to call the police if I don't leave. I speak to his manager that's there and they give me free food. I tried to go back to order fries the next night and the guy says he's refusing to serve me and calls the police and tells them I was trying to break into the store. All I did was argue with the guy over the speaker and make fun of his haircut after he refused to serve me. I didn't even get out of the car. He bans me from the store for trying to order food. I contact the corporate number who are very helpful... however management of the store then CALL THE POLICE ON ME FOR CALLING THE CORPORATE NUMBER... an officer contacts me and tells me if I call THE CORPORATE 800 number again he's gonna get a warrant for harassment of communications. The Facebook of the McDonald's page GAVE ME THE NUMBER TO CALL AND ASKED THAT I DID! They've even told me to call back on Thursday if I don't hear anything else. Terrible McDonald's. The last three times I have been thru drive thru my order has always been missing food. When you go in ( if your lucky enough to catch it before you get home) you get treated like its your fault and don't even get a sorry. You call them when you get home and noticed food was missing. The manager told me to drive back and they will give it to me. ( again no sorry, like it happens all the time no big deal) I explained I have to drive 20 min to get back to the store and I wanted my money back when I come back tomorrow .
