My visit was 3/9. It really sucks when you pay $5.69 for an Oreo blizzard and they only put a spoonful of crushed Oreos on top. I complained, she argued with me that she blended it and I showed her that it was basically a cup of ice cream nothing more. The Oreo dust disappeared and it did not resemble a blizzard in any way. She brought another one but it was pretty much the same. Not getting what I pay for sucks, but the unhelpful attitude really isn't called for. Fries were all broken, got a mouthful of chocolate syrup when I sipped my chocolate shake, the tenders were good tho. (My husbands burger was good too) the person who served us was really sweet, so that helped...still kinda salty they didn't blend the syrup into the ice cream, I've never gotten a chocolate shake (from sonic) that had chocolate swirl all over the inside of the cup, it was always blended, I guess we just inconvenienced someone in the kitchen who was trying to close over an hour early. The food at this location was terrible. Service was good, order came quickly but the 3 hamburgers were cold and the french fries, tots and chicken sandwich were greasy and had a bad taste. We all took a few bites and ended up throwing away the entire order. And the bathroom was a disaster. read more

Worst service everytime, especially if you order blast you get not even a full cup and about 1/4 cup of toppings. It's not even comparable to chipotle where when you order on the app the short you vs ordering in person. These kids skip on the amount and quality of food they give out. read more

This place is run by teenage boys who are in efficient. My order screen kept glitching and the kids seemed very confused over all. IT does not seem that there is any manager and I quite literally can seem them goofing off and throwing trash in the trash can like basketball. I don't care if they have fun but it seems to be a long process for there to be other only 2 other cars here. If people are choosing to go to a fast food restaurant, ITS BECAUSE THEY WANT FAST FOOD. The worst customer service I've every had. The management was terrible with resolving my problem. I ordered three different meals including a kids meal. All of my $40 of food was in the same 12llb bag including my kids meal. When I for a kids meal I wanted a kids meal. For my kid... . If you're expecting service with a smile look somewhere else. Though the food was hot the workers were cold. Didn't get her name by the young lady who was taking orders was very rude and rushing. She had lightish brown hair in a bun with circle glasses. Our carhops name was Cody so he will know who was working it but I even he was rushing our food to us through the window so fast we couldn't even ask for extra sauce. Not to mention I asked for my drink with LIGHT ICE and it was filled to the brim with it and a less than acceptable "onion ring". Definitely will not be returning. read more

Has been great but lately the shakes have not been so good. Kinda milky not like ice cream thick I get hot fudge and husband gets chocolate First time both fudge wasn't thick as his but his wasn't usual thick. I just thought someone just put fudge in hot. We placed a mobile order at this location. When we arrived it stated there was an issue notify by pressing the red button. Once the person answered he was not able to be understood, slurring his words, and refused to help us. Then finally said we have a mobile order is it for you we responded with yes. Never received the order and requested a manager when they lady answered. When the manager came out he was staggering interrupting us and looked very unprofessional for being a manager. Management at this sonic is terrible, they get snooty when THEY mess up orders. I feel sorry for the car hops, my food bag always smells like cigarettes, the surrounding area itself is distasteful.
