Sat at kiosk parking for 15-20, no answer after pushing buttons (watched people have the same issue and try another spot, no answer). Moved to drivethrough and sat for another 15-20...it took people honking each time for them to actually take drive through orders. Saw girls take off headset when they saw line at drive through I guess. First and last time stopping at this location. read more

Service is sometimes pretty bad and they get our orders wrong all the time I ordered chicken strips I ordered five of them I got one every time we order a burger they make the wrong type of burger if you say you don't want something they're going to ignore you their drinks aren't that bad although I have found that sometimes if the service is bad they're going to not be nice with your food they'll come up knock on your window or touch your window if you don't have it open they do not appreciate if you're playing music read more

We have been here twice, this Saturday and last Saturday, and the services has been quick and the food delicious.

This place is nasty on the inside and the only business they get is from the unsuspecting Highway traveler from US 59/69. The locals know better than to go here. Corporate Sonic needs to step in and mandate a lot of changes to make this place better. If you crave anything "Sonic", the 20 minute drive to Splendora is worth the time. read more

It's holiday season and well I like shakes. And hey, I like Pumpkin pie shakes topped with crumbled graham on whip! Also stopped here a second time and grabbed a... something I enjoyed thoroughly but cant recall the name of it, think it was a shake with espresso, I'm just going to say it was a mocha shake. Hit the spot just like the aforementioned shake. BTW I'm not intimidated to not tip you, walking 3 feet to my car doesn't warrant you the same percentage of tip that a waiter/waitress works for especially when parked right in front of the door you come out of. Second time I have been to this sonic and it's the second time I have been disappointed. Took over 25 minutes to get my 2 burgers and a medium cheese stick. There when I go to eat my cheese sticks they are basically burnt with little cheese in the middle. I will say the girl did tell me their fryer was messed up but still gave me burnt cheese sticks. $15 gone I suggest going past this sonic. read more

Ok so this place deserves some love! I usually stop here to grab my Granny a burger who lives in Camilla. I've never had a wow moment with any Sonic ever until the other night. My daughter and I ordered a variety of things including the new pretzel twists and everything tasted AMAZING! Takes forever to answer and the wait is so long they need better help and people who actually know what they are doing.

To be honest, I love my Sonic drive thru and have eaten there all over the country. This one the other hand, was not what I found most others to be. I've eaten here twice just to see if it was a bad day for me and I got sick again. I'm not sure if they are not cooking their meat as long as they should or what. It has happened when I was in Ohio eating at a Sonic, the very same scenario. Not saying food poisoning, just saying the food wasn't good at all. The drinks as always were flawless, not sure what the problem is in Cleveland, but not one I recommend to a lot of people. Me and my wife went There for a late dinner, the kids had all gone to friends.we had the house to ourselves, went to start a movie, and started to eat.
