Food is lukewarm; I've never gotten anything that was hot and fresh. I used to come mostly for the Molten Cake Sundae until the health grade dropped to 78. Once it went up to 97 and stayed for a while, I went back. I ordered a sausage burrito and the pic below is what I received. The sausage was rock hard and I didn't eat it. The tots had been cooked earlier, reheated and had a horrible after taste. The next time I went was just for a drink. There was one other car there and I waited for someone to take the order that the light went off and the screen went back to "press the button to place your order!" Worst Sonic ever!! Why is this place even "open". Been there twice and couldn't get anyone to even talk to me. Trash!!

Traveling through. Stopped here on the way and was disappointed to be rushed and interrupted while ordering. Food was just okay.

What is the purpose of using the app if you still have to wait forever. The first time I waited over 30 mins after checking in and tonight it was almost an hour. This was the worst Sonic experience I've ever had. We sat and waited for 25 minutes and never got service. We finally git someone to say "we will be with you in just a minute" after 10 minutes, but then nothing......needless to say we left. Slushies were good but the jumbo chicken bites were hard...No meat...All crunchy. I tried to fine anything that had meat. none.

I had to wait about 45 mins for a very simple order. 2 drinks and cheddar peppers and mozzarella sticks. On top of that they still got the order wrong. Worst attention to detail ever. If you order fries then expect ToTs, and if you ask for something plain then know you will find extra! The food isn't usually terrible but I have never had an order come out correct unless I ordered a napkin. They don't take as long as DQ which is why I returned so many times; over it now. read more

Next time I visit KY and need a snack I won't be stopping at this Sonic. Not greeted very nicely. They took my order wrong and when I told them they just stared at me. Then we I asked for the second slushie I ordered the employee just said well your receipt only said one. I had to explain myself again that even tho it says one, I ordered two. Being that I am pretty close to sonic is a plus for quick meals when you work late or on lunch, the only problem, ( atleast for me ) Was that their TaterTots make feel weird about 15 min after and it's only this particular Sonic. However their fries have gotten better And so has their times, the car hops are genuinely nice, a little quiet and shy but nice, better then some I've seen In the past. Real good food and service. First and last time we'll come here. I'd give them zero stars if I could considering we actually left with no food. We ordered food and it was brought to the car after 15 minutes only to be told their card readers were down. It would have been good to know the card readers were down prior to ordering. Went here a few times while staying at the hotel next store. The food was good and milkshakes were good, but the service need help, and they would have there friends walking inside the facility where they are preparing food and they would just hang out and talk. Really grossed me out and I didn't order any food after that came back two more times for milkshakes and same thing with people who don't even work there walking inside and talking and hugging the employee, not to sanitary in my opinion. read more

I have yet to experience service as poor as what was offered to my family by the staff here. A simple order of two kids meals took over twenty-five minutes and would have taken longer if I hadn't walked in the kitchen and demanded a reason for the exorbitant wait. I received shocked looks from the four employees who were all standing around talking. They quickly looked around and realized that my order had been sitting n the table for an uncertain amount of time. When I explained that my kids had class and we're now going to not eat dinner, I received excuses instead of an apology. Thanks for helping my kids build character on empty stomachs. This has been the worst place I have eaten in years. The customer service experience my husband and I endured with the Assistant Manager was unprofessional and rude. We arrived for a late night dinner approximately 9:30pm, the only customers in the parking lot at the time I might add and ordered barbecue boneless wings and fries. The Assistant Manager apparently took the order and prepared it, so the business professional I am is expecting, top notch service! Well that's not what occurred here. Our order was delivered by the Assistant Manager and he was tipped as we do by all car hops. Approximately 2 minutes later my husband begins to eat his dinner after a long day at work and the food is cold, the wings are hard as a rock, loaded with barbecue sauce and the food looks as if it had been sitting in the kitchen the entire day. When my husband hit the call button to inform the attendant about his order, the attendant immediately caught an attitude and responded in a rude defensive manner. "There's nothing wrong with that food, I drop it myself!" "Do you want your money back!" This was rude and unprofessional, obviously if a customer has paid for a service and has not receive such service they should be granted a refund however, prior to granting that refund you should try everything possible to accomplish customer service satisfaction. Due to the fact this Assistant Manager has opt to work in the customer service field, he needs to be mindful at all times that CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is a priority and if it is NOT then he needs to seek employment elsewhere. After traveling to many different states and eating at many different sonic's, this is by far the worst I've ever eaten at. It took 10 to 15 min for them to respond to the order button (there are only 3 other people here). Then it took them nearly 20 min to bring my food. They get one star because the order was correct. If you want good or fast service then this really isn't the place for you. I've went here multiple times but always regret it afterwards. Not because of the food but because how long you wait to order and the wait for your food. At least 15 mins to get a few easy items. I've worked fast food so I know how demanding it can be. Had a medium order of onion rings which was a rip off for $2.49. it only contained 6 tiny onion rings. BLT was awful, could not eat it. Good milkshake. I took meal home to eat it and didn't feel like going back to complain to manager about the order. read more

I just overhead the rudest exchange while sitting here waiting to be acknowledged. Apparently the hot fudge machine was not working and the customer in the car next to me could not understand what the server was saying so she says so slowly "our hot fudge machine is down so what do you want instead of the hot fudge sundae?" It was said as if he was a 2 year old and stupid. He then asked to speak to a manager if she insisted on speaking to him that way and she replied that she had to speak slowly so he could hear her. I then watched through the window as she related the exchange to a coworker. Very unprofessional. A server then came out and explained to the man that the machine is just splattering hot fudge everywhere and it would be messy for the workers not the customer so they could make it if he wanted it. And they wouldn't even charge him. Imagine that! After the way he was treated they shouldn't have charged him for anything. This is the slowest, most unprofessional establishment in the area. Judy D Tonight is May 2 2017. After a very hard trying day with my sick husband who is in a Nursing Home my daughter and I stopped at Sonic in Radcliff, Kentucky. We were both tired and hungry just looking for something fast and tasty. We stopped at the Sonic in Radcliff Ky. We each ordered the jumbo popcorn chicken which was the worst mistake. I also ordered mozzarella cheese sticks. The jumbo popcorn chicken was so cold and hard we could have used them as tennis balls. The mozzarella cheese sticks were so cold I pulled all the cheese out in one piece it was so chewy I couldn't eat it. My daughter promptly called the manager he thew away the jumbo pop corn chicken that she brought back then gave her two new orders of Jumbo popcorn chicken. It was awful and again hard as a rock and uneatable. So after a hard bad day we went to bed with no food to eat. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN the food is disgusting. The only good thing our young man who brought our food was so nice. I will not go back to this Sonic. The manager should have given us our money back I am on a fixed income I deserved better food for the money it cost me for food that was not eatable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. Everyone should be fired starting with the manager then the staff. Replacing everyone might help if it doesn't it needs to be shut down ASAP. I live in this area I'm so ashamed we have a dump like this Sonic pretending to serve customers with good food. I would not want my dog to eat this garage. I go here quite often but after tonight will make sure everyone knows about the manager that was working on May 4th 2015 around 8PM EST. My partner and I parked and walked up to the walk up speakers, I have a van and it is hard for the carhops to get between the speakers and my window. I pushed the button and waited a few mins and noticed cars pulling up and pushing the button and getting immediate service. I pushed the button again and again waited a few mins, I then went up to the door and waited till a carhop was coming out and asked this African American young lady if these were broken because I had been waiting awhile and she said I was the next to be served. I went back to the speaker and spoke with my partner who was sitting down and waited a bit and watched even more people be served that drove up and so I used my phone and searched for this restaurant and then called the store. When a person finally answered I stated that I had been waiting for awhile and since he was on the phone he could go ahead and take my order well he asked me to hold and then another guy got on the phone and I stated again that I had been standing outside for a while and he said that was impossible, I said what with a very surprised tone, he stated again that it was impossible for me to be standing out there I then said "Well get your F**king ass out here and you can see I am waiting" Well he was already outside by the time I finished my statement and told me that it was impossible that I was waiting because all the stations are set to go in order UNLESS these were broken. He then told me since I cussed at him I could leave I looked at my partner and said lets go, the manager went back in, my partner and I went to our van and I got in and then noticed my partner talking to someone, I opened the door and told him to come on. When he got in he said the manager came back out and was writing our license plate number down. He told the manager if he would have just listened to me and before he could finish his statement the manager said that I started cussing at him and that we were invited to never come back.. Funny thing about this manager I do believe he has no idea what or how his business operates, he stated impossible for me to be waiting because the stations are set to be in line yet if it was broken then that is a way I could be standing out there for a while. I have called the company and found out this is a franchise store yet they have no idea who or what corporation owns this location. I have been wanting to try sonic for a long time so I decided to stop in. I waited almost 45 minutes after pressing the button multiple times before I then decided to drive off. Right as I started to drive away, they finally answered through the com, very rudely, saying it would be at LEAST 30 more minutes before my food would even be done.
