You may wonder why I keep coming back if the service is so slow most times I come...well it's easy in and out as well as they have the better tasting chicken nuggets and right now the better toys.... Expect to wait a bit. Like most fast food you will hear a voice at the drive-thru and realize that it's a recording and you placed your entire order with nobody to be told wait a minute or for them to come on and greet you to take your order. Once ordered it depends on how busy the drive-thru is on how fast your food comes out. If there was someone in front of you expect to wait 2-3 minutes before you can order and a few minutes for them to get their food then you get yours. They skip giving receipts to dine-in customers so they can't do a review/survey. Not clean inside and the bathrooms are a hazard. Son of Baconator is a lackluster, small, tasteless sandwich. I've never seen a multi-serve soda machine with so many grayed-out logos (empty for that soda). Not a good representative for the brand. read more

Service sucked couldn't understand the employee running the drive through and our food got taken to another car. If the employees can't do their jobs properly they need to either be retrained or fired because they couldn't stop horse playing around. read more

Wendy's is always an excellent fast food option for me. I love to go there and get their two for five spicy chicken sandwiches and they are worth every penny in my opinion they got the nice heated peppery fiery chicken that's excellent and well seasoned I have the tomato on there that just fits it tremendously little bit of mayonnaise and lettuce on softball and this is where it's at for sure excellent location and I definitely will be back back read more

went in this evening for dinner. after waiting 15 minutes, I took my to go order and left as I was tired of sticking to the floor and was looking to cool down since there was no ac and no ice in the soda machine. I should have checked my order as it was 100% wrong my baconator was a chicken sandwich and I got 2 orders of cheese fries and 4 rubbery nuggets. to whoever's order I got don't worry I saved you a lot of sadness. read more

It is insane that a restaurant can be so consistently "out of" main menu items. It is not uncommon to see a paper sign posted upon the drive through order menu stating something like "no chicken nuggets now" or other popular item. Three out of seven nights there will be NO chili after 9:30pm or maybe enough for 1 order. I am a mid-shift RN and sometimes it's fast food all week, depending on how busy things are... variety is nice. But I sure can't count on Wendy's. Once or twice happens, but routine shortages or sold out menu items reflects incompetence. Oh, and the other day the restaurant closed early because of cold weather. This place has been on a complete decline for the past 3 years I've been here. It got some new employees a while back. And things started to look good but it's back to it's self. 15 min wait jus to put in a order through drive through. i was only the 3rd car til i got to to actually order. COVID IS OVER. There is No excuse for Lame Service. 4 people at the Delivery Window, And still couldn't get the order Right. We live in a Computer age. All items were on the Receipt, that means they showed up on the Screen. Take the item one at a time, put in Bag. They got 10 napkins right I guess. And I still had to go back and get an Item. I haven't been to wendy's in a while because of covid. I decided to stop today because I had an early grocery pickup at Walmart. There was no in front of me and no one behind me. I ordered a classic bacon, egg & cheese sandwich and a medium unsweet iced tea. They handed me my tea and I quickly tasted it. It was sweet tea. I can't have sugar. I asked them for what I ordered. No problem changing it (even though it needed more ice). I start driving towards Walmart and take out my sandwich. I don't know what they gave me. It had sausage, bacon, egg and some weird tasting cheese. It was probably more calories than what I eat in a day. I tried to take the sausage off but it was stuck to the bread. No cheesburger for you! Management if that's what you call it, allowed this store to run out of sliced cheese and chili bowls. Both of our Dave's double had of course no cheese, the most thinly sliced tomato, a measly string of onion and the saddest piece of lettuce a rabbit would have second thoughts of eating. My large chili came in a small drink cup half way filled. When I dumped it in a bowl, I was not stunned that they skimped on that too. Today my wife went and picked up lunch for us and not only did this location not have large cups but we prefer our drinks without ice bc you get more drink and it won't get watered down within 5 minutes ... the lady gave my wife the drinks (those were also wrong and had ice) and then just walked away before my wife was able to say anything.. and when she got home I noticed that they not only rang up a more expensive burger than what was ordered they gave the completely wrong burger from what I wanted .. when I tried to call and explain the situation they sent me to voicemail .. so now we had to pay more than what was intended for stuff we didn't want read more

I don't think this is necessarily the fault of the restaurant; today I ordered my favorite, #6. That's right, the Spicy Chicken sandwich. I got the meal. I haven't had this in a while. It used to be a chicken breast with that awesome breading. Now, it's literally more breading than chicken. Great if you're a breading sandwich lover. Bad if you want chicken. I don't know why Wendy's even bothers to ask to take your order because they just make what they want to regardless of what you order. How difficult is it to get a hamburger NO CHEESE. I rarely go out to eat this past year. This is the 2nd time and I went back the first time because they put extra cheese? This time I was all the way home and again CHEESE! Order is wrong every time. The slowest drive through Ive ever been in. Pretty sure they're high most of the time.

This restaurant habitually forgets half your order. They seem very overwhelmed whenever you show up to the drive-thru window. Not to mention they never give you napkins or straws. If you want a chicken sandwich make the 10-minute drive to Chick-fil-A in Elizabethtown well worth the effort. read more

This Wendy's USED TO have good food and good service. Today I can't say how the food is because I didn't get any. I came to the Radcliff Wendy's for lunch about 1:40pm on Monday 4/16. When I came in there was no one at the counter but that was OK because I needed a minute to decide exactly what I would order. I read the menu and made up my mind, but there was STILL no one at the counter. There was one girl standing in the area between the grill and the counter; I know she saw me standing there waiting but she ignored me. After a couple minutes, a young man walked up to the cash register and stood there. I started to tell him what I wanted but his only response was "I don't take orders." At this point I told him that if he doesn't take orders maybe he should get the hell out of the way and let someone actually do their job. I didn't yell, but I did say it loud enough that I know anyone working there heard me. I don't know if there even was a "manager" anywhere in the restaurant - but still NO ONE bothered coming to see what was going on, so I left. read more

Stopped at this location for a quick bite, when we pulled up to the drive thru window the staff was very rude, and quite slow for being completely dead. The whole time we were at the second window waiting for food everyone was standing around talking and cracking jokes like we couldn't see or hear them. Then when handed our food all that was said was "here" and the window closed. Very rude/unproffesional staff and would not recommend anyone go there. read more
