There's so much I want to say. In summary, the food is never hot, you don't get much, they throw it…read moretogether, they are slow, they don't understand customer service, and the restaurant always feels like a freezer because they keep it so cold. I eat there frequently, at least once a week for the past year, and it has always been this way. Why do I keep going? Because there's someone in the family who doesn't eat much but will eat their chicken, so I go for that person. FOOD IS NEVER HOT - never ever has it been hot. YOU DON'T GET MUCH - the tenders are smaller than tenders at other chicken places, and if you get a salad or wrap you will barely have a few bites of chicken. Years ago their salads used to be awesome. Over time the amount has gotten smaller and smaller, and forget thinking you'll have much chicken on it. If you want chicken, you'll need to order chicken on the side. THEY THROW IT TOGETHER - if you get a wrap, be prepared for a skimpy bit of food thrown in the middle with just a little bit of cheese. They never spread it out. See pictures I'm adding of the wrap from last night. THEY ARE SLOW - last night we stood inside and waited 21 minutes for 2 wraps and fries, while we could clearly see in the kitchen three young men who weren't hustling at all, and one was doing nothing and goofing around. Also, there was a manager and 4 people in the front. Really? And we waited 21 minutes for just a handful of cold food? THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE - the people just stand there with a blank face and take your order after you initiate it. Never do they say hello, welcome, hi, glad to have you, what can I get you... NEVER. THE RESTAURANT FEELS LIKE A FREEZER - Take a jacket and wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. I'm not kidding. People come in there and move around trying to find a warmer place or get away from a vent, but they can't. We've learned to dress warmly. So... the food has an average taste, but don't expect a good dining experience.

They have a nice selection of ice cream, but it is the hard kind you have to dip out of large containers. I don't get any because there are always unruly children with their hands and heads stuck down into the freezer trying to scoop their own. I wish they wouldn't let kids help themselves. It would be more sanitary if they had an ice cream machine. The kids also get in your way at the small buffet. Parents just let them do it. There should be an age limit to anyone helping themselves.

Wrong. Wanna know why? MOLD. How lazy do you have to be to not properly provide food that won't get your customers sick? I mean holy christ, I knew I would somehow regret having to return to this trashed establishment, and I'd hope that anyone that shops there to take a good long look at their purchases before buying anything there, otherwise they'll likely get sick, because I feel like I will now after seeing this happen to me.

The meat guy doing the cleaning is a great guy, and he's always there to help me out when there's something in the ad I can't find, and he even helped my wife a few times in getting her what she wanted without a fuss, and she's known for having issues with a few employees there, but I guess it's because he's the only one who treats her right. We walked into an amazingly decorated store and very nice staff. They greeted us with smiles and warm welcomes. Ms. Wendy let us taste so many different things before we bought them. Had it not been foe her we probably wouldn't have gotten the other options. We usually aren't that adventurous when it comes to certain foods. We ended up going with 15 oven baked, 15 spicy wings, 2 kabobs, 2 strawberry cream cheesecakes, 4 pieces of chicken, potato wedges, French fries, 2 chocolate chip, 2 peanut butter, and 2 white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. Everything smelled and tasted amazing! The potatoes were cooked thoroughly, the chicken was not only crispy but juicy and hot, and everything was fresh! While standing and waiting for my husband to return, I met a guy in line who used to live where we now live and work where we worked. It was an amazing stop. You couldn't ask for better food or service. It is clean and conveniently located. The customer service is outstanding and the prices are even better. I would recommend it.
