They're cheap relatively to the prices being charged. My wife ordered hers to be medium rare and it was rare to medium rare. She had veggies that were average. Things I noticed. When we entered, I saw a server putting rolls in a to-go container with her bare hands. When they bus tables, instead of bringing out a tub, the roll out a dirty cart through the dining room.
