During a recent work related road trip, I was the passenger and had absent mindedly left my wallet in my car. When I was told where we were eating, I looked up online and saw that you could order online as well! This made it super easy to enter a memorized credit card and have lunch without having to borrow from my co-worker. I ordered the Thai Chicken wrap with Kale side salad, but also got a Lean Machine smoothie. I walked in, told them I ordered online, went to the little boys' room, and came right out where my order was ready. Fast, convenient, and delicious. I've waited ages for a decent smoothie place to open here in southwest Oklahoma. I live in Altus so it would be nice to have something a little closer BUT HEY, can't complain! My husband discovered the place while out working and I wasn't expecting much when we decided to make the drive. I pictured a simple mom and pop establishment and was immediately impressed upon arrival! I can't tell if this a franchise or just a well planned and executed business. The adverts, logo, merchandise, food and interior were bright, exciting and clean* I felt such a wave of relief just being inside! Ordered a Detox smoothie and loved that it automatically comes in a large cup size. The flavor was mild and refreshing. I would recommend it to even those just getting into healthy living. We saw some really soft cookies at the counter and bought one to try- DELICIOUS! I didn't come in for the cookies but after sharing it with my 5 year old I am interested in buying another with a sandwich. All the food offerings looked tasty. They market everything very well. I had zero complaints and so happy I have a job now so I can afford to visit more often. It's not easy being a broke college student but at least I can look good with their yummy smoothies! I had some very happy campers with me when we discovered a TSCafe on our drive from Dallas to the Wichita Mtns. Very friendly service and reliable, tasty food. Also loved seeing a military customer base when we walked in. My only complaint is that this place doesn't look clean (bathrooms were disgusting) and that shouldn't be the case. read more

Being a drive thru queen and Lawton Ok small parking lots the line was from Lawton to Dallas it seemed! So I decided to go in :) The service was quick and fast inside and out! The drive thru was wrapped around the building so we decided to go inside and ordered. That was our first mistake because they take care their drive thru customers before even taking the inside customer's orders. It took until 4 customers were waiting in line to take the first person's order. That was about 30 minutes. We had 3 drink orders, no food order. Other customers that were after us in line had food and drink orders and received their order before our 3 drink orders. We politely asked when somebody would start on our order and the gentleman's response is that we're working our tickets in order. Clearly he wasn't when all the orders after us was completed before they started on ours. Lastly, a lady who was a regular nicely gave one of the girls a tip about having the drinks ready before food is how they should execute. Her reply was "you'll come back anyway." That is no way to reply to a customer when they are giving a tip. The worse customer service I've ever seen from a newly opened business. read more

The location of this store is what keeps me from visiting more often. It is right in the heart of Lawton's worst crime area and where it's homeless population likes to hang out. I will not go without my husband being with me for safety reasons. The staff seems knowledgeable and they are happy to help. Awesome drinks but long wait times in the drive thru and inside the store. They will see you and keep on walking past you without saying "Hello, "I will be with you in a second". This location seems to be under staffed. I love the smoothies here. It's one of the only 2 smoothie specific shops in Lawton but is the easiest to get to for me. I always use the drive thru. Sometimes you do have to wait a bit but it's usually worth it. The reason I am giving 3 stars is for the new employee(s) working the drive thru. Went in and got the Detox Island Green and Acai Berry. It was simply delicious. The whole store was very clean with plenty of seating. Staff was friendly and prompt. I was going to give five stars, but it's a little overpriced. I could be just cheap. They do have food on the menu that smells like heaven! When this place first opened I loved it but the service the last two times I've visited has been disappointing. Today I went and there was only one car in front of me no cars behind me, I placed my order and pulled up. No one opened the window to greet me or take my money for quite a while. It was Saturday 8:45p. We decided to give this place a try since the sign on the door said they were open until 10p. First, I couldn't get the sandwich I wanted (the Cuban) no explanation as to why. So I just ordered the breakfast sandwich: peanut butter, banana, granola and honey. (I really enjoyed it that's why I gave three stars). When a person in our party went to sit at a table he was told he couldn't sit there. Had to sit at the bar! (Uncomfortable stools) the worker proceeded to bring in the outside furniture and put it in the seating area. He made us feel very uncomfortable. Given that the restaurant was open for another hour I felt this was totally unnecessary. (He must have had more important things to do than provide professional service to his customers). I witnessed him rushing the other workers behind the counter, causing confusion , leading me to assume he was some kind of manager or team leader. If rudeness is what he is teaching he's doing a good job. I left still eating my sandwich because members of my party felt too uncomfortable to stay!!! As stated above, I enjoyed my sandwich and smoothie (strawberry/banana, must have been on a banana kick) I would only give one star had I not liked the food so much. Great smoothies great service. You can really taste the berries in the smoothie if you choose one with berries. They have so many different flavors, and they also have wraps and different kinds of other healthy food if you're not feeling a smoothie. They don't taste like you're every day smoothie (which I don't really like), and/because they are really good. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat a light meal and who's trying to be healthy but doesn't want to sacrifice their tastebuds. read more

I've been here ever since it opened a couple months ago, we have one back in Germantown ,TN. This one here in lawton is low end compared to that one. The food here tastes bland and cheap, the smoothies are watered down and not enough flavor to get the full taste. Overall it's okay if your expecting a expensive meal with bad quality. Which isn't what you pay for for normal tropical smoothies..... They really need to make the food better, and actually put more flavoring in the smoothies.
