I have celiac disease and we came here on a pinch on the road to get some food. I can't eat anything with flour and I asked them if they could make an egg scramble bowl for me which is not on the menu, but they did! And it was amazing! The staff has amazing customer service! I went by today. NO cars were in line, but two employees were sitting in back talking and eating. I just wanted an ice cream. I sat at the speaker for several minutes. No service. No one asked for my order. After a few more minutes I drove away and went to Big O's for a scoop of Mayfields. It was cheaper anyway. I would have given no stars if possible. read more

They are awesome and the food is always good if it isn't all I have to do is let them know and they take care of me. I normally don't bother leaving reviews for chain fast food restaurants due to the fact that we all know what they are and what to expect. Sometimes you run into that one particular location, employee, or service that just has to be acknowledged for being special, and at this location it is service and cleanliness. This Sonic location lacks both. Look through the window at the drive thru at your own risk. The place is filthy. Drive thru and listen to the voice on the other end and you'll hear the rush to get you out of their lives and the desire to wish you away from disrupting them. The management of this location should take more pride in their business than to find enough teenagers to run it for them so they can sit at home and make money as absent owners. It is pathetic and has been for a while. Rocky Top is close enough for a better Sonic option and the one I would recomend if you need Sonic. If you don't...there are plenty of competitors that care a whole lot more. read more

Probably the worst restaurant in Campbell county by far. I used to come to sonic along w my family at least once a week for years and now we don't ever even attempt to try. There was a girl working there with blonde hair named Brittany and she was TERRIBLE. They messed my order up like 3 times in a roll and every time brought me something else that wasn't right just to be rude and irritating, they fill the drinks up with 95 percent ice instead of the the actual drink you pay for and if you pull in a stall sometimes they don't even get around to answering you. The absolute worst sonic I've ever been to in my lifetime. Every single time I come here my order is wrong.. if it's past 5 in the afternoon be prepared to sit in a spot pressing the button 50 times before anyone gets to you. I realize things can get busy but that is uncalled for. Also when i order a drink even when i ask for light ice their is literally 2 drinks of whatever and 98 percent ice.. Slow, extremely slow! Waited 30 minutes on two milkshakes. Food isn't bad all the time. It's hit or miss.

Food quality is terrible here and the gal at the window seemed like she was only there to collect a paycheck. Won't be coming back
