Navigating the parking lot and entrance is difficult and not very clear. The cashier was kind of a ditz and tried to give me the persons' tea from behind me. She seemed unsure when she gave me my food too. Couldn't seem to remember who had what. If I could do 0 stars, I would. Pulled in earlier today. First stall, screen was broken. Moved to next stall, pressed the button. Waited 2 minutes and an order appeared on the screen without having my order taken. Kept saying hello but no one answered. After about 5 minutes of that I moved to yet another stall. Was finally able to place an order. 15 minutes pass and no order. I finally get out of my car, go to the door and tell a car hop that I need my money back and to cancel my order. She comes back out and says a manager will be with me in a bit. I see another person, not an employee, just walk in. I followed them and an employee said that the manager will be with me. I had an appointment I had to be at 10 minutes earlier is why I chose "fast food." As the manager is canceling my order, I notice that it was sitting on the table to be run out. It must have been there a while since the ice cream was semi melted. Only excuse I got was that the staff was new. Sonic in Colorado is a joke. Will be contacting corporate. read more

Tried to go before seeing a movie, wanted a shake. The order was rude, cutting me off while trying to order and seemed annoyed I wanted all of 1 shake and some fries. When he was bringing it out, I saw the bag fall over and a couple fries hit the sidewalk. Dude (nametag said Shateek?) legit picked them up and put them back in the bag and tried to give them to me anyway. Some of the worst customer service. The drive thru is broken (understandable) I sat at a stall for almost 15 minutes without being helped. A car next to me drove up and was helped immediately. When I pointed it out to the staff they were extremely rude. I was trying to be patient, but I would not recommend this sonic based on the poor customer service. We will never be coming back. Staff and manger were very rude to use because we were one minute before the happy house, which is at 2:00 and we ordered at 1:59. I waited about 5 min after pushing the button before anyone took my order. When I asked to purchase a gift card I was told 'we don't do gift cards here.' And that was the end of it. Food at this location was pretty good. The employee who took our order at the drive through had a little trouble but we were ok with it because she seemed new. The one thing that I did not like is them having to take my credit card out of the building to one of the parking spots to run it. I have never left a review for a restaurant on here, but after wasting 30 minutes of my day here I figured this was a special occasion. It took nearly 5 minutes for them to even take my order at the stall, which I was fine with because they were busy. I ordered a small sonic blast. They have a little tracker on the screen which was nice, but it took 12 minutes for them to say my shake was done and being delivered. 4 minutes later, still no shake. I pushed the button again and told them I'd been waiting for 15 minutes for a shake that said it was being delivered nearly 5 mins ago. Their response was "Well bring it out when we can." 5 minutes later , still no shake. I pushed the button again and told them to refund my money. Horrible service! I just stopped to order an ice tea without ice, and then get ice in a separate cup (so it doesn't water down my tea). They said they didn't have enough ice to sell a cup of ice, but they could put the ice in the tea. This makes no sense!!!!!!
