Here in Glasgow, I give this place a three star because the food but the service is absolutely garbage. It used to be good. I stopped going because of work and all that and buying my own food out of grocery stores and butcher shops but occasionally I would go to sonic's to get a Smashburger of some sort from their menu but the last few times I've gone the service has been terrible and I would order ahead on the mobile app and the first time I had to wait 10 minutes after the app told me when my order would be ready and then after that, I had to wait literally 40 minutes for my burger and jalapeño poppers after my order was supposed to be ready and they claimed those because of the large crowd and meanwhile people going through drive-through were getting their orders before me while I ordered in advance and then the individuals got my soda wrong. I had to send it back and get another soda that was correct and I used to tip all the time, but I'm not gonna tip anymore because it usually goes to waste because of how long I gotta wait for my meal after ordering in advance like they need to literally either replace the management team or the people in the store to get things right the first time and take orders as they come in such as mobile orders that are put in advance should come before people in the drive-through read more

Decided to give it another shot... Ordered in the app. It took 10 minutes to drive there and still waited 25 minutes to get 2 DRINKS!!! How the f&$% is this place still in business? read more

Food is usually decent enough. The service is unreasonably slow. Today I waited ten minutes at the window - not counting the fifteen I already had spent in line. That's a fairly common occurrence at this location. The counter personnel inevitably blame the cooks. That could be true, but it looks as if the window people don't get a lot of training. Hard to blame those employees. That leaves management. read more

Honestly doesn't even deserve one star Terrible service, very slow, disrespectful workers, always getting orders wrong. Ordered a number 4 and they gave me raw bacon and no patty, came back to get it remade and they took forever I had to press the button again and they took it out and it was old and cold with no bacon. They mess up my order every time I go read more

Complete wrong order, then when I told the server my order was incorrect when she brought it out, she just turns and walks away. Also took 45 min for my incorrect order to get to my car. Then another 30 for them to admit there's mistake and fix the problem. 10 out of 10 wouldn't recommend! read more

Was given a PLAIN chicken (dry) chicken sand which instead of the bacon burger we ordered. Been waiting over 30 minutes for a replacement. Literally just a burger. Don't recommend. Edit: 45+ Minutes. read more

Terrible service, not only did they not place my order the first time so I had to wait for 30 minutes but then after I placed my order again and waited for another 20 minutes they messed up my order. Never will I go back there again if they keep messing up like this! read more

only people here in the drive through and couldn't get our order taken properly then pulled up since we were cut off and couldn't finish our order then the stupid teenagers were sitting on the counter talking about their"ex boyfriend" instead of working read more

Stopped by for breakfast but was disappointed with very limited breakfast menu. I guess like a lot of carry out restaurants, they didn't ask how I liked my coffee and only delivered black coffee to me. The coffee was bitter. Price was high and quality was low. Won't return. read more

I've always heard of Sonic, saw a commercial somewhere and saw it on food network, but never actually ate from here. So when I came down to Kentucky for work, people asked me what I want for dinner, I chose Sonic. I ordered a Medium Sonic Burger combo with onion rings. The burger was pretty big I must say. My friends knows that I haven't had a McD's burger in about 4 years, so I guess they must be pretty shocked I ate a burger from Sonic's. The onion rings were huge too, which I actually like more than the burger hehe. I've heard the shakes and chillers are really good too, but I failed to try them. But there will be next time. I also heard from my co-worker that on Tuesdays, all the bikers in town would come down here for food. I think it would be a very interesting to see and a very good photo-op. Who knows maybe I can hitch a ride from one of the bikers? read more

Food was delicious chicken was a lil dry but that's ok!, the service was great, Ambiance was perfection!

This visit to Sonic was nothing but an embarrassment to the franchise's name! It took about 50 minutes to receive 4 drinks, and we even ordered ahead! seriously that's god awful! read more

Just stopped for a large Vanilla Coke. Waited 10 minutes after we pushed the button for someone to take our order. Then an additional 10 minutes to deliver it. When we did get it the server took her time then rolled her eyes when we didn't tip her. read more

I love Sonic. I wish we had one in Fishers. My breakfast sandwich was really good. I had an egg and cheese on a brioche bun, and I had tater tots. My tater tots were crispy. They have so many yummy things on their menu, and so many unique and tasty drinks. Def wish we had one. read more

Sonic is always fun. Especially when the weather is nice. Happy hour from 2 - 4 includes half price drinks and shushes, and dollar corn dogs. Watching everyone on skates and roller blades is always great if you're a people watcher. We will probably have to find somewhere else to hang out when it gets cold though. read more

I've been to many Sonics in my life. I'm convinced that this is the best one on the planet. My food is always hot and fresh. The car hops are nice and are doing cool tricks on their roller skates. The service is fast even with most spots taken. definitely recommend. read more

It took too long to get 2 drinks! They always seem to take a long time. It doesn't bother me when hot food comes out but for 2 drinks it took more than 10 minutes read more

I usually love Sonic. In the past, it's always been a great place to go during summer to get snacks or ice cream and to hang out. However, I've continually been disappointed with this Sonic over the past two months. For starters, their slush machine must have been broken because every time I (or anyone else I talked to) ordered one, it would come out completely liquid. No ice at all! They didn't warn me the machine was broken, but on several different occasions, over probably 3 weeks, I or someone else got a big cup of liquid with no ice or slush consistency at all. On top of this, they've become very slow. I know summer is their busy season, but it has been RIDICULOUS! One day all I ordered was a vanilla diet coke and waited almost 30 minutes before it was brought out. Another day, I ordered a tea and popcorn chicken. An hour and 5 minutes later, I FINALLY got my order. They weren't even extremely busy, so it's just crazy I should have to wait even close to an hour for something so simple. On other occasions friends and I have had experiences where we had to wait much longer than necessary for easy orders. I'm giving 3 stars because in the past I've never experienced such difficulties and hopefully this can be resolved soon. read more

They got my order wrong and there was a group of teenagers being loud and disrespectful and the employees did nothing and it looked like some of the employees were friends with them and were condoning there behavior. Maybe if they weren't to busy with there friends outside they would have gotten my order right. read more

even tho i live around here, this is one of those places you visit as a treat, great food at a great price. kids think it's one of the best places in town and like to go their for special occasions like end of the school year and movie nights. fairly quick and always hot and fresh no complaints. read more

Compared to DQ's Blizzard, Sonic's Blast is no where comparable. Not enough bits and pieces. As far as Sonic goes as a fast food, I loved the one where I use to live near Livingston TN. But the one here in Glasgow is a jinx for me. I finally got my husband to go in there...(he does not like fast food) and they completely messed our ice cream order to the max. I ordered a blast and there was nothing in it but ice cream. They brought us no spoons to eat it with. I think there were too many people for the amount of servers. I spoke to the manager about the problem and she refunded the whole car loads order, which was great, although all I wanted was some stuff in my blast that was supposed to be there. I decided to return by myself and give them another chance to make that Blast. Everything was fine, got what I ordered in a timely manner but there was simply not enough stuff in the ice cream to constitute anything but a cup of ice cream. I think I will stick to the DQ Blizzard for ice cream. read more
