This is a fast sonic that has great quality service and convenient location. I have breakfast there this morning with a sausage, breakfast burrito and the side of cheesy tots with a half-and-half, sweet unsweet tea. Excellent food they were prompt, friendly, thoughtful, and the price was not bad at all. read more

They are very inconsistent with the food and when they are wrong with your order they do not honor when you call and they tell you they will replace it stop by next visit name on the book mess. Your meal is not hat you paid for and if your main item is what your calling about then you have messed up my meal but when you say you will replace my meal that's what I expect one two it's all the time happening. Half of them are rude when they come across the speaker for your order and please do t be on a time schedule because they are not. Half of screens are not on most times. I keep giving them chance after chance due to location but then kick myself when I do it read more

This location seems to be the only one that knows how to prepare grilled cheese sandwiches. You don't just put some cheese between some dry toast and melt the cheese. The store actually uses some kind of butter spread or something that gives it more flavor and not so dry. And this afternoon it's 94° outside. I suspect they might be shortstaffed and the main person I see bringing food out is probably the person takes the orders and he literally is running from the store out to the vehicles and runs back into the store again. I don't usually see staff at a drive-in work that hard to get their food to a customer. read more

Pulled into drive thru at 7:10 am and pushed the red button. 15 min later I assumed maybe the stall I was at wasn't working so I re-parked in the stall beside me. 5 min goes by and I see a carhop bring a drink out to the car that just pulled up beside me 5min ago. I nicely say 'mam I have bn here for over 20 min, how did that car get their order already since I've bn here alot longer!' The carhop was friendly and said 'I'm so sorry, she placed an online order and I'm the only one here right now.' I said thank u and continued to wait 5 more min to see if she would take my order. Nothing. So I left and went to the sonic on midland and that sonic had my food out to me within 5 min of me placing my order. I understand being short staffed but that is ridiculous and to the staff and customers. Won't be back to this sonic read more

They're okay but not great. Had to correct an Uber order. I'd only recommend ordering drinks. Going to a further away Sonic to get food would be worth it or stay on your toes. read more

Went to Sonic this morning to get Large Sweet Tea and then open up my cup and there was a bug in the ice . I mean a bug in the iCE like it was in a ice cube gross as crap. Really people clean the ice container out care about your customers damn. read more

I went to the Sonic on Grand Ave in Fort Smith, AR and ordered a BLT and it was horrible!!!!!! It was on two pieces of cheap white bread and there wasn't even a slice of bacon on it. Just some bacon crumbles. It was pathetic! I will never go there again and recommend others not to either! read more

Yesterday i placed an order around 8:20ish and they told me to go @8:32 & use the app to let them know i was there and i did. I waited for ab 10 mins because i THOUGHT my drinks drinks were ready but then i pushed the button to ask and they had no clue what i was talking ab out. Then a man came out a few mins later and asked if i was me and he said they were ab to start on my drinks. So therefore it was another 15 min wait. When i finally got my drinks they didnt even give me a straw for my shake and it was just milk and not even ice cream. read more

The slushes we ordered are straight liquid. Barely cold. I complained and the guy said " well we make a lot of slushes so they're a little watery." I'm not That picky. But these had zero ice. Every time I've come here something has been off. I should have known better than to try again. read more

Another Sonic chain! This place is located near the college and also conveniently has a drive through. Sometimes the wait for the food is a bit iffy (10+ min) for fast food. But the carhops are always pleasant :) read more

It appears this Drive-In has a management problem. About half the time I stop here there's a problem. Sometimes it's because the fryers aren't running yet at 8am, others it's waiting 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Most if the time the wait in a stall is at least 10 minutes even for simple orders. It appears the priority goes to the drive-thru so the stall orders fall through the cracks. The carhops have always been very friendly as are the voices that take the orders. The orders are usually correct, but often sloppily made. I contacted management (via the Sonic Drive-In survey on the receipt). I received a response apologizing, assuring me that the problems were being addressed, and a promise of coupons. The coupons never materialized and neither did better service. It's not unusual for the franchises in this area to have big problems and this is certainly the case with this Drive-In. It's too bad because with UAFS right next door it seems like it has both a built-in clientele and pool of potential workers from which to draw that could make it a big success. read more

It appears that yelp is selling us out to google-anylitics and score-card-research. I see script problems with the stars. THE REVIEW: Sonic does not claim to be fast food. U want it fast, go 2 McD's - BugerKing. They will nuke your buger in 30 seconds. Sonic only promises good food. Another option for ONLY GOOD FOOD is Meyers in Poteau OK. or Mena AR. Sonic and Meyer's have good food and real ice cream for sodas and shakes. Meyer's has good oldies music to dine by. And you might see carhops on skates. McDs and BugerKing will give you shakes made from chicken fat and whatever else is cheap and unhealthy. NEVER complain about a short wait for genuine good food. read more

Don't get nothing to drink here . I've tried to give them a chance but every time i go I have to throw away my drink because it tastes like plastic. Even the slushes , don't bother going . read more

They told me they closed at 10:00 and when I got there at 9:45 they where already closed. These people need to get their shit straight.

If you are getting anything other than drinks go elsewhere! this place is the most unorganized sonic you will ever go to! i live a block away and i will drive across town if i want food! read more

IF I could do no stars I would!!! This is the second time that I have had a very bad experience at this Sonic!!! We waited in the drive-through for over 5 minutes to place an order the young lady was clearly having difficulty (possibly new) she struggled getting the order and when we got to the window she told it back. The order was wrong as she read it back! Then our drinks came out and they were wrong! We gave it back through the window and had new ones made. We were worried about cleanliness and our health. We asked to speak to the manager and we waited! The manager Jason, came to the window with an attitude! We told him about this being our second time there, and how this time was worse than the first time. He said, "Oh ya, what was so horrible about it.", in a sarcastic tone. We told him about how long the wait was, and he said, "Well you ordered chicken! Meanwhile, he argued over and over! Cars lining up behind us! I told him while you are arguing with us, people are waiting!!!!!! He never gave our receipt and refused a refund of $15 because we paid cash and not a card? We called another sonic and they said that is not true! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! IT IS NOT CLEAN AND THEY ARE RUDE!!!!!! MANAGER IS HORRIBLE!!!! read more
