Unbelievable selection and almost like an amusement park of alcohol options. I don't drink alcohol and don't promote drinking alcohol - but if I did drink I would likely be a customer. It's close to the interstate - convenient and has a huge selection and the folks were nice and helpful! So how do I know about this place and recommend it if I am not a drinker of alcohol? I bought some stuff to make a homemade concoction for a cold from a recipe that was given to me by an aunt who told me she thought it would help me. We spent 8 days in Arkansas and probably came to Sodie's at least 7 days out of those 8. The selection is pretty extensive, and the prices were really reasonable. The owner was nice enough to give us a voucher for maybe 3 free cupcakes at this local place during one of our purchases! The other time, he gave us a 10% discount on everything just because. Staff are friendly and make sure everything is packed nicely and won't be broken. We wound up taking home an entire suitcase worth of liquor... had to leave some other stuff behind ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Not sure if parking's ever an issue in this part of Fort Smith, but parking lot was spacious and never had issues finding a spot. Also located less than half a mile from Walmart, Best Buy, and Home Depot. read more

we have been buying wine from them for a long time. Franzia Burgundy to be exact. We had a case sold to us a few weeks ago that was leaking and reeked of vinegar. They wanted to take 2 back and leave the other 2 with us. We told them no we wanted 4 new boxes. just recently we have gotten 2 more cases and 2 of them were bad. they refused to replace them. I contacted Franzia to let them know. I have never had a store not stand behind their products. won't be going back. I guess they want you to open all 4 boxes and taste them before you leave their store!!! read more

WOW!!! The selection here is great for Fort Smith, AR. They have an amazing selection for anything you are looking for beer, wine, and liquor of any type. Bonus- As a bourbon drinker, I found something here we don't get in my home city!!! Build your own six pack with more choices than you know what to do with, including a better than average cider selection!! Parking is a breeze! And the store is well air conditioned and incredibly well organized. There are some items you are able to taste before you buy! Holy crap, this place is amazing. It is honestly amazing. I've been struggling to find a good liquor store since I moved here in January and it didn't happen until this month when I popped over to Sodie's and discovered a clean, well organized, well stocked and fairly priced store. The staff was incredibly helpful and the selection was beyond impressive. It's a bit of a drive from my house, but 100% worth it. If you need to buy booze, go here. read more

Sodie's is my go to for all my adult beverages. I live about 70 miles away in a dry county so I don't do a run in and run out I usually look around to see what's available. They have things I've only read about. The only negative I have is recently I was standing at the growler station looking over the selections. I had decided to sample a couple of brews and possibly getting a growler. One of the employees walked by and asked "How are you doing?" to which I replied fine. That was the wrong question. The proper question is "Can I help you?" How are you doing is a greeting not a offer to help. read more
