This location is usually great, I've done several methods of ordering from mobile order, Uber eats, and ordering at the kiosk. I usually get the foot long chili dog and fries. But my most recent visit the food tasted very old. It was not late at night either it was about 500pm which seems like a prime dinner time so not sure why the food seemed so old, However out of the other times everything was perfect. Staff is always friendly and it's never to crowded or too long if a wait. read more

Worst food ever! We ordered online and I swear I will NEVER go back to the Eastlake store! (It was barely 6 pm and they were busy of course). Our order was an Ultimate Sonic cheeseburger(the meat was old and dried out), the bun was stale and there was no ketchup on it as requested; a Chicken club toaster-(which means there is supposed to be bacon on it right?). There was no bacon, the cheese didn't even stick to the piece of grey chicken that was in between soggy pieces of bread. YUCK! Not to mention the under cooked tater tots (we ordered large-looked like a small order in a large container- what a rip off!). So, the whole reason that we went was to try the heavily advertised Buffalo chicken dip bites...these things were over cooked (nearly black on the outside). GROSS! I know for a fact having experience in fast food that these things have cooking times! Come ON! Disgusting food! Not to mention, the carhop brought out 4 drinks without a drink carrier-seriously?! Needless to say-NO TIP! Sorry I don't have pictures-his review was an after thought because we were mortified by the decline in food quality that this store put out this Sunday evening-definitely a let down. Visited this locations about three times now and honestly it's nothing special. It's fast food so I try not to be too rough. When you order your food beware it may not look anything like the picture. I have order footling coneys from here and they are always a hot sloppy mess. The burgers can be the same depending on the day. It should t be like that, in my opinion. Now the strawberry lemonades with light ice seem to always be on point. Their ice cream I have had once and it was good. They have a drive thru, the standard park and order and they have a sit down outside and order option. I have taken my dogs when I choose to sit outside and didn't have any issues. So dogs are welcome. They do not offer military discount but they do have special offers they offer at different times of the day. So all in all the place isn't awful but I would suggest taking pride in making the food. read more

I've had so many issues with this Sonic on multiple occasions that I will drive to another sonic that is further away. The food is terrible. They definitely half ass on cooking the food. I had gotten mozzarella sticks one time and they weren't cooked all the way. I took one bite and had to throw the rest away This last time that broke the camels back, the chicken slinger I got, I had asked for it without pickles. Eat bite I took, tasted like there was pickles on it, but they took them off because they messed up and they didn't bother remaking it. The burger that my husband for, he said it tastes terrible. Then there comes customer service. My husband drove up into the stall and ordered. 15 minutes later he called them again asking where our food was. They said they didn't have an order for that stall! Seriously?? So he ordered, again, and had to wait another 15 minutes. Did they try to make this situation right? Nope. Never again will I go to this sonic. And I'm sure they'll always have customers because there aren't many fast food restaurants in the area. read more

Always get the orders wrong it feels like its a order something and would make it how we want kind of place. When they fix it they throw all the things your missing in your order plus all the items that are wrong they leave it in there. Sauces leak outside the cup, and employees are always on a huddle talking to each other instead of working with the sense of urgency to give a fast good service. One time we order buffalo popcorn chicken and they gave us bbq after they fix the order they just added buffalo sauce on top of the bbq, that was really absurd. Drive thru is always super long and I always see customers come back to get the right order or missing something. This was the last try i gave to sonic super bad service. read more

I am the give a place more than a few times to make it up kinda girl. We moved to Horizon in June. This is the only sonic nearby and they obviously use that to their advantage. I've been here many times sometimes a few times a week. Every single time is worse than the other. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I ordered 2 meals. Chili cheese dog with fries and patty melt with onion rings. As we drove off my kiddo hands me an onion ring that's cold, greasy and has the batter barely hanging on. Ugh! Again. We get home and my kiddo looks at her fries they're cold, old, dry and burned. Her Chili dog was cold. There was no saving this meal. Come on Sonic do better. Your staff knew the fries were not good, the food was gross. We are absolutely not coming back. I'd rather make the drive to another location or just decide to go to another restaurant. This wasn't a first this is a common occurrence but now I'm just giving Sonic money to give me old dry cold gross food? No way read more

Had nothing but bad experiences here. Hadnt been here in a long time bur decided to stop and get some drinks. 2 were Route 44 iced coffees and asked for 14 creamers. 7 for each, they're big cups. The guy only gave me 5 creamers for both. I asked for the rest. He said they ran out. I asked how was that possible and finally said the owner wont let them give out more per person. waited 30 min for 3 drinks and they were all wrong. How hard is it to make drinks? It wasn't even busy when I went. Then driving away to head home I saw inside and saw nothing but a bunch of high schoolers doing nothing but being on their phone. So annoying. Would not recommend. read more

Went for some BBQ popcorn chicken and they gave them to me with no sauce and they where hard and cold, bad service.

Terrible service takes too long to get my food. After 40 minutes finding out that my order was dropped after I had paid with a debit ....took 10min Arguing for a refund...15 minutes later to find out they made a mistake. Telephone number for customer service is Wrong it's not 1800 OK sonic. It's 1866-ok Sonic... don't recommend going to this location, I would rather go to Zaragosa location. read more
