Seriously!! I just paid $4 for this order of popcorn chicken. It is like 6 pieces of day old bites of chicken. Ridiculous. I don't know who you have cooking in there but something needs to change. I also was going there frequently in the mornings and my breakfast was terrible at least half the time. I now try to wait until I get to Sherman to go to Sonic which is really sad. Just separate the French toast sticks and cook them the right amount of time. Not understanding the complication in all this. Anyways, I think this was my last try with this location. read more

This location has always been fairly slow when it comes to service, but I've given them the benefit of doubt because I figured they were making orders from scratch. I don't know if it's from a lack of staffing or just a desire not to work, but they're not ever truly busy. I'm also not sure what part of NO CHEESE you don't understand, dear Sonic employees, but after ordering Jr. Burgers sans cheese THREE different times and receiving them topped with it anyway... I think there's a disconnect somewhere. Not everyone loves cheese, so why automatically serve burgers this way? Maybe it's God's way of telling me that I don't need to eat Sonic, but whatever it is, I've seen the sign and I won't be returning. read more

I'm not sure if we stopped at the same Sonic other reviewers did! Our experience there was very pleasant. Traveling with a dog you can't be too choosy about where you stop for a bite. So Sonic with it's picnic tables seemed like a good idea. It was. My buddy traveling with me got some onion rings.She is a real Sonic onion ring snob. She worked for Sonic and used to do the o-rings there. So when she said the ones here were the closest to the best she ever had...I take her word for it. My son inhaled a New York style hot dog and the route 44 limeade I had was ideal Sonic bliss. The nice gal who brought out our food was nice enough to refill my dog's traveling water container. Everyone was sweet with my pup and we were back on the road with easy on/off access to the Interstate in about 20 minutes! read more

I have been going to sonic for years, like the chili dogs with onions (they forget the onions most of the time), as they did tonight. Go once a week if not twice a week for sonic blast (pay extra for extra butterfinger on my blast), this makes the 3rd time they forgot to put it on! Gave the carhop a $1.50 to please put extra butterfinger on the blast, she went in and came back out with NO extra butterfinger! That means I paid a total of $2.00 for nothing, not good service and no extras! That's it! Too many new places to get ice cream and food. read more

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers an a large order of fries. Got home no fries burgers were cold and I found a hair in my burger. It took 20 minutes to get our food. Worst service I ever had. I will never go back to the sonic at coffin and Austin in Denison again read more

This may sound crazy, but I think this is one of the best Sonic's I've had all around. Of course, some of them I've been to in the part have poor management and staff. This one on the other hand was one I had stopped at on my way to Kansas City. They have all the good drinks, food, and tater tots! I had a New York style hot dog with a big limeade and tater tots. The nice lady was kind enough to give us a little extra ketchup, and give some water to our dog who was traveling with us. My friends seemed to enjoy the food as well, and also the good service. I think this Sonic beats all the others I've had in the past. We were back on the highway in about 20 minutes. A great lunch! read more

The service at this location is outstanding. I highly recommend this location for the beautiful scenery that is the swole carhop, idk his name yet, but watching him run back and forth from cars to the build, makes me want to know his name and moree.... If you want an entertaining lunch break I highly recommend watching him as you eat. Best lunch break ever! read more
