Decided to stop by as I was craving a milkshake and was hungry. Decided on a footlong chili cheese coney meal. I asked to add mustard. I asked for a large chocolate milkshake. Of course I grab my straw as I'm on my way home. You know that frothy part when a milkshake has melted? That's what the entire thing tasted like. So I make it home and with only have had 1/4 of it, I throw it out. I sit down, ready to eat my chili cheese coney... literally all that is on it is mustard. I said to ADD mustard. I don't get all the complaints about orders being wrong. Did you READ THE SCREEN in front of you as they were taking the order? To avoid confusion we use the app and get drinks 1/2 price during happy hour. Hard-working order delivery people- we always give them a nice tip. read more

The food wasn't bad it's the service that was absolutely horrible spent 3 minutes waiting to hear a response and no one responded, which this is not the first time this has happened. We've had multiple issues where someone hasn't answered or given us their attention. read more

They're to busy on their phones inside to do their job. They dont even wash their hands most of the time and bring you cold food thats greasy. If you're expecting crispy fresh fries or chicken lower your expectations to greasy and soggy food thats lukewarm if you're lucky. They are in the business of stealing. I finally got fed up and called to get a refund for the items I did not receive. They said, no refund but we will put it in "the book" and next time you come, give us your name and we will give you the missed items. We'll, I did that today. Nope. Nothing was in "the book". The manager refused to even talk with the person that told me that on March 16th and then told me to bug off. It was only 4 dollars this time. Sonics has become s regular weekly stop to pick up an unsweetened ice tea for Linda (she craves it). So on my way home from work church I decided to pick up a bite to eat. We where on vacation here two weeks ago. We wanted to try Sonic as we see the adds. on TV. in Boston but had not gone. Well our two teenagers and us loved it. They have a large menu if you can't find something I don't think you are looking. The burgers are large and juicy and made the way you want them. They are fast and friendly. We even gave our cat Trixie some of the burger. She loved it too. We went two more times in two weeks. We have one near Boston so we will be going again soon in Boston. Usually my go to fast food restaurant. I really like the boneless wings and jalapeño poppers. The food always comes out great but they never give me ranch. Both of the things I get generally are supposed to come with ranch. Even when I ask specifically for a ranch I get one for a twelve piece wing and order of jalapeño poppers. Not sure if there's a supply problem but it would be nice to at least get one per spicy food. Especially when I ask for it. read more

About the most expensive fast food place. We rarely visit anymore due to our orders never being made right and then given flak bc we asked for them to be fixed! And the rudeness we encountered our last visit was enough for me! If it's gonna cost me almost $30 bucks to feed 3 ppl basic meals, then I want it done the way I ordered it! Simple!! Don't bother asking any questions about their menu either, you'll get told they're not sure, would you like to order now! BS Sonic! I worked there years ago and it wasn't like that. Management required you to know the menu. You didn't run drive thru if you didn't. And if you still didn't know or just wasnt sure, you asked someone who did!! You were used were you were the strongest and you were trained in all areas over time. Of course that was 10 years ago or more now, and most places now days just don't care anymore, they just want to take your order and move on to the next order. Done! And don't ask for an extra sauce. You'll be charged as if they are going bankrupt and that one extra sauce will break them. Which of course I likely wouldn't care about paying for it, if such a big deal wasn't made about my daughter requesting an extra bbq sauce from a waiter walking by us. She'd been asking everyone around us if they was ok, did they need anything, and I guess my daughter interrupted her and she didn't like that. I understand, but she's a kid, get over it. Also this is apparently a new policy their, if you need more dipping sauce they are .50 cents if ordered via button but if you catch the person walking around with the "smile" tray their free??
