Spent the weekend in the area and popped in for a couple of Limeades. The stench of marijuana reeking from the carhop was so horrible we left with our windows open to air out our vehicle. This is not a good look for what we thought was a family friendly establishment. Sonic do better! read more

Finally got around to trying out this place. Right off the bat had problems. First had to wait quite awhile to order then had trouble with paying at kiosk. Then waited for 20+ minutes for order to be brought out only to find incomplete order. Wife had ordered chicken meal with tater tots and onion rings with honey mustard. Chicken came out no onion rings no honey mustard. Chicken was dry and cold. Wife refused to eat what she received and sent back meal for full refund. Cook apparently was not familiar with menu. Holy Smokes ! Ordered some drinks on the app . They brought out one and had to wait 45 minutes to get my two other slushies . I hit the order button at the kiosk and they ignored us until we went through the drive thru . We then had to wait until they fixed the two other cars order before they could fix ours . I did a mobile order for me and my fiance. We both got the double smash burger meal the patties were burnt on the bottom to point after 3 bites both my fiancee and I were sick. I ordered a Route 44 Dr.Pepper with sweet cream and vanilla I got it in a Large cup (which I understand being out of cups) but, don't make me pay extra for the larger size and not explain the situation to me. On 1 of the smash burgers i paid extra for extra cheese and there was no kitchen note to tell them apart. My fiancee's burger was literally threw together. (Like bottom bun was on one side of the box and the top bun was on the other side). thankfully this was only 21 bucks but, we will not be returning. I use to work for this company and this is so sad. Being in this town they have the opportunity to make good money but, don't choose quality people to make their food. we are both sick to our stomachs because of how awful the food was. I love Sonic but this one is terrible. Placed an order through the app today. Went over to get it and the parking area is blocked off so everyone has to go through the drive thru. This place, like most places in Blairsville Ga has the worse customer service skills. I was there for lunch today and no one was there, the place was deserted. I drove up, placed my order and while receiving my food, thanked the girl twice and said have a nice day, she did not respond to anything, barely looked at me and did not say one word. The food is edible but nothing more. When I first got there, I wondered why on lunchtime no one was there. Could be because of the poor customer service skills by the workers. The Chik Fil A in town was jammed packed and they know a lot more about good customer service skills. This sonic will probably close down like so many others. read more

Recently went thru drive up and placed an order that was $8.92. I gave the girl a hundred dollar bill. She didn't give me any change, and when I asked about it she said I gave her the correct change. I spoke with a manager and she told me she would count the register and get back with me. When the mgr. got back with me, she said the register was right and there was no hundred dollar bill in the till. Management took the word of the thieving employee and refused to listen to me. I called their corporate office and the man I spoke with promised to investigate my claim. He never called me back and when I tried to contact him, he wouldn't answer the phone. I never did get my $91 dollars change from these dishonest people. read more

I got large milk shake with candies in it. it was the worst shake I ever had! it taste like a cool whip shake! I can't even drink out of the straw. two hours later, I still can't even drink out of the straw! it doesn't melt in two hours! it was very foamy and l should called it " air shake"! worst service I pulled up on the parking lot. waited for about 15 mins. no one came to me. I had to turn around and use the drive thru. I seen all the work workers walking passed me the whole time. Really worst service and worst shake. I didn't go back there to complains.
