The turnaround for this location in the last few months has been AMAZEBALLS! I haven't lived in the area long, but i can definitely tell a difference in the way the place runs. The food is served in a timely fast-food manner. The staff is beyond kind every time i visit. No complaints here :) Keep up the good job!! read more

The man that took our two drink order was able to work quickly and was polite. The girl that brought out our drinks was well kept, polite and showed up quickly. So if you are a female have brown hair and braces and just gave drinks to a white car, you did great! 10/10, 5 stars. read more

Stopped in on July 5th, 2023. My regular hamburger place was closed. At my regular place I get served in a booth, by a waitress. The hamburger is always great. I pay, with tip, $8.17. At Sonic, at 151st and South Memorial, in Bixby I ordered a #1 meal. The French frys were mushy, over cooked, and had obviously been sitting for some time. The hamburger, if you can call it that, had been sitting for a long time, waiting for a customer that was so hungry that he didn't care what kind of garbage he put in his body. It was almost cold, over cooked, contained a meat patty that only resembled hamburger, and the vegetable garnish was just so much mush. Additionally , it was over a dollar higher in price than my usual place. As long as I live I will never again frequent a Sonic. Be warned! read more

This is probably one of the worst sonic locations. The ice cream machine never seems to be working and 3 drinks (ice tea, DP and a Diet Coke) take over 20 minutes, even when ordered ahead through the app. Food orders also typically have mistakes or come out lukewarm. read more

Terrible service- pulled in stall #5 @ 1:05 so not peak time. Placed order waiting 17 min checked in and asked for an update. Had to place another order waiting another 7 min watching order come in after mine and being served ahead. My lunch time was over so has to leave with out . If your in a hurry be careful you might leave hungry. read more

We just had the worst dining out experience ever at the IHOP on south Memorial. The food was over cooked and cold. I had to ask 4 times and go find the manager just to get butter for pancakes and the toast I ordered. By the time we finally got toast and butter the food was stone cold. Very bad management and a waitress that has no clue what she was doing. I suggest going anywhere else but this restaurant. read more

If you really want to go to a good sonic and get "good" food take the extra 7-10 minutes and drive down by Walmart on memorial.The food is a hell of a lot better, this sonic has very incompetent employees and they can never make my order correctly. It always take at least 20 minutes to get through the drive through and when you go to one of the stalls they are even slower because they focus on the drive through mainly. Everytime i go (because is happens to be closer to my house than any other sonic) i regret wasting my time at that trashy joint! I've been to this location a few times before and have always been unsatisfied. I decided to try again and nothing has changed. This location is awful when it comes to drinks. If you ask for extra flavoring you will probably not even taste any of it. I get a coke with extra vanilla every time and every time it just tastes like a normal coke. If I ask for easy ice I get about 10 pieces of ice but if I just get normal ice than my cup is filled to the top with it. Very disappointed in this place. read more

The worst! The young guy that pretends to be mute when speaking to him is awful. I ordered three drinks and waited over 30 minutes!! I'm not joking. I would of left but the took my money at first. I knocked on the drive through window, I honked. Finally, he came over after laying on the horn and not stopping, he didn't speak just stared at me, I asked for my money back. The girl tried to bring me the meal they had made before my drinks!! I said wrong order I just need drinks. They shut the door and walked away, I waited a little bit longer and honked again. I usually do not put reviews but this time I am! I have already called corporate I got I believe a fake phone number that sonic claimed was the owners phone number of +19183849124. The workers there really need to lay off the drugs! They need to learn how to speak to customers since we are their paycheck! Also since this is a restaurant they should Learn how to take and make the orders correctly!!! Alex was the girl running the drive through, she absolutely could not comprehend the order which was simple. She had to correct our order 3 times. She had forgot the ice cream cone so we said hey we didn't get the cone. She rolled her eyes slammed the window all of a sudden came back with a drink cup. We said what is that? She said a coke. We said we didn't order a coke we ordered an ice cream cone. She slammed the window again! All of a sudden this dude but the name of Mikey came to the window rude as hell and said you don't have to be rude we were not rude at all! He then started smiling and continued saying we do not have to wear rude. We then in returned said I don't k now what kind of dope you are one but nobody was rude. Don't go here unless you have 20 min of your life to waste or want to apply for a job because they clearly don't have enough employees. Every time I go here, there is a line of cars all the way around the place and a traffic jam getting in and out. Shouldn't take that long to hand out drinks. Very unhappy with this location . I have tried over and over again hoping something changes because this sonic is so close to my home but it's horrible service every time . I just left and waited 15 min for a mini chocolate shake that was completely melted and watery ... there was only 3 people sitting in the drive so it's not like they were busy . Every time ! Worst sonic I've ever been to. Many other sonics are better, but I would go out of my way to get to any sonic but this one. There service is so slow I've waited for more than 20 minutes! Over the last 6 months this sonic has gotten much better at not messing up orders and being quick to deliver food. I think they got a new manager. Before that I knew I needed to plan to be there for a long time waiting for food. Thanks for the improvement! read more
