They're so rude and have some crazy attitude for no reason and they remade my drink after making the biggest deal and it tasted like cleaning products read more

It took 15 minutes of us sitting at the window to even pay for the food and they didn't even say sorry for the wait

The turnaround for this location in the last few months has been AMAZEBALLS! I haven't lived in the area long, but i can definitely tell a difference in the way the place runs. The food is served in a timely fast-food manner. The staff is beyond kind every time i visit. No complaints here :) Keep up the good job!! read more

Fix your speaker system and your online ordering. You have to repeat yourself over and over and half the time their online order doesn't work. Ready for more options on this side of town read more

What's the point of ordering ahead if you have drive-thru only open and we still have to wait 20+ minutes?

The man that took our two drink order was able to work quickly and was polite. The girl that brought out our drinks was well kept, polite and showed up quickly. So if you are a female have brown hair and braces and just gave drinks to a white car, you did great! 10/10, 5 stars. read more

Stopped in on July 5th, 2023. My regular hamburger place was closed. At my regular place I get served in a booth, by a waitress. The hamburger is always great. I pay, with tip, $8.17. At Sonic, at 151st and South Memorial, in Bixby I ordered a #1 meal. The French frys were mushy, over cooked, and had obviously been sitting for some time. The hamburger, if you can call it that, had been sitting for a long time, waiting for a customer that was so hungry that he didn't care what kind of garbage he put in his body. It was almost cold, over cooked, contained a meat patty that only resembled hamburger, and the vegetable garnish was just so much mush. Additionally , it was over a dollar higher in price than my usual place. As long as I live I will never again frequent a Sonic. Be warned! read more

This is probably one of the worst sonic locations. The ice cream machine never seems to be working and 3 drinks (ice tea, DP and a Diet Coke) take over 20 minutes, even when ordered ahead through the app. Food orders also typically have mistakes or come out lukewarm. read more

Terrible service- pulled in stall #5 @ 1:05 so not peak time. Placed order waiting 17 min checked in and asked for an update. Had to place another order waiting another 7 min watching order come in after mine and being served ahead. My lunch time was over so has to leave with out . If your in a hurry be careful you might leave hungry. read more

They have always been okay to me, good service. They have a drive they now. Still a very busy corner.

AVOID THIS ONE! Service is sooooooo slow, drive-in is more like a pitch a ten and camp than fast food service.

I placed an order in advance on the mobile app today. The order was for just popcorn chicken. Checked in then sat there for 30 minutes and it never came out so I finally just left. Service is ridiculous to non existent in some places nowadays. read more

We just had the worst dining out experience ever at the IHOP on south Memorial. The food was over cooked and cold. I had to ask 4 times and go find the manager just to get butter for pancakes and the toast I ordered. By the time we finally got toast and butter the food was stone cold. Very bad management and a waitress that has no clue what she was doing. I suggest going anywhere else but this restaurant. read more

If you really want to go to a good sonic and get "good" food take the extra 7-10 minutes and drive down by Walmart on memorial. The food is a hell of a lot better, this sonic has very incompetent employees and they can never make my order correctly. It always take at least 20 minutes to get through the drive through and when you go to one of the stalls they are even slower because they focus on the drive through mainly. Everytime i go (because is happens to be closer to my house than any other sonic) i regret wasting my time at that trashy joint! P.S. - They make a terrible slush, its always watery, never have i had a good slush from this place! read more

Sonic Drive-In - Didn't even mix the nerds in.. How hard can that be?? - Burgers Near Me - Bixby, Oklahoma

The absolute slowest fast food restaurant I have encountered in my entire life. I live nearby so I frequently stop here, and it's always very consistently slow. For example: I just ordered a medium diet cherry doctor pepper and it took 45 minutes (not exaggerating!!) to get it. read more

I've been to this location a few times before and have always been unsatisfied. I decided to try again and nothing has changed. This location is awful when it comes to drinks. If you ask for extra flavoring you will probably not even taste any of it. I get a coke with extra vanilla every time and every time it just tastes like a normal coke. If I ask for easy ice I get about 10 pieces of ice but if I just get normal ice than my cup is filled to the top with it. Very disappointed in this place. read more

Refuse service to customers. I will report this to Corporate. As if they Care. 4 people inside. Nobody wants to work. So they close all but drivethru. Ain't to hard to figure out. 1 cook. 1 fry person 1 fountain person and 1 carhop. That's all you need. Had :10 employees there. Oh ya. This is OKLAHOMA. I FORGOT. read more

The worst! The young guy that pretends to be mute when speaking to him is awful. I ordered three drinks and waited over 30 minutes!! I'm not joking. I would of left but the took my money at first. I knocked on the drive through window, I honked. Finally, he came over after laying on the horn and not stopping, he didn't speak just stared at me, I asked for my money back. The girl tried to bring me the meal they had made before my drinks!! I said wrong order I just need drinks. They shut the door and walked away, I waited a little bit longer and honked again. He came back and I yelled give me my money!! He finally gave me some of it back, I asked if he was mute?!?!? He finally answers with a smirk and says no. I swear to you this is the rudest place I've been to! Their were several people working. I know a past employee and he said this is the dirtiest establishment he's worked in. Thank God I never ordered food from here. Horrible!!! Probably Kevin read more

It's a shame they can't pay people enough to want to work here. Oh well sucks to suck sonic was always overpriced garbage anyway. Idk if they still do but they used to pay the carhops waiters wages and expect them to take tips. Ridiculous. read more

Why do I keep coming here? I order the same thing every time I come here and they have never got it right. It has taken as many as 4 times to get a hamburger with no cheese. This time we just sent it all back and said never again. Why would a company continue to hire people that cost then customers and money? So long Sonic. read more

I usually do not put reviews but this time I am! I have already called corporate I got I believe a fake phone number that sonic claimed was the owners phone number of +19183849124. The workers there really need to lay off the drugs! They need to learn how to speak to customers since we are their paycheck! Also since this is a restaurant they should Learn how to take and make the orders correctly!!! Alex was the girl running the drive through, she absolutely could not comprehend the order which was simple. She had to correct our order 3 times. She had forgot the ice cream cone so we said hey we didn't get the cone. She rolled her eyes slammed the window all of a sudden came back with a drink cup. We said what is that? She said a coke. We said we didn't order a coke we ordered an ice cream cone. She slammed the window again! All of a sudden this dude but the name of Mikey came to the window rude as hell and said you don't have to be rude we were not rude at all! He then started smiling and continued saying we do not have to wear rude. We then in returned said I don't k now what kind of dope you are one but nobody was rude. He then started threatening us with this huge grin on his face. We will NEVER go back to that sonic again! After all of that the order in our bag was still wrong! We sent the ice cream Sunday back because it wasn't made correctly either even after Alex said yes that is what it was. I ordered Lemons in my ice water and didn't get any. I asked for a side of lemons since I paid for them She rolled her eyes st that also and came back with a cup of lemons that looked like they have been siting out of a few days. read more

This is the worst sonic I have ever been too. The service is so bad. The food is always wrong and it take so long to get it. The associates are rude and don't care about making things right. I have given them chance after chance. I live a mile down the road from this sonic and I would drive across town before coming here again. This is a terrible place. read more

Don't go here unless you have 20 min of your life to waste or want to apply for a job because they clearly don't have enough employees. Every time I go here, there is a line of cars all the way around the place and a traffic jam getting in and out. Shouldn't take that long to hand out drinks. Not to mention the location is terribly hard to get to from the east side of the Memorial. read more

I've stopped here on several occasions and the service is EXTREMELY slow. To wait almost 20 minutes for your food is beyond reasonable. I don't know why this Sonic is so slow, but I think today was my last visit. read more

Very poor service. 2 cars waiting and I wait almost 25 minutes for a kids meal and burger combo.

Food is rarely correct, service usually slow, any hot dog with anything on it usually has a soaked/wet mushy hot dog bun. Yuck.

No. Just no. It's not that bloody difficult to add cookie dough to a chocolate shake. I didn't ask for salted caramel, I asked for CHOCOLATE. COOKIE. DOUGH. They didn't want to correct my issue. And then another time, they stopped mid order because they thought it was blasphemy to add cookie dough to a shake. Seriously? I'm shocked they have another half a star. This is just pathetic. Plus, in the stalls, none of their card readers work. Only reason we even come here is for convenience of location, but it's a major inconvenience on time. read more

Waited 20 minutes to get a small order of wings and one diet coke. I would have left if I had not already swiped my card. Plus when I finally got them they weren't even warm. Ridiculous. read more

Very unhappy with this location . I have tried over and over again hoping something changes because this sonic is so close to my home but it's horrible service every time . I just left and waited 15 min for a mini chocolate shake that was completely melted and watery ... there was only 3 people sitting in the drive so it's not like they were busy . Every time ! So frustrating read more

Worst sonic I've ever been to. Many other sonics are better, but I would go out of my way to get to any sonic but this one. There service is so slow I've waited for more than 20 minutes! Plus when I finally got my order it forgot the nerds! (I got a slushy) come to this sonic if you want wait for 20 minutes for low quality food. read more

Over the last 6 months this sonic has gotten much better at not messing up orders and being quick to deliver food. I think they got a new manager. Before that I knew I needed to plan to be there for a long time waiting for food. Thanks for the improvement! read more
