This guy is as shady as his falling down building. Tried for 8 months to pick up the tile I paid for and always an excuse, He is a crook!

This is my review after a few years of use... Had my kitchen and floors done. Quality of the floor install job.. lets say I wish I had the work done by other professions.. Many toe stubbers ... Secondly kitchen was installed by one of their contractors that obviously hated the company.. Called the kitchen "Cheap Chinese material"... After I complained they had another guy finish the job and he was great.. The owner of the company came over to inspect the property and many promises made were never followed up with. I gave up calling.. Kitchen is falling apart and will be replaced one day soon... For the most part everybody was nice so there is that.... PLEASE AVOID BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLE THERE Giving this place a one star because i could not go any lower. I bought wall tiles from this place, which are good quality to be fair to the business. The customer service, the attitude of the folks at the counter and the sheer lack of professionalism is just shocking! Premise : I bought about 12 boxes of wall tiles from this store. Did not get a receipt as apparently their "system/application" was down. I had to return a few boxes of tiles because they were unused. Mr.Soni's son(Amit) agreed to take the boxes back and he accidentally issued me a refund for more than what i was owed and did not even realize it. I pointed this out to him at the store itself, following which he immediately cancelled the transaction and gave me a credit memo at the store for the actual refund amount. This he said could only be refunded to me a week later, for which, i had to call in to his number and confirm the transaction execution. This is where the god awful customer service turns ugly. He picks up the phone and says "i will call you in 30 minutes to confirm". I wait 2 hrs and then nothing. So i call him back. He again says i will call you in sometime. I again wait for a few hours and then call back and he's like "oh i've been busy, let me text you by EOD for sure". Of course, i never get any confirmation whatsoever. I call him the next day, it goes straight to voicemail. I call the store - the lady at the counter picks up and says "none of my business, you deal with the guy himself. As rude as anyone can be". I call him again and then picks up the phone and he goes "Oh it was not at the top of my mind so i lost track of it, it should now go through" , so, out of pure frustration and i ask him "Don't you have the common courtesy to keep your word and let the customer know?" to which he says "I don't need your money. It is not the end of the world! you can dispute the charge if you want and hangs up". read more

Do not recommend going here if in a hurry. Nobody with experience in the industry was there to help with any bit of knowledge. Was told via phone that they have 3 stores everything is in stock. Come to find out after driving an hour there that nothing is in stock read more

Soni has an extensive variety of bathrooms vanities, so you have some great choices. I finally found something I liked, but every salesperson that was helping us, left if they felt a better opportunity walked in the door. I found the manager / owner pushy and arrogant but ultimately picked out something and a girl with a phone constantly attached to her ear was nice enough to help us with some of the minor details. Pick up of the vanity was a pure fiasco, but the warehouse workers were pleasant. I had a handful of issues when picking up the vanity but the salespeople avoided me like the plague and it took well over an hour to finish the transaction. I'd say overall not exactly a place that I'd send my friends and family, but the selection wasn't bad. read more

If you could give less than one star I would. "Owner" ashok soni is the rudest most disrespectful employer I've ever had. No training provided, posted a job and will not actually give you that position. There is a reason for an extremely HIGH turn over rate. Does not treat employees good at all, resells damaged products for full price, cluttered files where customer invoices get lost, copies of people's IDs just laying all over front desk and in office for anyone to see or take. No telling where your personal info is going or who's hands it's in. Audio records everyone that walks in that building without their knowledge. Only one employee works in the entire warehouse now unfortunately bless his soul. The owner will not train you on anything and will just yell and give you a warning if you don't already know how to do something. Disgusting environment, mold and mildew everywhere, is selling cabinets and products that have mold in them from flood damage at full price. Will take name and phone to call back but refused to let me call customers back with available product and prices. Saying that "he's not worried about them and doesn't care to call anyone back if they don't come in the store" No organization, no system, nothing good about this place at all. This is not your place for cabinets, flooring, kitchens, etc.. read more

Because of the HIGH employee turnover and inadequate training, the store atmosphere seems dull and uncaring. The employees do not seem to care about your needs as a customer. Because of this ... make sure you get everything that was promised. If you don't, you will find missing are substituted items upon checkout. Even if you find something amiss, like NO assembly instruction or missing parts, or design plan sketch included in the order they will take your cell number but never return your call. Put you on hold when you call them then drop your call ( I attribute that to unmotivated employees). The cabinets are manufactured in plywood (again no assembly instructions and missing hardware). The price is better than the BIG box stores but lacks good customer service. There are other RTA Cabinets Stores that will fit your needs and also deliver. Difficult company to deal with. I bought my granite at Soni and they sent over Marlon from Brothers Stone. The job was horrific! Called management severals times but they never responded. They do not stand behind their work. Would not work with them again. read more

Just god awful. They change the prices every time you talk to someone, can't ever get a straight answer. We had a granite top on hold and when we came to pick it up, the top mysteriously disappeared. We agreed on a price of $384 for the top with sinks and back splash. Then when they went to look and see if they even had another of the one we picked, he tried to tell us back splash wasn't included and to charge us extra. Absolute garbage businessman and customer service. I'd dig my own granite out of the ground before coming here to spend my money. Total waste of time. read more

Owner changes prices every five minutes. Very unorganized. Tried to push his cheaply made products on you. Says his products are the best quality when truly they are just cheap made Chinese products. Owner is very difficult to deal with. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. read more

My wife worked for this unprofessional owner who completely disrespected his staff. She personally witnessed owner charge 7k for something that was priced at 3.5k. This guy is not an honest American. After Irma hit it flooded his warehouse in sanford, he expected my wife and other employees to work in a warehouse which smelled like mildew/mold. Please if you are considering purchasing/working for this person please remember he takes advantage of honest blue collar Americans. He believes his family are better than everyone else. Let's not forget you are in our country mr soni. He fires people for taking water breaks, his longest lasting employee is 6 months. He has no integrity. I bought my new bathroom vanity and granite top from Soni interiors and I am very happy with them! The size vanity I needed is not easy to find (42") and they had them in stock in many different designs. The owner was quite hlepful and friendly. read more

I had Mandy who was the poster child for the term "service". This time I needed natural stone flooring, which we were trying to match. They made it happen. Just an OUTSTANDING company.
