Sonesta ES Suites is listed as a 3-star hotel, but our experience was absolutely 5-star level. While the rooms are a bit dated and could use a refresh, the service more than makes up for it. We stayed during Northern Arizona University graduation weekend, so we assumed there was no chance of getting an early check-in with how busy Flagstaff was. Thankfully, Chris, the General Manager, took amazing care of us. He was incredibly friendly, gave us great dinner recommendations, and went out of his way to make sure we could check in early. That level of hospitality made a huge difference during a hectic graduation weekend. Since this is an extended stay property, the layout feels more like an apartment complex than a traditional hotel. The room was essentially a studio apartment complete with a kitchen, living area, king size bed, full bathroom, and even a fireplace. The kitchen included a full-size refrigerator and stovetop, which was a nice bonus. There was also storage everywhere--drawers and cabinets throughout the room, including several in the bathroom--which made the space feel very functional and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked like a charm. The bed came with four pillows, which usually means thin pillows where you need to stack two together to sleep comfortably. Not these. They were fluffy and firm enough that I only needed one. The shower took a little time to heat up, but once it did there was plenty of hot water. There were definitely some visible signs of wear--the couch and carpet especially--but it really didn't detract much from the overall experience. The check-in building also has a dining area that offers a complimentary daily breakfast. There's a small bar serving a few local draft beers and wine, plus a convenience store where you can grab snacks and other incidentals. Parking is $5, and there was plenty of parking conveniently located near the rooms. Let's start with what was good about this hotel. I really enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options. The selection included toast, bagels, blueberry muffins, English muffins, eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuit and sausage gravy, fried potatoes, oatmeal, cereal with milk, orange and apple juice, coffee, and pancakes. Everything was complimentary, convenient and satisfying, and it made for a great start to each day of our stay. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of the experience. I also appreciated that the hotel had a laundry room available. Having access to laundry made it much easier to manage dirty clothes during the trip instead of having to cram them into our luggage, which was very convenient. However, the unit we stayed in was far from ideal. The biggest issue was the sofa, which essentially had no cushioning left and looked extremely worn down. Sitting on it was extremely uncomfortable, and its condition stood out right away. The leather one seater in the room was also in poor shape and had clearly seen better days. In addition to the furniture, some areas of the room appeared neglected. The air vents, in particular, looked very dirty and rusty, which was hard to ignore. To make matters worse, there was a wasp in the room when we first walked in, which was unpleasant and unexpected. On a more positive note, the beds and comforters were comfortable, so sleeping was not an issue during our stay. Overall, the hotel was a decent place to stay, but it was not great. While there were some strong positives, especially the breakfast and laundry access, the condition and maintenance of the room could have been much better. read more

Was here for about a week., check in was super simple and super easy. We checked in Tuesday night right at 9pm and Mason was super outgoing explained everything to us., some areas of entertainment and how to get around the area and the climate changes. ROOM- the room was perfect, the suite had a kitchen, bathtub , full vanity, Fridge, full stove and a reclining sofa. We came during the spring so some rain got in the way but the fireplace made it so much easier to manage. There is also central ac and heating., so there's so many ways to get cozy. Breakfast was amazing, in a big area , the menu is different daily and you have plenty of time to enjoy the breakfast and catch up on the news or just relax by the fireplace. Whatever it is you're into, they have a place for you. The outdoor basketball courts and pool area are a perfect addition for the summer getaways. Sonesta is truly a hidden gem and its location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts like myself. Went for a bike ride and found myself connecting with other bike route along route 66, it was just so great to be able to get in and around the suite and enjoy what we love best... the outdoor. Excellent hotel but TERRIBLE fragrance in the lobby and breakfast area! As soon as we entered to check-in, we were overwhelmed by the "Sonesta Signature Scent" that is synthetic and unhealthy to inhale. If this is what Sonesta does across their brand, then we'd rather return to the Marriot Residence Inn. Indoor air pollution is a thing, and adding toxic chemicals in the guise of "fragrance" is pollution. The worst part is that the fragrance was wafting through the breakfast room which is connected to the lobby so while you're eating breakfast, you're inhaling this chemical scent that clings to your nostrils well after leaving the space. It's not necessary and I hope this message finds the upper management of this chain so they can rid themselves of this major negative. It's not just unhealthy for guests, it's unhealthy for the Sonesta employees that can't escape it. Abercrombie and Fitch used to permeate their stores with fragrance and after numerous complaints (staff were getting chronic headaches from the toxicity) they finally ended that practice. I'm not scent sensitive by the way, so it's not that. I'm just a regular person who knows "bad" when she smells it. Other than that, we loved staying here! Let me start by saying the staff at Sonesta in Flagstaff saved our vacation from disaster--not once, but TWICE! Mason and Taylor, you are the heroes of this story. My family and I were in Flagstaff for a wedding. We'd booked a hotel near Snowbowl, not realizing it lacked A/C, an iron and a fridge. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal in Flagstaff's cool climate, but that weekend was unseasonably hot. With my pregnant wife understandably unwilling to compromise, I had to fix my mistake fast. We needed two rooms for three nights with A/C and a reasonable rate before our friend's flight landed at 11 p.m. After calling around and striking out, we pulled into Sonesta just after 10 p.m., hoping for a miracle. Enter Mason--the man, the myth, the legend. Despite the hotel being nearly booked with a wedding party and railroad workers (it's an extended stay, who knew?), Mason listened to our predicament: a prepaid hotel that wouldn't work and a tight deadline. He offered a double room--two king beds, two full bathrooms, two closets, a living area with a pull-out couch (perfect for our 6-year-old), a full kitchen, and, crucially, working A/C. The catch? It was only available for two nights, as Saturday was fully booked. Mason even showed us the room to ensure it met our needs. One look at my wife's relieved face, and I knew we'd found our home for the next couple of days. Mason had us checked in and out the door in under five minutes. This wasn't just a room--it was practically an apartment! Likely converted from one, it was slightly dated but spotless, with everything we needed: two large beds, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Our 6-year-old was thrilled, joking that he had the "biggest" room with his own kitchen. We unloaded the car quickly, and just as we finished, our friend called--his flight landed 20 minutes early. A 12-minute drive to the airport reunited me with my buddy after seven years. When he saw the setup, he was over the moon. The next morning, we enjoyed the free breakfast: coffee, juice, pancakes, cereal, muffins, bagels, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage--the works. Plenty of options to fuel us for the day. Then came our second superhero, Taylor. I must've asked her ten times over two days, "Has anyone canceled for Saturday yet?" By Saturday morning, we were still out of luck. I'd booked two rooms at a Super 8 up the street for $200, but with Sonesta's 11 a.m. checkout (kindly extended to noon by Taylor) and the wedding at 2:30 p.m., getting ready was going to be a logistical nightmare. Check-in at Super 8 wasn't until 3 p.m. We were dreading the day when Taylor appeared with new key cards. A cancellation had just come through--for another double room! We didn't even have to switch rooms. My wife looked like she might cry from relief. Everything fell into place--no parking lot wardrobe changes required. I thanked Taylor profusely and canceled the Super 8 with eight minutes to spare before a fee kicked in. Mason and Taylor, if you're reading this, THANK YOU! Well evening manager (I believe?) upgraded us to a first floor. So very very grateful. My husband has a handicapped placard and has to have his hips replaced in the next 6 months. It's a dog friendly hotel so some of the furniture had some bite marks and scratches but it was clean overall. The hot tub needs some TLC but the pool was nice (although a bit small). Free breakfast was a plus, basic continental. The main feature that has us book was the 2 bedroom suite that featured a full kitchen. You really can't find that many places! It was so nice to have a full fridge to store leftovers and an oven when you wanted a night in with a frozen pizza. read more

We placed a 2 day reservation at Sonesta, Flagstaff. We had just stayed at the Scottsdale Mayo Sonesta, and found it very basic, but clean and welcoming. So we decided to try the Flagstaff Sonesta. Front desk employees were very nice and helpful. Our room was on the 2nd floor. We were first greeted by a very filthy staircase, and at top of landing we found more filth. Staying positive we opened our door and were not happy with what we found. A tiny couch at foot of bed facing a small TV. The side of the couch had been clawed by a cat, looked disgusting, and smelled of animals. Tub was damaged, and blinds were gross. It is an extended stay hotel, but even full timers don't deserve the condition of this hotel. We returned to front desk, and told them we were not going to stay. This place was not at all as it was described. I wish I had taken more photos. I hope they rehab it, as it is in a nice location. My advice if staying in Flagstaff...head downtown. Here's the full price guest experience: Location: Situated away from the noisy railroad tracks which almost all other Flagstaff hotels are near. Sonesta is across the street from a quiet golf course and pond. Nice. Mattress: Well beyond its best days and just celebrated a 9th birthday this month according to the tag. Remember where you were back in April 2014? Loveseat/Pull-Out Bed: Quite worn and not worth sitting on. Thin spongy seat cushion on top of the hard folded sleeper unit is uncomfortable. Linens and bathroom seemed perfectly clean. Otherwise a little crud and wear here and there. $5 parking fee/night because why? Would I stay again? Unlikely, but a new mattress and tossing out the loveseat would go a long way to a better guest experience. Let's at least cue the manager script about being thankful for online feedback. read more

In AZ on family vacation and son ended up having emergency surgery for a ruptured appendix. Stayed here one night and wouldn't ever again. Reviewed Sonesta ES online, looked nice and pictures looked great! Completely different story upon arrival. My husband made our reservation but was at the hospital with our post surgical son this night while I was caring for our other son. Could not check in without my husband's ID. Explained medical emergency, still demanded his ID. Fine. 30 minutes later, arrived at our suite's door. The door was open. I entered, said hello, no answer. I searched the suite and noted it was empty. Pretty unsettling. 11 year old son rightfully freaked out at this point. It was getting late but he really wanted to swim and the pool was open until 9 PM. Took him there at 8:30. Poorly lit, dirty. There were 2 "poolside" chairs that had fabric bottoms as seat support, both ripped so badly they should have been thrown away. Son dipped one foot in the pool and said he was no longer interested. Too cold and said he didn't feel safe. Back to the room we went. I needed a shower so I jumped in only to discover the soap dispenser was empty. Filthy dishwasher. Broken freezer handle. Completely broken off microwave handle. Filthy toaster. The furniture was tattered and torn. Carpet was disgusting, stained and smelled. The list goes on and on. The only reason the place gets a 1 star is because the continental breakfast was ok at best. Please see pictures. I would never stay here again. I wish the guy that I checked out with would have asked how our stay was...but he didn't. Not surprised. I'm pretty sure he couldn't have cared less. Terrible $170 spent. read more

Had a great two night stay! The room was spacious, clean, and quiet (no train or road noise). It was nice having the kitchenette available. It was stocked with dish ware, silverware, and pots/pans. All the employees I interacted with were professional. The free breakfast was decent (sausage, scrambled eggs, French toast, cereals, fruit). I would avoid the rooms facing the basketball court and pool, I imagine they would be a bit noisy. Free WiFi, you don't need to sign up for anything. Overall great hotel for the price! This is the 4th year staying at this hotel. From the years past it's completely gone downhill. The front desk staff are not hospitable at all, the bathroom amenities (shampoo/conditioner) are empty, rooms with kitchen missing items there are questionable drunk guests roaming the buildings banging on doors in the middle of the night. Stay in town where you get more for what you pay. This place is now a disaster. read more

The rooms were beautiful, the bed was comfortable, lots of pillows provided, the parking lot had space for a Uhaul, and staff was friendly. However. In the room we stayed in the kitchen trashcan was left full from the guest before us, and dirty dishes were in the dishwasher which feels more concerning during a pandemic because the focus on cleaning is suppose to be amplified. It also left us without dishes to use to eat dinner, and we couldn't go out due to the cities curfew at the time. Additional, the condition pump was empty in both showers. read more

I was hoping for a room overlooking the field, or at least a second story room. We spent a few nights in this place previously with kids running in the room over us from starting around 7am and ending past 1am. We were told because of the cleaning schedule that there were no second story rooms available and were put in a first floor room near the main road. I was told that the room above us was unoccupied but not available because of the cleaning schedule. The room was occupied later but we never heard a sound. I was worried about road noise but it also was not an issue. The room was clean, I and I love the layout of the twin suites. My only issue was with the entry way. The concrete was stained, there was an open garbage can that was overflowing and smelled, linens from the other ground floor room were left in the entry way and there was loose garbage. It looked more like an alley than the entrance to a nice room. I finally got the staff to empty the trash but the guests in the other room immediately deposited more dirty "underpads". Whether they were used on humans or dogs I am not sure but we were greeted with the scent dirty diapers every time we came and went. I don't get why the hotel felt the need to put an open garbage can in this kind of enclosed space, it really ruined the experience. read more

My wife and I just got home from a fun filled weekend in Flagstaff. Got some snowboarding in at the Snowbowl and had some very good food at Fat Olives and Cedar House Coffee Shop! What allowed us to have such a worry free and fun experience was the hotel in which we stayed at! Sonesta ES Suites is a very cute and VERY Spacious hotel! The rooms are awesome! Have a small Kitchenette with a full size fridge and oven and a large micro! Everything was very clean and comfy! It was also in a great location for us to head to The Snowbowl and the other dining choices we had! I will definitely be returning. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful! read more

We stayed here for 4 nights in a 2 bedroom suite with our grand daughters. The room was filthy. The paint in the bathroom was peeling off the wall. The carpet was filthy, looked like a feces stain in the bedroom, the stove was filthy and smelled, just nasty. The furniture was falling apart. All the appliances were full of fingerprints and grease. The closet door in the bedroom was broken and it took them to the last day we stayed to fix it. The toilet plugged up and they gave us a plunger, as we had to unplug it ourselves. We had one (dirty) skillet and no saucepans for cooking. One of the drinking glasses had a chip in the rim and my grand daughter almost sliced her lip on it. We complained several times, but was told that we would have to stay for 7 days before we could get any housecleaning. The employees looked like they were NOT happy. We had to bring dirty towels down to the front desk to swap out for clean ones. The kids wanted to go swimming, the pool was full of debris and the pool towels had holes in them. Then at check out they had the audacity to charge us $5 a day for parking! No one ever said they charged for parking and we were never told about this. Finally, upon check out we got to talk to the manager and she was clueless to any of the concerns we aired. Then she said we could have had housecleaning if we had asked (????) ! She said the pool area had just been remodeled (????) (I don't think so). My recommendation is NOT to stay here!!!! read more

Really shoddy and inept service, seriously damaged furniture and very much overpriced for what you get. Not even close, go elsewhere. Phone did not work for entire 4-day stay; failure to provide basic amenities like soap and shampoo until the last day, a couch was provided which was very badly torn front and back; and there is no housekeeping with a four-day stay which I first learned about after checking in. All of these issues were reported by us in a timely way, but not corrected. read more

Let me start by saying the staff was super nice.... We really liked Flagstaff and plan to head back one day and check out the whole town. Green, fresh air, tree's, hill, mountains, just had a great feeling to it. Now the hotel... The short of it is, it's a older converted Apt or condo to now hotel.. each entrance has 2 rooms down and up the stairs 2 rooms up. Now the big reason we selected this place was it was PET friendly and some other family members had stayed here a few years before. - We had been given the end unit, which we found had no lights outside on the path way so it was DARK. - Parking; lots of spaces but for a auto or SUV towing a uhaul trailer no so many, we were told we could park on the outside red painted areas, that said firelane keep clear, and I didn't want to find my SUV towed so I didn't park along one of those. - Laundry, Bring your own soap, not sold in the location of the machines - Our room, the door was loose, I even put a chair at an angle up on it, I started getting that feel, but he area seemed safe, but who knows. The kitchen was ok, but wasn't super clean. - We didn't try the am free food, just didn't have enough time and wasn't really sure I wanted to. My outtake is this is a older converted place that needs updating. it feels more like a resident inn you would be renting from. It was clean enough, but it was just older and had little twists like the laundry and so on, if you were staying short to long term, you be fine, but overnight, I had mixed feeling, so stay and pay with what your comfortable with, also if you have pets you may not have a lot of choices. read more

Five nights in Flagstaff... Whenever I'm staying in a hotel for more than a night or so, it's imperative that I have some semblance of house amenities. For two people, this little suite was perfect: King-size bed, loveseat, separate bathroom and vanity, full fridge, microwave, and all utensils, glassware, and dishes. What added to my review was the complimentary breakfast and the VERY moderately priced coffee/wine bar. If you don't want to buy a bottle of wine, you can purchase a glass for only $3.00. Cappuccinos and lattes are $2. And you can even order a fruit smoothie for $3. They obviously could charge more, but kudos to Sonesta for offering these little delights at an affordable price. What subtracted a star from my review... The first morning after my stay, I was surprised that I never saw the room attendant. She finally showed up at 5:00 pm and asked, "Do you need anything?" The second day, the room attendant showed up before we returned from hiking, but she didn't replace the wash cloths, as I requested the first day, and she didn't bring TP. Literally, we had one roll upon arrival, and she didn't bring a second roll. The only other thing that I didn't like was the water, but I'm really picky with water. Again, even with the few hiccups, I definitely recommend. It's right off the highway, but our room was quiet. read more

Don't stay here. To many options. Look at the pictures as they speak thousand of words. We take a trip from Dallas to San Diego to visit familly. Flagstaff is our stopping place for the night. Decided to head back last night made a reservation via Hotels.com. Checked in. Noticed signs everywhere: "We do extra cleaning approved by blah blah blah. Rooms go through an extra special check..." full of crap is what it is. Cleaning Staff does not wear simple masks. Got a room. 1513. Maybe because it was hotels .com reserved options. Walking in to a big uneven patch on the ceiling. Huge brown spot on the carpet. Bed was not as tightly made as usually you get. I open the comforter and to my un surprise I see a long black hair. I go under the sheet and see more hairs and in the middle of the bed a huge brown poop stain. What is wrong with these people ?! How can you get 5 star reviews ? I went to the front office and immediately canceled the reservation. Showed pictures and stood to a cleaning crew member who did not wear a mask with such extra measures that are advertised. I was nicely told to call hotels.com wait 40 minutes and talk to a customer service somewhere in Malaysia with very limited English, who than called the hotel to verify. I was issued a refund that will take 7 days to hit my account. That is my experience today. I went back and started reading other reviews. Google, Hotels. com seemed that cleaning habits did not improve at all since January. I hope that someone will get proper training and disciplined for this kind of crap. In the hotel you should not feel like it's been cleaned. You should feel like it's all new and was waiting just for you only. Stains on the carpet, they preach extra cleaning and sanitation during the COVID. All a scam. It is not far from Walnut Canyon National park. The furniture is basic, so don't expect luxury. The hotel had many features such as a pool, tennis, outside gazebos, and a good basic breakfast buffet. We have booked this hotel twice one year apart. The first time we stayed and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Nice breakfast, roomy suites, etc. It was nice to have a separate bedroom from our teenage children and a living room area for the kids to hang out. Kitchen is a plus! Staff is friendly as well. Second time we booked I had to cancel due to a sudden death in the family and sick children. I cancelled the room 2 hours after the window was closed to get a refund. I called and explained my situation and they refunded my room charge. They did not have to accommodate my request. They made a horrible situation better for me and I truly appreciate it. We will continue to book here when we come to Flagstaff in the future. read more

Bathrooms and kitchens were clean and nice but updates need to be done to maintain customers who wish to stay there. Location is the best. Flagstaff mall is right down the street and a grocery store is right next to that! Price was reasonable. I've paid alot more and gotten less at other places. The room was clean and included almost everything you need. We were in a studio suite with a fireplace. In the kitchen we had a small stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwashing machine, cups, plates, pots, pans, and utensils. Small dining table and small couch. The bathroom was huge. I always do a bed bug check where I turn off the lights and check the corners of the mattress & sheets. The bed and room passed my test. They allow pets to stay here which is a big plus for us. Next time we are in Flagstaff we will definitely stay here. read more

The room was nice. The pool was cold even after 100 plus temps all day. There was a very nice young lady doing everything she could to help everyone staying but she was the only one on staff. It's impossible & reckless to ask one person to handle all the problems a hotel that big may encounter. We got a 2 bedroom suite because we have kids & were looking for place to get a good nights rest out of the Arizona heat. Well we didn't find that. Our AC was broken & the temp in the room was 86. Great find, reasonable, large two bedrooms with a split floor plan. Fully stocked kitchen more that generous nice office and teas. Breakfast was better than most. The lady at the counter was super nice and so accommodating. if you look at the picture you'll see a bar behind her that you can get drinks 24/7. I like this place and will definitely return. A few things that need improvement e were looking forward to the jacuzzi after skiing all day but it was closed for whatever reason, I saw this in other reviews so I was hoping it was not true. This was a nice out of the way place to stay in Flagstaff. It was very roomy and I had no problems spreading out all my stuff. The location is flat so there was no issue parking my motorcycle. The bed was comfortable. There was a kitchen that I did not use and a nice bathroom that I did use. Being a bit taller than most, I was not a fan of the shower height. Overall this was nice place to spend the night and it is far enough away from I-40 and the trains you do not have to worry about the noise or traffic. There are plenty of places to eat near by and the morning breakfast was not all full of carbs, there was a nice selection of food to eat before heading out for the day. The one ding I would give this place is that they waited so long to turn on their outside lights that I had to use my flashlight to find my room in the dark and find the spot on the door to place my card to open the door. So while I was unloading my motorcycle I had to go up and down the stairs in the dark (well almost in the dark since I had my flashlight). read more

**As of 11/11/13, the hotel is under major outdoor construction, so prepare for noise. It appeared they were not close to finishing.** I mention the above because I would have picked another hotel had I known about the construction. While it's really not THAT big of a deal, we were really tired when we arrived after an 8 hour drive and wanted a nap. Typically I wouldn't be in the room much, but our date of arrival I had wished they weren't sawing and hammering away right outside my door. My husband was disappointed in the room--he says I've spoiled him. Unfortunately, this room was booked two hours prior to arrival and we were short on time to really research hotels. While it was decently priced at $110 a night, I really don't know that I see a difference in our hotel vs. other hotels in the area that were $50-80 a night. The room itself was quite dated and just meh looking. Old carpet that makes your socks dirty (ew), and a shower head that was about waist high (so that's a slight exaggeration ;)). Also, the bed was SO freaking uncomfortable! I couldn't wait to sleep in my own bed after two nights at Sonesta. With that being said, there was free wifi (up to three devices), and they will give you a log nightly for your fireplace when you ask for it. They also offer a free hot breakfast, which actually wasn't too bad. Overall, I'd definitely stay elsewhere next time because I'm a little bit of a snob. If you don't have high standards, this isn't a terrible option, seriously it could be worse. read more

Sonesta ES Suites - In room fireplace! - Hotels Near Me - Flagstaff, Arizona

Literally, what a difference a day (or a few months) makes! It's been a few months since I've stayed here... Clearly there is a problem with the front desk staff and management. I checked in with my son and asked about, then signed up for their frequent rewards program (Sonesta Rewards). When this property was formerly Marriott Residence Inn, being a Marriott Rewards member, I would get an automatic upgrade to a larger room- should one be available. Gosh, do I ever miss the Marriott customer service at this property! Sonesta must be taking a nose dive to allow their staff to treat guests this way. The issue was not if a larger room was available, but the fact that they refused to honor the upgrade that is offered in their own rewards program. Additionally, the general manager was not "on property," but in Phoenix. When I asked to speak to the manager, they had him call me in the room (from his cell phone). He launched into a tirade of why and how they could not upgrade me to a larger room. Nice! At least I know where the front desk staff is getting the rotten attitudes from- their very own general manager... Guess I have an issue with housekeeping here too. When I opened the pull out bed for my son, it was left with dirty sheets and a bedspread (piled in a heap) from a previous guest. Ugh! Needless to say, I'll find an alternative place to stay next time I'm in Flagstaff. read more

Other than the snarky front desk service at times, our stay in our room was very enjoyable. The room we had was comfortable, super clean and had all the amenities we could want. This issue came when I called (the Sonesta hotline of sorts so it wasn't the actual hotel) to ask about laundry. They explained they had a complimentary laundry room that was open 24 hours. Detergent was also complimentary! This seemingly little thing would really help on a trip where we were hiking almost daily. I thanked them and we planned to do laundry the next day. I was pretty surprised to find out that the laundry was coin operated and you had to buy detergent. I told the front desk, who said they would call to figure out why I was given such erroneous information. About two hours later I called them again. Long story short, they ended up giving me detergent but I still had to pay for laundry. I wouldn't have minded this but since I was told the wrong info, we weren't prepared with quarters. Just a bummer that it was handled this way and we had to spend time trying to figure it out. Happy hour during the week and breakfast were a nice perk here. Also, make sure to get your parking pass and display it in your vehicle! read more
