Desk and TV

Clean rooms, but the walls are paper thin, and you can constantly hear conversations and TVs blaring in the neighboring rooms. Free parking, but no free breakfast, although they do get a 10% discount at the restaurant/bar next door when you show your room key. Overall, it is a convenient spot in the Flagstaff area. I would only recommend it for short stays, such as our recent 2-night stay and only if you get a decent price! Otherwise, it's probably not worth it.

Stayed at this hotel a few nights ago and still feel "meh" about it. The hotel still looked and felt like they were renovating. We stayed on the second floor (no elevator) but our room number started with a 5. Our room number was labeled with painter's tape. The room was one king bed with a nice patio, with two chairs and a table set up. The hotel has very thin walls-I could tell exactly which TV show the next room over was watching. There were wooden floors throughout the room. Huge mix of furniture styles as they continue to remodel. I felt safe at the hotel but also started to question my feeling when i saw all the security measures. Our room had a chain lock and deadbolt. Additionally, there were security cameras in all hallways. Unfortunately I woke up at 1:30am due to multiple men yelling at each other in the hallway. Positives: Loved the water bottle refill station downstairs and location close to highways.

We spent one night here while passing through. We thought the pictures of the place looked cool, so we gave the hotel a chance. This hotel is undergoing a renovation/remodeling/rebranding. The lobby does look cool but a bit bare, and the rooms were alright, but not as cool/trendy as the lobby. Still ok though. But there's some things that definitely need work. The hallways come to mind. Our door needed to be painted and the room number was written on a piece of tape on the door; all door numbers are like this. They don't offer a breakfast but you can get a discount at the restaurant next door. They offer free wifi. Some loud people went down the hall at 1AM and woke us up; not sure how common that is. Bottom line is that this place needs some work. They are working on it, but it's not quite there yet. I wasn't thrilled with staying at a work in progress, but would give them another chance in a year or so.

Big-bye CA!

The hotel is currently going through renovation. The things that are being renovated show the owners are dumping some cash into the property property is very well located just off the freeway. The rooms are clean their USB outlets at the desk and between the beds. The television has numerous channels With great reception, the pool and spa were clean and are open very late. What's up? The front desk was very polite and extremely accommodating as we had a truck on a trailer and tons of stuff in the beds. This place has truck parking too, which made parking easy for us. The restaurant across the street was very good too somethin like north pines ? Anyway great experience with this place!

Charged me 25 bucks to check in 30 min early when they clearly have rooms available. Being buckled and dimed is poor service

Where do I start? I made a mistake by booking this place. I booked it over a year ago and said I'll…read morenever stay here again. I travel all over Arizona. My plans change constanly. I book the room in the morning and usually arrive late. I booked this room Oct 24, 2025 thru booking.com. I reserved a king room. I arrived around 11 p.m. to check in. The clerk stated that they didn't have any king rooms available, they shampooed the carperts and they are not dry, I have a double queen. I said I booked a king room, if you do not have it cancel my room and I'll find another place to stay. To my surprise she found a king room and stated that she would have to inconvience another guest (not my problem). She snatched up my card and charged it $128. I got to the room on the 3rd floor in the back no elevator. The windows and door was facing the wall in the breese way. there was a ramp going down to get into the room (the floor was lower to the door seal. I turned on the lights and this was horrible, a slight smell of mold, the ceiling had big stains and cracks from leaking, the entire paint job in the room was horrible (looks like someone tried to stretch a pint of paint for the entire room). This room was actually a suite with a kitchen. The refirgerator looks like it was sitting outside in the elements and put in the room complety filtly inside and outside. The cabinets looked like they were picked out of a dumpster, the stove had a red light on it showing the electrice burners were on, the oven was gross. The floors were not swepted or mopped. The walls had stains all over them drip markes to the floor. The double couch was gross, I moved it from the wass and there was enough dirt and dust to grow weeds. There were white shavings (powder) from sanding the walls all over the edges of the walls, The tile job on the floor lookes like a 6 year old did it, huge gaps all around the base boards. Every light swith was dirty and reused with different paint and stains, a light over the sink was out. You could not close the bathroom door from inside the bath room without standing in the tub, it was only about 6 to 8 inches between the door and toilet. The light above the mirror was a plug in type flurencent light bar that some stuffed into a box and covered it up. The tub was black and old, you could see where the shower mat had been removed, the caulking around the tub and tiile was horrible and over used, this included the baseboards around the toilet and next to the door by the tub. There was dust all over the head board that banged if you touched it, the same all over the one night stand. The drapes had water stains all over them from where it leaks inside. I took photos. When I checked out I asked for the manager and got the excuse that the manager is out and will not be in tell next week. I beleive that this is a family member that owns this hotel. There was a guy there that she was talking to also I believe a family member. Ramada this place is horrible and for you to allow them to use your name is embarrassing.

That was a surprise. Fast and friendly check-in, no pets, no smoking, rooms are very clean, large…read moreand comfortable. Fast wifi, easy parking. This is not a 5 star hotel, however this is 5 stars for the price. Will use it again.

Blue, the front desk associate, has some of the worst communication skills I've seen in customer…read moreservice. He is extremely hostile and quick to raise his voice to yell at customers. He seems mentally unbalanced and is not a good face for the business. I made a reservation online and arrived with a small camper in tow. Blue immediately assured me that it wouldn't be possible for me to park anywhere on the premises, though I'd already paid to stay the night. When I asked "surely you aren't that busy, the parking lot has many open spaces", he raised his voice to yell at me that as a policy they do not accept oversized vehicles and I needed to find somewhere else to stay. I am a young woman traveling alone and grown men yelling at me is scary, so I left the premises to find another hotel to stay at. I called the agency I booked the hotel through to cancel the reservation. Blue reassured them on the phone that he can't do a refund because one guest can only take up 2 parking spaces. My car and camper can detach and take up exactly 2 spaces. This detail would have been helpful to hear initially instead of being yelled at and shooed away so I could resolve the situation. Because I booked another hotel room at Blue's insistence, and then he refused me a refund. I returned to the hotel to clarify with Blue that I would have liked to know the bit about being able to take up 2 parking spots because I could have fixed the problem and stayed there instead of paying for 2 hotels, but he started raising his voice at me, telling me the blatant lie that he "was trying to tell me that, but I wouldn't listen", and continued to scream at me to get off his property. As long as this man is working here, I'd recommend staying far away from this business. I've added some photos of the space in the parking lot for reference.

The staff when I arrived was nice and welcoming. Lee was working and she's absolutely wonderful. This being said- I switched rooms three times within the first 10 minutes. First room was cleanish but smelled of smoke and although it's listed as smoke free- the room next to it was cracked a foot and there was a man smoking in his doorway. The second rooms beds were made but the bedding was unusually wrinkled, I pulled both back and there was body fluids and tons of hair all over the sheets. The third room that we actually stayed in under the repeated phrase of "it's just one night and we don't have to shower", the linens were clean but it was gross. Phone had dirt all over it and was sticky, there was crumbs all over the floor (didn't realize it until I took my socks off and walked to the bathroom and then we put shoes on anytime we walked on the floors afterwards), there is dirt build up everywhere and in every nook and cranny of the room, it looks like at one point they painted or resealed bathtubs and they are all peeling, there is stuff wiped all over the walls, the elevator/stairs/everywhere that's a common area is gross. The people diagonal under us were outside drinking and being loud until at least 2am. Never again. I already cancelled our two upcoming reservations we had there.

We had stayed at the Motel 6 in 2021 and it was a nice clean Motel 6. What we were used to…read moreexpecting. So when we had to travel to Flagstaff again for some appointments at the end of Feb this year, we figured things would be same. We had booked through Priceline a queen room in a smoking room as we vape. When we checked in, the woman was very nice and check in was fine. Our room however was not good. It was 2 double beds. One of the lights didn't work. The lights that did work had two different light shades. There was something very sticky dropped on the floor that hot water couldn't even get off the floor. One of the lamp shades was broken. The TV got maybe 10 tv channels. There was a dirty crusty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain bar. The beds were pretty hard. The biggest downfall of the room was how hot the room was. When we checked in, it was really warm, so we pushed the ancient (falling off the wall) thermostat all the way to cool and turned on the fan. Instead of cooling the room, it got to over 90 degrees. We woke up at 4 am dying in the heat. We had to open the door and let the cold air in to cool off the room. We were not able to sleep after. At checkout, you don't actually check out with a real person, it's a kiosk with someone across the world. It is so impersonation. I believe since Motel 6 has been acquired by Oyo, they have gone downhill. Also, look into the air vent. Ours shows the filter had not been changed since November 2024.

Do not stay here. This is by far the most disgusting hotel I have stayed at since a nightmare stay…read morein NYC almost 15 years ago. TLDR: Cockroaches, bed bugs, filthy. I'm traveling solo with a large dog on a very long road trip. Motel 6 doesn't charge for dogs, so it has become my go-to on this trip so far. Upon opening the door to my room, there was a cockroach, still alive, on its back, on the surface of the counter nearest the door. I had just driven from Roswell and was exhausted so I got rid of it, but I was already on edge for fear of more. We all know there are always more. Then, I walked my dog around the property which is set-up like a square with rooms on the exterior and interior. There was more dog poop and trash, including rotting food, around the grounds than I have ever seen other than in very poorly maintained pockets of gross downtown areas of big cities. No wonder there are cockroaches! That's an ideal environment. The room itself was also disgusting. There were holes in the curtains, black marks on the walls, gravel from outside embedded in crevices in the floor, and the floor itself was filthy. I took the top sheet off the bed and put it on the floor to avoid touching the ground. The rumors of bed bugs are indeed true. I woke up around 2:30am to pee and my arm was itchy. Lo and behold, a bite. I was wearing a hoodie to sleep as the ancient heater was so loud. I wore the same hoodie driving today, and now I have 2 more bites. I am on a long road trip. I bring my own pillows (hotel pillows are terrible). So now my clothing and pillows are carrying bed bugs. Shame on this motel 6 location. My skin has been crawling all day and now I have to deal with the fact that my car, my clothes, and my pillows have bed bugs from your filthy hotel in them which is the last thing I need to deal with. Almost forgot - the WiFi was so weak that I could not actually use it so I had to use the hotspot from my phone to both complete some important documents for my move, and to book my next hotel in Barstow. Can a place fail any harder?

My overall rating for Little America Hotel Flagstaff is 3 stars…read more I want to start by saying that overall, many of the staff were kind, and I've stayed at this property multiple times before with good experiences. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the beds and pillows are amazing, and the views of the Coconino Forest are beautiful. I also really enjoy the heated pool, the walking trails, and how convenient the location is to nearby stores, gas stations, food, and the highway. However, this stay started off on a rough note during check-in and unfortunately impacted my overall experience. When I approached the front desk, the representative (I believe his name was Hudson) had just been warm and friendly with the guests ahead of me. But when it was my turn, his entire demeanor shifted. I greeted him politely, introduced myself, and asked how he was doing--he didn't acknowledge my greeting at all. He became very robotic, avoided eye contact, and rushed through the process in a way that felt uncomfortable and dismissive. The interaction continued to feel tense. He spoke quickly, made assumptions about my payment method, and presented documents to sign without explanation or engagement. The only time he made eye contact was when emphasizing rules about no smoking and no pets. I had previously called to confirm that I could bring my cat, who is an emotional support animal, and was told that would be allowed with documentation. When I explained this, he became agitated and insisted I must have spoken to a third party, implying the information I received wasn't valid. After requesting a manager, the situation shifted, and I was eventually allowed to proceed with a one-time fee instead of a nightly charge. However, the interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable. What made this experience more concerning was something I observed after checking in. When I connected to the TV system, I noticed that one of the device names visible on the network included a racial slur. Guests do not have the ability to rename these TVs--they are pre-programmed--so this is something that had to come from within the organization. That was extremely upsetting and unacceptable to see in a professional environment. It's 2026, and people are still out here using racial slurs, spreading hate instead of love and kindness. I'm not interested in being in environments that feel stuck in the past. I want to be around warm, welcoming, modern people who choose unity over division. This is the main reason I cannot rate this stay higher. While I understand that not everyone reflects this behavior, it raises serious concerns about oversight and accountability. Management should be more attentive to what is happening within their establishment, especially when it comes to creating a respectful and inclusive environment for all guests. It's disappointing because I've enjoyed staying here in the past. However, based on this experience, I don't feel comfortable returning and will choose to spend my money elsewhere moving forward.
