I had an extremely disappointing experience here. I booked full-face laser hair removal and…read morespecifically told the technician to avoid my eyebrows, as I was already hesitant about treating that area. Despite my concerns, no protective shield was used, and the laser was passed directly over my eyebrows. Nine months later, I am still dealing with the effects and regret having this procedure done. While some hair growth has returned, one eyebrow still has noticeable patchy areas that have not fully recovered. Before this treatment, I never needed to fill in my eyebrows, but now I have to use an eyebrow pencil every day to cover the sparse spots. This experience has been incredibly upsetting and has had a lasting impact on me. My eyebrows were one of my favorite features, and it has been incredibly upsetting not knowing if they will fully recover. Had my concerns been taken seriously and proper precautions been used, this could have been avoided.

Laser Hair Removal does hurt a little... but I asked her to pump up the laser volume higher because I have a higher pain tolerance. I bought a Groupon for this service and was really impressed with the price. Edit: I would like to say that the Laser Hair Removal did not work on me. I would still suggest your try it yourself but the hair grew right back.

I then saw that Vasu had an RF device called ThermoClear which treats just about any superficial skin issue. Jennifer gave me a very thorough treatment, but I had low expectations considering all the YEARS of other ineffective treatments in the past. Well, I look in the mirror this morning (nine days past treatment) and, BY GOD, the treatment is actually working!!! All of the most visible capillaries are either gone or diminishing. I can't wait for my next appointment. I'm thinking a few more treatments will take YEARS off my skin. (Also, ThermoClear is about half the cost of your average laser treatment.) This is life-changing for me--more self confidence, WAY less makeup, more swimming and exercise, less time getting ready and, most importantly, no more wasted time and money on other useless treatments. Thank you, Vasu!!!

During our first consultation, she asked me my objectives and proposed a short series of treatments - a chemical skin treatment and three RF microneedling sessions. It was more affordable than I had thought, and we did the first treatment that day. After my second session, I could already see the results. I'm ready for my third, and I understand this is when I'll start to see the real, longer-term effects.
