Thankfully, a male employee stepped in and provided the kind of customer service you would expect at a place like BevMo. He was polite, helpful, and immediately told me there were more hazy IPAs in the back aisle--something Amy never mentioned. I continued to browse other aisles because my sister asked for a Macallan and then I see the female cashier following me. Maybe she thought I stealing? If Amy is the employee I think she is, it's disappointing to see this isn't an isolated issue. Regardless, the employee who assisted me needs customer service training.
