This is genuinely the BEST hotpot I've ever had. And trust me, I don't say that lightly because…read moreI've tried quite a few hotpot spots around Colorado and honestly left disappointed almost every single time. Either the broths lacked flavor, the meats weren't fresh enough, or the overall experience just didn't live up to the hype. At one point I genuinely thought maybe hotpot in Colorado just wasn't for me. But my friends, who absolutely LOVE this place and come here all the time, basically forced me to give it a try, and wow, I'm so glad they did. From the first bite, I could immediately tell this place was different. The broth was rich, flavorful, and comforting in a way that makes you want to keep eating even after you're already full. Everything tasted fresh, high quality, and actually well-prepared. The meats, veggies, noodles, and sides all complemented each other perfectly, and the whole experience just felt cozy and satisfying. Another thing that really stood out to me was the service. Every server I've interacted with here has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They genuinely make the experience even better because the atmosphere feels warm and inviting from the moment you walk in. You can tell they care about making customers feel comfortable and taken care of. Now it's literally all I think about whenever the weather starts getting cool outside. Like the second there's even a slight chill in the air, this place immediately comes to mind. It's become one of those comfort meals that you randomly crave late at night because nothing else compares. The kind of food that warms you up completely and makes you leave feeling happy and full. Honestly, this place changed my opinion on hotpot in Colorado completely. If you've been disappointed by other hotpot spots around here like I was, PLEASE give this one a chance because it is on a completely different level.

I think the main attraction here is the AYCE Korean bbq, there are 3 different price tier options starting at $33 per person (we will come back and try but it smelled delicious) Staff was friendly, no wait time because large venue with lots of seating, could definitely host a large group. And usually kbbq places are super loud but this wasn't! It was easy to have normal conversation and not yell across the table.

While waiting on your meats to arrive we enjoyed some of their sushi options. The best roll was the crispy shrimp tempura roll, the main course was more satisfying. To accompany the order there are a handful of small side dishes to enjoy with your meal. I enjoyed the potato salad was sweet and creamy with corn, though I wish they had pickled radish as a side. I'm finding this side dish hard to find amongst Kbbq establishments for some reason. Large portions and lots of options among this menu. My favorite was the Short ribs (limit 2 piece per person). The thick and juicy cuts were amazing. Rich and fatty, 2 pieces were more than enough for me. One thing I really appreciated was that the staff checked in with us frequently to change out our grill and see if we wanted to order more. The only thing was our table did not receive scissors to cut the short rib with. I asked two servers if they could provide us with them though we never received them. It made the dish a bit difficult to eat, but all in all a good experience. The sushi was ok but main attraction was the large portions and roomy seating, which left me comfortably full after a few rounds of ordering.

The restaurant while not boasting an extravagant interior has everything I could ask, it is clean and well maintained, our server Anthony was pleasant and checked on us regularly, and the food was TO DIE FOR. Genuinely cannot express how yummy it was, the breading on the chicken is perfect, the sauces taste so so good, the potstickers are delicious and come in a fairly large portion, overall I have nothing but praise for Bonchon and will absolutely be returning. Overall: Not fully what I expected for hotpot (more details below) but they give generous meat…read moreportions and good service. Would come to back to try their Korean dishes but would prefer to go elsewhere for hotpot unless a friend has a strong preference for this place. Food Cuisine: I was expecting either Korean hotpot (Jeongol) or Korean Chinese fusion because of it being a Korean restaurant and their main selling point - AYCE hotpot. It seemed like they tried to do something between regular Chinese hotpot (but without the in-your-face bold broth flavors) and Japanese shabu shabu (but minus the ponzu and simple, straightforward flavors) with some side Korean kimchi. They also had some typical Korean dishes and lots of alcohol options. The broth: None of the four broths we tried had a wow factor. Maybe the mushroom was the one to try. -Bulgogi is mainly salty and not well flavored. I don't taste any reminisce of a bulgogi flavor. My partner thought it was basic but he thoroughly enjoyed it. -Miso was good but it's hard to get that wrong. -Spicy Thai tomato flavor was okay. -Yuzu jalapeno was also okay but it was novel. It reminded me of a lighter and less rich version of Tom kha soup with yuzu and jalapeno instead of lime, lemongrass, galangal, and chili. The meats: Generous portions or maybe they're good at gauging the right portion for the number of people. We only had to make one meat order (lamb, pork belly, tripe, beef) during our order for a group of four and we ate every bit of it. The hotpot ingredients in the back: A decent variety of veggies, mushrooms, meat/seafood balls, seafood, and noodles. All seemed to be washed well and fresh. The sauce bar: Decent selection. A couple of interesting, not-so-typical sauces and mostly typical hotpot sauces. Service: Every table has a service button and an ordering tablet so you don't have to wave anyone down. Very nice staff who stays on top of maintaining the food and area. Space: Lots of seating. Leg room is not great for tall people unless you sit on the ends. Personal Note: Group vote - half of us liked the hotpot and would come back for the hotpot here and the other half of us were not into the broths and would prefer to do hotpot elsewhere. Note: The half that would not come back are the ones who grew up eating hotpot in the US and in Asia (we've tried Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese style hotpots), so that might make us two more critical with higher expectations.

The lychee jelly with the blueberries was really delicious and I would've loved another bowl of it. Overall it was an okay experience and if you need hotpot, it's an option.

Water was cold and refilled without us having to flag anyone down, which matters more than it sounds like when your hands are covered in Old Bay and butter. The dining room itself was clean, well-kept, and the energy was warm without being chaotic -- easy to talk over, easy to relax into. We finished with ice cream, which was a nice, unexpected way to close out a meal built around mess and spice. Boils here are market-priced, so it's not a cheap night out, but between the portion size, the sides included, and the attentiveness of the staff, it didn't feel like we were paying for atmosphere or hype -- it felt like we got what we paid for. This is a great pick for a group that doesn't mind getting their hands dirty -- girls' nights, birthdays, anyone who wants a seafood boil that doesn't take itself too seriously. If you're looking for a quiet, tidy dinner where you never touch your food, this isn't it, and that's exactly the appeal.

Formal Complaint Regarding Experience on 7-9-2026…read more To the Management Team, I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent visit to your establishment on 7-9-26 Having visited several times in the past, I have previously enjoyed your shrimp platter; however, my experience this time was deeply unsatisfactory. My visit was marred by unprofessional and rude service from the staff members on duty. When I politely requested lemons, my request was met with dismissiveness. Furthermore, when we raised a concern regarding the quality of the fried rice which appeared to be plain white rice with frozen vegetables rather than the fried rice we have received in the past our concerns were ignored, and our request for a simple substitution of fries was flatly refused. I was also shocked to see additional line items on our bill for requests that are standard in the service industry. Specifically, I was charged $1.00 for a request for "extra crispy" fries, and I have previously been charged for simple accompaniments like lemons. Charging customers for basic food preparation preferences feels both petty and indicative of a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. The combination of hostile service, a significant decline in food quality, and the nickel-and-diming of standard requests has made it clear that I will not be returning to your business. I believe it is important for you to be aware of how these practices are impacting long-term customers. I hope you take this feedback seriously to prevent other patrons from having similar experiences. You have lost a good customer. Will never come again. I hope others will not go. I am sure we will find place support and find good food.
