Michelle is an absolute pleasure to work with and makes the entire experience so much more enjoyable. I started my laser experience in small increments, taking it body part by body part, and I am now addicted to getting laser done! The results are phenomenal, make my day-to-day much more manageable, and leave my skin super smooth. Although results for me vary depending on the body part I am lasering, I have found that with consistent visits, the growth has reduced. Wanted to try a local spa in the community, saw the reviews and decided to go with a facial. Worst decision that I made. 1. impossible to make an appointment. No one answers the phone or txt. Went there in person and finally got the contact info for the aesthetician. 2. After confirming the appt 30 min prior to the facial, I get a call 5 min before the start of my appointment that it has to be rescheduled since the aesthetician has an emergency. At the same time I get a text from the aesthetician saying there is no room, she is there at the spa ready to go, hence needs to be rescheduled. NO emergency!! Since she is nice enough to reschedule it , I keep the appointment.When I arrived, Kirsten at the front desk, was very unprofessional, unapologetic for lying about the emergency, instead gives me attitude. I let that go, but the place is not set up for a facial. They don't have something to change into, all the supplies are not there since the person doing the facial travels with a suitcase. For the price they are charging, it is definitely not worth going here, unprofessional, and not geared towards the customer. I would go to an established place for a better experience. In fact Kirsten actually said that it is not her business, when I said this is not how you run a business!! So they really don't care. I had gone in for teeth whitening and lip exfoliation--Both great experiences and great results! My teeth were noticeably 4-5 shades whiter and my lips felt amazing after the exfoliating and plumping. you get to even go home with a lip serum which is my favorite to use. Honestly don't know how she is still in business. She skipped over so many places so my leg hair is patchy and it's growing in like I never even got the laser. This was such a waste of money! She convinced me to buy a few extra sessions since it wasn't working and I did the extra session and it still didn't work! On some of the last sessions she even burnt my skin! When I went here she didn't even put one of those disposable sheets on the chair--and there were dark stains on the white vinyl of the chair in the area that customer's shoes inevitably touched on. I think she wipes it down between patients but still, there is nothing like disposable sheets, as the stain on the vinyl shows. Then when she did my electrolysis she didn't brush the hairs away with a cotton ball like every other electrolysis I've ever been to-- she used her hands. Her bare hands. So I don't know how some other person said she is "clean", she was very unhygienic, likely because she is trying to save half a penny. read more
