Unfortunately for me, their service has fluctuated a lot and even though I expect the same excellent service like I did the first time, I feel more and more disappointed. One example is the aesthetician leaving the room periodically and for long periods of time during my facial or doing nothing while my mask is setting. Like they will just sit there in the room, no massaging of the arms or feet, which one person had done for me in the past. It just seems so expensive for a basic-ish facial.

But waxing with Joycee made me feel so comfortable and safe. I made my appointment online and before you get there she has you fill out a questionnaire on your skin, current product use and medical history etc. When you come into her room it's always beautifully set up with nice music in the background. This made help me feel more relaxed as I was nervous on my 1st time. She then analyzes your skin where you're going to be waxed and gives you a run down of how the waxing process is going to go. I was really nervous so she took her time to make sure I was okay each time she applied the wax and took it off. The wax didn't feel too hot either which she definitely checks to make sure it isn't. She makes sure there aren't any ingrown hairs or blackheads and finishes with an ingrown hair oil. By the end of my 1st brazillian she gave me after care instructions to follow when I went home and I didn't have a breakout from the wax. It's been 4 months now and my Brazillians are quick, easy and very clean!
