The first time I came here the woman giving me a pedicure offered me a massage for my pedicure which I had already had on my gift card. When I went to go pay they told me I asked for another ADDITIONAL massage so I had to pay more $$. I was upset, but paid and let it go. I received an email later from the salon that they would give me a $10 coupon to come back for the miscommunication. So here I am, finally about 8 months later making my way back here to use my coupon. I ask how much for callus removal, which they say $15. Again, overpriced but I accept. The girl doing my pedicure scrubs my feet instead of using the scraper and I ask why she didn't use the scraper. She said they couldn't use it because of covid. Which would have been helpful to know PRIOR to spending the $15. This place is a rip off and I'll never come here again. The pedicure isn't great enough where it's worth $40 even. It's a normal pedicure. There is absolutely nothing special about it. Worst of all they don't care about taking advantage of people and their money. It's like they don't realize people won't come back again. Both times I've been here the place has been absolutely empty. Recommend going somewhere else. Anywhere else at that. I'll never come here again. It's unlikely they'll end up staying in business.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. Before my appointment, the hair artist called me to…read moresee my hair and recommended a nanoplastia treatment. She told me that the frizz would be gone 100% and that my hair would be shiny and smooth. I trusted her because I had seen good reviews on her page. She also charged me an additional $50 because my hair is long, bringing the total to around $200. Unfortunately, the result was the complete opposite. After my first wash, my hair was dry, rough, and still wavy/frizzy. I honestly felt like the treatment had not been done properly. She then asked me to come back so she could check my hair and offered to do a keratin treatment. I have had keratin treatments 3-4 times before, so I know what the process and results should generally be like. While she was doing the treatment, I even mentioned that the product should be left in the hair and dried with a blow dryer so it could work properly, but she assured me that she was using a new and expensive product specifically for me. I trusted her again. After washing my hair 24 hours later, the results were still the same--rough, dry, wavy hair with no smoothness or shine. What made the experience even worse was the communication. She was very difficult to reach by calls or messages. There was even a time when she called me to come to the salon and then told me she couldn't come. She works alone but appears to schedule 2-3 clients at the same time, which made the whole experience feel rushed and unprofessional. I spent around $200 and went through two treatments, yet my hair is still in poor condition. This has been extremely upsetting and stressful for me because I trusted her with my hair based on the reviews I saw on her page. I'm sharing my honest experience so others can make an informed decision. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
