We had the carriage house which is a small studio and beautiful just for two people for a few days. Since It was Halloween weekend, they left us a little bucket with Halloween candy and two T-shirts which I thought was a really nice touch. I highly recommend Sarah's Seaside. I spoke to Janet when making my reservation, she was wonderful and very helpful. They have lounge chairs on the beach with the great pillows, cabana (no charge) bikes if you want to ride also free, a washer and dryer if you want to wash your clothes, and yup free. Everyone is very accommodating. Staff a wonderful, Janet my contact at the resort cane by and introduced herself, showed us around. Overall a wonderful experience.

Rooms are spotless and very comfortable, well decorated and all the supplies for cooking your own meals if you want. Pam and I stayed in the Carriage House while my 2 sons and family with 3 children stayed in the Governors Main where the porch is shaded with great view of the beautiful sunsets. Great place for family vacation or reunion. Owners and staff and very nice, welcoming and available for any special needs. They will make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your time. It was clean, cozy, perfectly stocked and the staff (from late check in, to building maintenance staff and follow-ups) did an exceptional job. The location was perfect for us. Plenty of parking, great restaurant across the street, not to mention everything we needed for the beach. It was really hot and the pop up tent was an extra unexpected bonus. We were able to rent a boat and jet skis right across the street. I literally have no complaints or "recommendations for a better stay". We had been restrictively locked down and needed a fresh breath and mental break. This quaint cottage provided just that and more. The view and beach access was more than awesome. The fun and cute backyard was perfect for our family to enjoy a beachside fire, twinkle lights, shuffleboard, lawn games, kayak, paddleboards etc. It was fully stocked with everything you'd ever want for the beach - beach bag, umbrellas, chairs, toys, fishing poles, nets, floats etc. The free on site laundry and laundry supplies was such a generous offering. The cottage was clean, well kept, fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials and then some extra. We brought our Shiba Inu and he loved being able to watch out the back glass to see us at the beach! The back deck and views are magnificent. Our beds were clean and comfy. The shower had perfect water pressure for thick haired families like ours. The French bakery in front had the most delicious pastries and quiche offerings. We absolutely loved Tommy's on the Beach and can't wait to return very soon.

The pool and spa are clean with comfortable temperatures and there is plenty of pool deck seating. We have never grilled out there, but I've seen plenty of people making delicious meals using the common grills. I love sitting out on the balcony, listening to the waves, and watching people on the beach and at the pool. Of course, this is only when I'm not down on the beach or in the pool myself! There are plenty of places to eat nearby, some within walking distance and some a little farther. All the teenagers in our crew like to head down to Kooky Coconuts for occasional snacks, meals, and hanging out. This is where they go to get away from the grownups. It's a short walk, with good food and a fun vibe. The condo itself is very welcoming. Clean and comfortable is the highest compliment I can give a beach vacation spot. It's not fancy, but it checks all the other boxes. We keep coming back year after year!
