Florist Paul was great and helped me on the phone and knew exactly what I wanted from my description. He assured me they would be special and delivered on time even though there was a blizzard coming their way. I didn't hear from my daughter on the delivery day and I called the floral dept. the next day to find out what happened. The security guard at her work sent them back to the other location where she use to work. Hy-Vee went out of their way to correct the issue even though they were not responsible. I spoke with florist Amy several times and she was so nice and very helpful. The beautiful arrangement was delivered within hours to my daughter. A floral arrangement that costs $50 should last longer than 2-3 days!. The store gave me a $20 credit stating that roses only live 2-3 days. In my experience that has not been the case. This is twice now we have had bad luck with Hy-Vee floral. We thought maybe trying a different location would help. It did not. No more Hy-Vee floral for us. Very disappointed.

I bought two great necklaces made from Tagua seeds from Ecuador. I just love them and have received many compliments when I wear them. They are so attractive and unique.
