The security guard at her work sent them back to the other location where she use to work. Hy-Vee went out of their way to correct the issue even though they were not responsible. This is twice now we have had bad luck with Hy-Vee floral. We thought maybe trying a different location would help. It did not. No more Hy-Vee floral for us. Very disappointed.
