He assured me they would be special and delivered on time even though there was a blizzard coming their way. I didn't hear from my daughter on the delivery day and I called the floral dept. the next day to find out what happened. The security guard at her work sent them back to the other location where she use to work. Hy-Vee went out of their way to correct the issue even though they were not responsible. I spoke with florist Amy several times and she was so nice and very helpful. The beautiful arrangement was delivered within hours to my daughter.
