I did what I knew how to do, replaced o rings, recharged it etc, and that kept it going a little longer, but eventually it just went kaputski. Call early on a Thursday morning to say that I want to bring the car in, but need it back in time to take a road trip next week. Drop off 8am. By 9am I have a diagnosis. It's a bad diagnosis, but it's accurate - my compressor died. They get the part and have it done and ready for pickup by 12:30 the same day. Is their rate a little higher than some other shops? Sure. But you can have your choice of two of the three: cheap, fast, good. These guys are fast and good. I can't sing these folks praises enough - and as someone who loves my car, I do not trust it to many places preferring to do maintenance and simple fixes myself. Gary and his team are amazing.

I just could not tolerate Julie, who works the front desk, and for the most part answers the phone calls as well. She displayed impatience with my questions. She is the conduit to the mechanics. In any business, the front desk gives the best impression on the appreciation of customers or lack of. Julie should be grateful and thankful that GT Automotive is doing well. This is demonstrated in having a high bar on respect and kindness to all customers. My car insurance company had to approved auto body centers, and Branning's was the closest one, so I chose to have my car towed there. Their service was so bad and slow that I was fed up. I called Frank's Auto Body & Frame Specialists, and they came out the SAME DAY, looked at the car, said that it in fact could be fixed (for lower than the payout for the total loss no less!), and towed it to their location in North Brunswick. They fixed it quickly, but showed us some photos of the car after it had been "looked at" by Branning's...Branning's had CUT through the fender and part of the CAR, causing EXPONENTIALLY MORE damage than I had from the accident!
