At 2:30 PM, I called because no one had contacted me to let me know whether my car was ready. The person who answered told me that they had called me, but that the call went directly to a Spanish voicemail. That is completely untrue because my voicemail is not in Spanish. When I dropped off the car, I initially requested a full synthetic oil change. However, about five minutes after leaving, I called the location to change my request to a synthetic blend instead. When I went to pay, I was being charged for a full synthetic oil change. I explained that I had called shortly after dropping off the car to change it to a synthetic blend, but the employee told me that I had never called. The response I received was very unprofessional. I was essentially told that I should "make up my mind" next time. I understand that changes can happen, but there is no reason to speak to a customer that way. Overall, the communication and customer service were very disappointing. I would not recommend this location. Worst experience ever.
