Honestly decent. It's not sketchy which is a huge plus in the city. Can't say the same about most. Went at 10pm on a snowy Wednesday and it was populated. Nothing too busy though. I am removing one star because it was the slowest pump I've EVER used in my life. Even using the fastest pump setting. Another star removed because it took multiple tries to accept payment and I couldn't even use tap. Stay away if you're planning on using Apple Pay. I walked in today at 4:00 AM just to get a 5 hour energy right at the checkout. Security door man told me to take off my string bag and put it on the rack by the door. I put my bag on the the rack and was waiting behind one guy that couldn't get his card to work. After about 4 minutes of waiting and the cashier resetting the payment thing twice, I needed to leave to make the train. I grabbed my bag and walked out. I was about 10 steps away from the door in the parking lot when I hear a loud "HEY" behind me. I stopped and turned around. It was the security worker and he said " What did you put in your bag?" I said, " I didn't put anything in, I don't have time to wait behind that guy, I need to make the train". He asked me what I put in my bag again... I literally never left right in front of him and he was watching my bag for me the whole time, I have no idea why he was accusing me of stealing but maybe if he wasn't texting and paying attention he would of realized that. I hope a manager watches this on camera (4AM) to see what I had to deal with. read more

Tried pumping gas and an employee refused to move from the busy pumps while on the phone after I asked to please move so I could pump gas. Her answer was, " I'm off the clock can't you see I'm on the phone." Told lack of awareness and pride in what you represent. Had to call and then she moved. Never again. There are two of the loveliest ladies and one of the loveliest men working at this circle K. They are sweetest people I could hope to find at a convenience store. The woman that works the later evening shifts is always one of the highlights of my day. There are genuinely some lovely people here and I am definitely a regular. I come in almost every day to grab a polar pop and a random snack on my way home from work and we always have a good chat and talk about our days, only as long as no other customers are waiting. I've only moved to the area recently but I love this place. 5 stars, hands down, mostly because of those 3 wonderful employees. read more

i wil never ever go to that gas station . 'shell on 801 west adisson" . i run out of gas that,s why i stopped . the worst customer service i had ever . i paid for gas played a lotto , before going to pump , i heard a lady complaining sayingthe pump is not working ,after arguing with her , they said the money went to her card ..same thing hapenned to me , the pump is not working , or they did something from the computer on purpose . when i told a black lady putting monique as a tag name she was rude as hell . her hispanic coworker was also rude , she put me on hold for almost one hour . i saw Monique eating . she said the cmputer said the gas was pumped .talking to me while eating . go to the camera and see .when i told her i will have to call the credit card or the police . she said you can call who ever you want, i don,t care .her hispanic friend was unfriendly and rude also . there was a guy next to them , he didn,t involved..i will never ever go to that gas staion .. they took one hour from my time ... no sorry for the inconvenience no shit , just go to hell , and do what tever you want ... i was supposed to pick up 2 friends , i missed them .... read more
