Bebe and her spa staff are the best, always make me feel pampered after a long stressful day. Her techniques have never failed in making me relaxed and whole again. Thank Somar wellness! read more

I have been to many spa's before but none compare to Somar wellness! The quality of massage provided leaves me feeling rejuvenated every single time. I am a nurse who is on my feet for 12+ hours a day, with lots of tension in my upper back and the wonderful therapists at somar are miracle workers when it comes to helping me relax! I truly cannot recommend Somar Wellness Spa enough! read more

I've been coming to Somar for a couple years here and there when my schedule gives me free time! The biomat is one of my favorite services. It's time to de-stress and let my body recover. Massages are the best! The last massage I received helped keep my neck and shoulders loose and the stress tension I normally have went away for longer than normal. Need to relax and reset? This is the place. read more

Stopped in on a long delay at the airport. They scheduled me quickly and it was about a $14 Uber rode. Had a 50 minute deep tissue from Dez and she was personable and used good pressure. $125 before tip. I enjoyed my visit read more

I can't recommend this place enough! It was my first time at Somar looking for a deep tissue massage and Christian did an such amazing job! Will be coming back! read more

I've had my fair share of massage experiences in the Bay Area, but nothing can top the absolutely wonderful experience I had at Somar (this was my first time visiting Texas as well). Bebe was very professional, and she paid special attention to areas that was causing me a lot of discomfort and pain. She actually worked out a pulled muscle that I had off and on for two months! Bebe was also very hospitable and ensured that my experience at the wellness center was one that I'd remember. The aromatherapy, sauna, and hot stones were amazing too -- I wouldn't pass any of it up if you're thinking about coming here as it really adds to the experience. Honestly, this was the best massage I've ever had and Bebe has now got a permanent customer in me! read more

Once again, got an amazing treatment and service yesterday!! I love the biomat and facial Will come back every time

Amazing place!! I was feeling so tight and stressed and was able to schedule a same day appointment. I now feel renewed and alive. I am so happy I got a massage here. I highly suggest you check them out. This place is filled with healing and good vibes. read more

I booked a pre-wedding massage and facial and had a fabulous experience. Bebe was so wonderful in helping me put together a package of services that fit my needs. Wedding planning stress had me so tense and my face was all broken out a week before my wedding. One session and I was a completely new woman! I was so relaxed it was miracle and my face was glowing and radiant on my big day. She targeted areas where I was having the most trouble, and listened to what I wanted and what my body needed. This place was such a gem to find. Highly recommend! read more

Perfect first massage experience! Bebe was wonderful and so so relaxing! The atmosphere was cute and cozy, we will be back for sure!

Simply incredible! Bebe gave me a deep tissue massage and it was easily the best massage I have ever received. She worked on my neck and shoulders for a considerable amount of time. Now, they have never felt better. If you want your money's worth, go to Bebe. She will make you feel better. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. I booked a ladies spa day at my home and it was amazing! Bebe and her team were timely, friendly and professional. They set up an whole outdoor zen area. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. The massages were relaxing, thorough and perfection. We had eight ladies and it was the highlight of the entire weekend. I am so happy I found her and will be visiting her on a regular basis. I would be happy to be a reference for her anytime! read more

Traveled in from Idaho today and they were able to work some magic and get my husband and I in for massages. Massage was great and much needed! Cute spa with very friendly and accommodating staff! Highly recommend! read more

Bebe booked our couples Swedish massage appointment 2 days out, and was so generous in working with our time frame. The massages were wonderful. The hot stone and peppermint mask was amazing on my back, and the pressure was just right. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed. read more

Bebe offers such a great massage, incorporating hot stones, cupping, thermal treatments, aromatherapy, deep tissue, as needed... The hot stones feel almost magical. Bebe has a great passion for helping people to feel better and to truly heal! It is also key that she is careful with sanitizing everything between sessions. read more

Hosted 6 wives of the Company I work at and we had a wonderful, relaxing, professional, and positive experience. I know the wives that live nearby will return for another visit. Massages were all really amazing and employees were very kind. BeBe was easy and a delight to work with in planning the event. Looking forward to the next visit! read more

Owner very argumentative when I tried discussing my concerns. Bad attitude and terrible customer service.

My friend and I had the most amazing experience at Somar Wellness Spa. This is a beautiful, intimate spa and if you want to be pampered beyond your expectations make an appointment NOW. Bebe and her team are awesome and take care of your need. From an epic massage, cleansing body scrub to a relaxing facial makes a lady feel all over wonderful! Very beautiful experience. read more

I have not taken good care of my body. Sure I eat pretty well and I am fairly active, but I have done little self care or given attention to maintenance of my muscles. Because of all of this, I live with muscle pain on a daily basis and it can be intense. I have been to multiple massage therapists over the years when things have gotten really bad, and while they helped some, I always felt like I was just making a small dent in a bigger problem. Enter Bebe and her team at Somar. Firstly, Bebe is strong. Like super strong. She actually is physically capable of doing a true deep tissue massage. This is huge as many therapists are not capable of applying enough pressure to actually make a lasting difference. Secondly, she comes up with a plan for you. This is not a "come 16 times and we will make you right" plan. She is not trying to make you spend all of your money. She wants to to spend the correct amount and not a penny more. Lastly, her plan is holistic. I don't mean incense and meditation (although I am guessing she would be good with that). She gave me resources on stretching and referred me to other methods and practitioners in the area that could lend a hand in my journey towards wellness. Bebe has legitimately been good for my life. If you have been let down by other massage therapists with good intentions, I highly encourage you to try out Somar. It's worth the trip, even if you don't live close to Grapevine. read more

I could not recommend BeBe enough. I am quite frankly telling anyone who will listen about her. I have had massages all my life this woman is hands down the best. What she does, it's like medicine for the soul. read more

Highly recommend Somar! After a bumpy start with scheduling Somar more than made up for it in customer service. All the ladies are very friendly, and the space is super cute! Massage, facial, body and scalp treatment were all top not notch. Book with them! You wont regret it! read more

Severely disappointed with how unorganized and unprofessional this establishment is. I had chose this location based on the glowing reviews. My fiancé and I had a couple's massage booked for yesterday early in the afternoon, which was confirmed by Bebe. We had arrived a few minutes early to the appointment only for the door to be locked and a "be right back" sign on the door. I had been in direct contact with Bebe, and once our reserved time had come and gone, I texted and called her to see what was going on. She texts me 10 minutes after our reserved time stating she was in the establishment (she had locked the door even though there were other clients) and that two of the staff members called in sick that day, and that she was doing all the massages and running very behind. She stated she had forgot to mention anything to us about this. I understand that she may have been in a bind, but this is information I am sure she had well in advance despite the short notice from the staff. Her remedy for the situation was for us to come much later in the day and have each of us done one at a time, alternating with a 50 minute biomat/ sauna treatment. We had scheduled the earlier time because that was the only availability for us, and the whole point of the couple's massage was to do it together. I had also ordered the 80 minute couple's massage (which she kept on saying was just an hour). She tried to call me to confirm what I wanted to do and left a voicemail saying that she had 15 minutes to talk before the next client was coming in, and once I tried to call within that 15 minutes, it went straight to voicemail. This establishment needs to be better ran, and there is absolutely no excuse with how poor her response was regarding this situation. Edited to Add: I have never experience this amount of unprofessionalism in my life. Immediately upon writing the review, the owner contacts me trying to find a loophole to get the review deleted. She states that since she forgot to send the invoice to me even though there is text proof that she gave me a date and time and that she would "email the invoice shortly", that I in fact did not have an appointment (which did not come up in our interaction at all until this review was written). This appointment was booked over a week in advance, and she told me over the phone that she would give the time slots available so being put on the waiting list she claims we were on for our reservation makes no sense. When we talked on the phone, she said multiple people had booked appointments for Valentine's week and that she was sending their invoices first and I was "next on the wait list" to get my invoice after she sent theirs. I made sure to book the appointment when there was availability over a week later and gave all the information needed for her to send the invoice. If she had that time booked like she said, I would expect her to try to reach out to reschedule at some point, but that never happened. Why would we be on a wait list up until the day of the appointment without any attempt on the business to reschedule or reach out? Instead of owning up to her mistake, she is now trying to put the blame on us to save face. Absolutely appalled at the response, and she definitely needs to reflect on how she approaches mishaps in the future. read more

Bebe and her group were amazing. it was our first time having a massage (my husband and I), and we got the valentine's day diamond package. Worth every penny. We both loved it. It came with aroma therapy, hot stones, and sugar scrub. Glad we waited to get in here. It was clean, followed all covid regulations, and everyone was extremely nice. We definitely plan on making this a regular part of our new self-care regimen. Thank you so much. We can't wait to see you again. read more

I've had massages at luxury spas all over the country - and the massage I had today was one of the best, if not THE best. Let's be honest, when you are calling to book a massage is usually because you want one right away, and Bebe was able to fit me in within 15 minutes. Lisa gave me an 80 Swedish massage but it was really a fusion of Swedish and Thai and she incorporated some hot stones because my neck and back were so tense. The room was the perfect temperature, the bed is insanely comfortable and soft, and the music was perfect. When my massage was over I felt not only relaxed, but still. 10/10 will be coming back here again. Probably this week. read more

Not what I expected. My therapist was good for a deep tissue massage. However, the owner, had some weird practices that were not in alignment with other massages that have had. A Swedish massage was requested but the owner had a very different approach. read more

For my birthday I wanted to be pampered to a spa day. I read the rave reviews for Somar Wellness Spa and set-up an appointment. Bebe called me to determine what I was looking for, provided many options and was very accommodating in providing a time for me that worked perfectly. She created a personalized package that was very nicely priced. Upon arrival, Bebe was very professional, attentive to hygiene and the spa was not only immaculate, but inviting and so soothing. Now, Bebe's talents are out of this world--all the positive reviews are absolutely true. First, I experienced the Biomat and enjoyed a much needed power nap. Then I received the coconut scalp treatment which was incredible. The massage she provided was exactly what I hoped for and MORE. I felt beyond relaxed! She concluded with a body scrub and by the end of it all I felt like a new woman!!! Bebe's passion, magical hands, soothing energy along with the beautiful environment is something you HAVE to experience. It was a full mind, body, spirit overhaul that was so rejuvenating, all thanks to Bebe's uncanny ability to listen to not only what I shared I wanted, but what she sensed I needed. Truly a remarkable woman and an experience worth repeating again and again. I have already referred numerous friends to her and will be seeking out her many individualized services for both myself and group settings for time to come. Without a doubt, I found my person! Bebe, thank you for being the amazing woman you are and sharing your gifts/talents with me! read more

If you are like me and suffer from any chronic muscle aches and pains, do yourself the best favor ever and go see Bebe. Since our arrival here in Texas, I've been in pain mostly because of stress. Moving halfway across the country is not easy! And I also suffer from TMJ, so things were getting pretty desperate. Bebe was amazing. Honestly the best massage I've ever had, and I've had a lot. After talking to her about what was going on, where it hurt, and my diagnoses, she got busy finding sore spots on my body that I didn't even know I had. She even managed to get my jaw to relax for the first time in I don't even know how long. I can't even remember. I feel so, so much better today. Better than I have in 6 weeks. If you are even thinking about getting a massage go see Bebe. You will wonder where she's been all your life. read more

Our experience is certainly an outlier, and I get that, but I thought it would be worth sharing here. This is exactly what happened: I bought my wife a gift card for Mother's Day. When she called to book an appointment, she was told that they only book groups on weekends and individuals during normal business hours on weekdays. But maaaybe they could get her in after hours. She said that since this didn't seem to fit her schedule and wasn't like other spas she has been to, maybe she should just get a refund. Bebe told her she was being rude and insisted on booking her for an appointment while pressuring her to come in at 4 or 4:30 ... finally they settled on 5:30. "Now, how much would you like to tip?" she asked. My wife indicated that she would like to tip after the service. Again, Bebe told her she was being rude and that it was customary to tip 20 percent via Paypal or Venmo in advance. No cash! My wife politely refused. Day before the appointment, my wife calls to follow up on the gift certificate since she was told she would receive a text she could respond to in order to apply that to her appointment. She was told that they are too busy to handle those types of things until the day of her appointment -- so please just wait for the confirmation text and then email a picture of the email that had the gift certificate order number on it. Super professional! So the day of the appointment comes and they cancel. They say they have other days and times available, during normal business hours. My wife says those won't work for her, so she asks to book further out. She's told they don't book out more than a week in advance. My wife scoffed at this, which apparently offended the woman on the phone, who hung up on her. Bebe called me and offered me a refund, but not before lecturing me on how rude my wife is and telling me "we don't want her energy in our spa." All I wanted was a relaxing message from my hardworking wife, but instead, she said she felt like she was asking someone for a favor -- one they really didn't want to provide. I am sure they are very good at the services they provide. But I might suggest updating this line from their website: "We focus on YOU and your de-stress needs. At SOMAR you will immediately feel the warmth, caring and dedication of our experienced team." That was not our experience. read more
