I cannot recommend this spa enough. Bebe and Sherri were amazing - intuitive and gifted these…read moreladies are truly gifted. From the peaceful atmosphere to the next - level treatments this place is phenomenal. Book your next massage here immediately!

I came here for the first time while visiting TX based on the reviews. My experience was eh. I felt…read moreit was very overpriced for what you received and although Bebe is a very social lady, she left me feeling like i will never come here again. Let me start off by saying, i called ahead to book a relaxing spa package for a full facial and semi massage. Over the phone everything was fine although i found it weird i had to zelle the full amount before arriving. I get facials constantly and have only ever been asked to give a deposit, but i paid the full amount. I get there the ladies were nice to offer me some cheese and champagne but i waited 20 minutes before being seen and there was literally no other clients there. I told Bebe i had some makeup that i need to remove and she made a huge stink about it. Why did i come with makeup? I said its easily removed i am getting a facial so cleansing is part of that.... Well according to her i should keep the makeup on because she would never have clients remove makeup. So weird!!!! I went to the bathroom anyways and removed it because im not about to have a mask and products placed over makeup! What was she trying to do, clog my pores?! Then she mentions it's a full massage and semi facial. When i said nooo i booked a semi massage and full facial, she made that a problem. Insisting her specialty is massaging and that's what the relaxation package is for. I gave in since clearly this lady is the persistent type and i was exhausted from traveling all day. She mentioned several times through the service how i need to feel Relaxed, this is going to be relaxing, jus relax but it's very difficult to relax when you keep mentioning it and talking. She made a lot of noise, either dropping things, forgetting things outside the room or mentioning what a big deal she is several times. So the last thing i felt was relaxed. The full service was about 90 min and about 45 min of that was me just laying there by myself with a bright light over my face. Not even goggles to protect my eyes. The music was abysmal. From nice spa music, to club music, to rap music at some point. It felt all over the place. I will say the massage was great. Her hands are a blessing but it was unfortunate that the ambience ruined the experience, the facial was basic and for a whopping $220 + $45 tip i was ripped off. I didn't complain or make a fuss i honestly jus wanted to get out of there actually relax in my hotel room. Luckily i will never have to come back.

I love a good day spa but this one is hard to stay for the whole day. The pool is located outside…read morethe spa and they do not have a hot cup. They do have a steam room and a sauna, 2 lounge areas (one just for women and they other is for all genders) and a zero gravity chair relaxation room. I got a massage treatment which was okay. The add ons treatments are not worth it. I only say that because if you have a 50 min massage and you get a collagen face mask and a foot scrub, 20 mins of your 50 min massage are on your treatments. Your time doesnt get adjusted to include the add-ons which I dont like since the price is already high. Overall we had excellent service! Parking is great and it'll be validated/free when you check out.

If you are looking for a relaxing day to spend at the spa Relâche is THE place…read more Ambiance: The spa was so relaxing! The spa was very clean and full of your basic necessities should you forget them at home (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair spray, mouth wash, hair brush, combs, disposable razors, and hair dryer). They also have a "quiet" area designated for those that want to take a nap or relax, and a "loud" area for chatting. Amenities: Be sure to check out the outdoor pool after your spa day! Your entry to the spa allows you to use the indoor or outdoor pool! I loved using the sauna prior to my treatments. They also have a steam room as well. Facial: My facial was with Jaqueline and she was AMAZING! She was very gentle, and thoroughly cleansed my skin. The products that she used were decent quality (Dr. Dennis Gross Some were for professionals only). After my facial, I was left GLOWING. Massage: Zary was my massage therapist, and let me tell you, she cracked things on my back, arms, and legs that I didn't know need to be cracked! I felt like a brand new person afterwards! She was so sweet and always made sure I was doing okay during the massage! Needless to say, I will definitely be coming back here for a relaxing day! Parking: The parking is free if you validate your parking slip at the spa!

This studio is beautiful, and I loved that all of the services take place in private, individual rooms. It made the entire experience feel so much more relaxing and personalized. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Keaton, who did my Signature Service. She was truly incredible! Keaton was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and walked me through every step of the process, including the current condition of my scalp. Her explanations were helpful without being overwhelming, and I felt like I learned so much. Her massage skills were next level--so relaxing--and the scalp portion of the service was honestly magical. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and taken care of. I will absolutely be returning to the Coppell location and will 100% be requesting Keaton again! Highly recommend!

My husband gave me the gift of massage for my birthday. He researched local businesses, read…read morereviews and landed at PazazzBody Work/Walt. Three hours of bliss. Men, take note! This was one of my most favorite gifts ever received! We started with a one-hour body scrub. Walt coated my body with a layer of lavender scented sugar/oil scrub (I looked like a sugar coated donut!) and then used scratchy gloves to exfoliate my skin. I had a quick rinse in the shower while Walt set up for my massage. Walt offers several different massage techniques, but I was intrigued with LomiLomi since I had never heard of it before. It's a very nurturing technique that emulates ocean waves (look it up on YouTube) that originated in Hawaii. He uses long strokes that may go from your calf to your head in one motion. Very relaxing and very effective. By the end of my massage I felt like a noodle - a very oily and soft noodle. LomiLomi traditionally uses minimal privacy draping, but Walt offers lots of options if you're not comfortable with the full-on LomiLomi experience. Walt (business owner) is a a very professional, courteous and friendly man. His studio is in-home, which allows him to keep his prices low. The studio is very nice with every detail attended to including hot towels, heated massage table, scent vaporizer, soothing music, etc. He offers massage and body scrubs both in his studio and mobile - aka, he'll come to your house! He also offers Spa Parties, in which he will come to your house and set up his equipment. You and your friends (3-4 people) can take turns getting the rub down while the other members of the party drink wine (or beer, coffee, tea, etc). I will be talking to my friends about the Spa Party - but in the meantime, I have already booked my next session.
