Like many stores wanting to move merch out before new items arrive. Many items are priced aggressively, like 70 percent off, while some are 40 percent off. It's kind of a fun time too because there are Winter and holiday items priced low, but new merch for late Winter or Spring are just in and regularly priced. Clothing and apparel here is superior quality and made for long time wear. Last year, I found a women's belted trench coat here on sale for under $40 and I am sure I will have it for life. I must have been asked several times if I needed help finding anything and the store personnel are always friendly and helpful, without being aggressive. Bonus for being pet friendly, and having clean, spacious dressing rooms and customer restrooms on-site. If you bring your pups, It's a nice area to walk them outside, before or after you shop too.

I have PCOS and it affects my weight(185#) and weird hair growth. I have anxiety which has caused other problems. I NEVER thought I could do something like this. Just talking to the lady to schedule the appointment was terrifying but she made me feel comfortable. Trying to walk into the building the day of the appointment was a whole other challenge. I talked myself into it and made it in through the door. I was greeted by the most kind women that assured me it would be a great expierience. One thing that helped was to know that they all had to expierience this when getting hired. They all know the feelings I was feeling that day. My make up was beautiful. I'd wear make up all the time if I could make it look like that! Then came time to take "it" all off somehow I did that, too! Once they started taking pictures it was so easy! She told me where to go, how to pose, where to put my had/arm etc etc. I couldn't believe how comfortable I was wearing nearly nothing! I ended up purchasing all of the photos at the end on a drive. Was it expensive...well yeah. They work hard! Was it worth it...100%. My husband's reaction was priceless. 1st thing he said was that he's always seen these on facebook but never thought I would do that. For his 30th birthday I had surprised him with a trip to his first michigan game and bought him an authentic jersey. I wore that jersey for part of the photo shoot. I also took a few other photos in a bralette and panties. My advise...if you ever thought this would be neat but not sure if you could then just do it!!

The champagne helped too! ;-) Once we got into the shoot I never felt self conscious at all. Paula did my makeup perfectly! It's the first time I've worn full makeup since my wedding over 4 years ago, and it turned out lovely. I usually don't feel sexy but I did during this photo shoot. My husband loved the book and the app. I highly recommend this and I would definitely go back!

A few years ago I purchased some women's clothing from their catalog/online and the quality was good (given the premium prices), delivery was in the expected time. Unfortunately, three months ago, I purchased three pieces of clothing that I had specifically selected for scheduled events. I ordered in plenty of time to receive the items well in advance. The items were each sent separately, each literally months past my order date. They never sent any emails or texts alerting me to a delay. I kept looking at my order online and seeing the expected ship date moved weeks into the future, over and over again. No communication to me at any point. I called customer service repeatedly. The first person told me there was a delay because they were moving to a different distribution warehouse. I complained about lack of communication and she said she would alert someone more senior. Of course nothing happened. After I returned the first two items, I didn't need the third which was a matching piece. It was already listed as delayed another month or more. I called customer service to cancel that order. He said he would cancel it. I said I want to ensure my card was credited. He kept saying they don't charge until it's shipped. Sure enough, today, weeks later, this last item that I had canceled shows up. Now I have to return it. There is a return fee of $9.95 deducted from the credit for each item - even though it was their fault. I will never purchase from them again.,

To my surprised, about six weeks later, both orders were received. I sent them back in the same bag. Was told they didn't receive the one item, even though I received credit for the one order. Everyone had so much fun dressing up, trying new outfits, and exploring the sets.  Heather was fantastic with being a hype woman, giving first-timers guidance on poses, and creating a special atmosphere.  We got to look through everyone's pictures at the end, which was a great way to wrap the party. Afterward, everyone was raving about what a great experience it had been. I would highly recommend VaVoom for a unique and memorable bachelorette- everyone had a blast!
