I attempted to return a pair of shorts that I had washed once, only to find the hem had fallen out. I've bought five pairs of these shorts recently and love them, but I'm not skilled at sewing. I simply asked if I could exchange them or if there was anything they could do since I had only washed them once and hadn't even dried them. The associate became very upset and told me I could only buy a new pair. I calmly told her there was no need to get upset, but she stormed off and never returned. I continued shopping and noticed there was a line of at least three people the entire time I was there, yet no one asked if I needed assistance or offered me a dressing room. If anyone should have been upset, it should have been me. I still don't understand why she was so agitated or why she left in such a manner. If there's a recording, it could serve as a valuable training opportunity.

It is the only place I shop at in town. I am always welcomed with a smile when I walk in and the sales associates always provide just the right amount of help based on what I am looking for at the time. AMAZING staff and they greet you as soon as you enter. It's such a warm place and their selection of western brands is amazing for both men and women. I usually drift toward Ariat items however the bags and accessories section caught my eye. I purchased an amazing leather backpack and have become obsessed with it + the smell!! Ahhhhhhh! I love it. They preach guest experience and customer service and the employees working provided neither. I came in with my three young children and they didn't even look up from behind the cashier's counter to say hello, how are you or are you looking for anything in particular, nothing. I had some Lululemon clothing with me that I was trying to exchange for the Quality Promise program that I have done multiple times throughout the years with items that did not hold up over time or that ended up breaking down over time. I never dry my Lulu clothes. I always wash on the delicate cycle and take proper care to them according to the tags. I was not only told that I couldn't do this anymore they rudely told me to leave the store. The worst Lululemon experience I have ever had.
