My boyfriend and I drove in separate cars and he parked on a handy cap space being one of the only parking spots available we walk in the store the staff member asked if he had a handy cap tag and asked him to move his car when he went to move his car he said to the employee that was the only parking available and that was all he said. While he was moving his car I began walking around the store this employee was staring at me and watching me with a distasteful expression as if I was doing something wrong when my bf re-entered the store with a rude disgusting tone the employee asked for his id and then asked him to leave. We left the store and called to ask for the managers name and this employee claimed he stated no handy cap people would come here when that is NOT what he said not even close. I would also like to mention this is not the first time this employee has made me and my bf completely uncomfortable in this store. This is unacceptable I have never been treated so horribly in a store this is the first review I have ever left I have never felt the need to do so until this experience. After leaving we went to Cirilla's and the employee greeted us with a smile asked what we were looking for and then assisted us and was nothing but kind and helpful now THIS is how customers should be treated.

This place is a great shop for some and a home to many! They've taken up new owners since about a…read moreyear ago and they had a rough start, but they're slowly making changes for the better I think. Tickets are $15, $10 on Sundays. No more couple nights, but tickets for couples are always 1/2 off. As always, you can leave and come back as long as you bring your receipt with you. You can play some slot machines, there's some machines to grab a snack and drink, and of course the store. The staff has good knowledge on their products.

The Gorgeous Gardenia and Gorgeous Jasmine were being showcased but were to be pre-ordered which was fine. I asked the saleswoman how long the sale was going on for and her response was unsettling because instead of giving me a date, she said "even if you don't have the money now they don't charge you until you pick up the product. They just put a card on file". It took me by surprise, because my intentions were to tell a few friends about the pre-order. My recommendation for the store is to make sure your sales people are being mindful of their language and focus more so on the customers experience than trying to pitch a sale when asked a question.

The location is pretty small, to the point where I couldn't get around the only employee when she was taking pictures of the t-shirt display (for whatever reason). The selection for patches was pretty small. I've never been but it just seemed like the teen-friendly version of Spencer's and had basically the same stuff. Anyways, the employee kept eyeing me suspiciously and looking at the buttons I picked out in my hand to the point where it was so painfully obvious that I almost threw them back in the bin and left. I tried to act natural, but it's kind of hard when the only other person in a cubicle-sized room is oggling. I wanted to ask what her problem was. Was it my clothes? I had a hand-me-down shirt on and a jacket tied around my waist. My demeanor? I wasn't feeling social. My age? I don't know why that would matter, but hey. Funny that they would market pins with phrases like "My Anxiety Has Anxiety" but they treat people with actual, clinical anxiety like a active threats. My experience may be anecdotal, but I wouldn't come here if you look poor, queer, or you're anxious. I don't even feel like I can enjoy my purchases anymore. I was dejected the whole drive home. Also, someone needs to break it to "Jessica" (printed on receipt) that the eyeshadow isn't working with the hair color and she's honestly too old to pull off either.
