I was getting ready for a deployment overseas and went in there to stock up before I left. I mentioned I'd be away for a while due to my deployment and he threw in a couple extra ounces of tobacco to hold me over. That is a quality person. Anyone who is willing to subtly help a servicemember without being flashy and bragging about military discounts and such is my kind of guy. The proprietor is extremely knowledgeable and very comfortable explaining the different styles and flavors he carries. The prices are fair and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my tobacco needs. He is not rude, he's just an old soul who enjoys good quality conversation. Unlike the rest of the world that seems to be worried about rushing on to the next sale, he focuses on what matters.

But then the billing started, every month I get a bill for $50, for a lease. How long, well it's not on the bill, I'd like to just pay the damn thing off but I can't. You also can't take billing question to them, it's shady. Now it's been a year and they are still coming, I paid $800 up front. If you look back at the reviews over the years this complaint is fairly common so I don't know why they wouldn't just provide the billing information unless there is something to hide. I go to their website to get the billing contact and there is a message about a mandatory recall on my machine, they never called about that, they can certainly harass me for $50. I wish I had never set foot in the door, and just purchased a unit outright off the internet they are about $1100. In the past I have been pleased with their pharmacy, but I'll never deal with these people again, I would suggest going anywhere else.

I walked into the store holding a Charlotte Russe bag and the guy working there started yelling at me across the store, not even bothering to walk up and address me personally, asking me if I needed help. I told him I was just looking and he continued to harass me by saying "I see Charlotte Russe got some of your money, we will gladly take more of your money. What did you get? A shirt or something?" And I then had to embarrassingly tell him that I had actually bought underwear in front of the whole store.
