It's rare to find a place in aesthetic medicine that delivers both exceptional results and a deeply personal, human experience, but SOM Aesthetics does exactly that. After researching countless aesthetic clinics in San Diego, I chose SOM because of Dr. Saami's reputation for excellence in facial anatomy, skin health, and natural-looking outcomes. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I knew I made the right decision. The environment is professional yet welcoming, the team is knowledgeable and kind, and everything is rooted in a sense of trust and intention. I came in hoping to feel more confident in my skin: not overdone, just subtly refreshed. Dr. Saami took the time to truly listen. He mapped out a personalized treatment plan that included Botox, laser resurfacing for skin texture and clarity, with strategic filler and Sculptra to restore volume gradually. Every step was explained clearly and tailored to my goals, with no pressure or upselling. The results have been incredible. My skin is brighter, smoother, and more lifted, but never artificial. Friends keep telling me I look well-rested or glowing without realizing I've had any treatment. That's the magic of working with someone who understands both the science and the art of aesthetic dermatology. SOM Aesthetics isn't just a top-tier aesthetic dermatology clinic in San Diego--it's a place where you're seen, heard, and cared for. Whether you're seeking Botox, laser skin rejuvenation, non-surgical facial contouring, or a long-term approach to skin health and aging, Dr. Saami and his team set the bar. I found Som Aesthetics after noticing my skin was starting to look a little tired -- fine lines around my eyes, some dullness, and a general lack of that youthful glow. I didn't want anything too drastic, just something to help me look fresher and more confident. From the moment I walked in, the experience felt different. The team took the time to really assess my skin and goals, and recommended a tailored plan that included a combination of microneedling, medical-grade facials, and a skincare regimen that actually works. After just a few treatments, I started noticing subtle but real changes -- my skin looked smoother, more even-toned, and I had this healthy glow that I hadn't seen in years. The fine lines around my eyes and forehead have visibly softened, and my overall complexion looks brighter and firmer. What I appreciated most is that everything felt natural -- nothing overdone or obvious. Just a fresher, more youthful version of me. I've had friends ask if I've been sleeping better or changed my diet -- that's how natural the transformation has been. Can't thank the team at Som Aesthetics enough. If you're looking for results that actually show, without going over the top, I can't recommend them enough. read more
